Staff were friendly and helpful
Average hotel, reasonable value
My husband and I just got married and had a great time at Amarin Resort. We get free transfer to the hotel, we are invited with fresh watermelon and passionate juice, when you upon check in. Our rooms are well prepared when you have special requests. Breakfast is changed every day. We will come back again
I chose Ocean view room for my stay here. Must to say that this room is very nice with a beautiful view. Room is very clean, smell is good. I stayed 1 night but enjoyed all most facilities and service of this resort. Everything is perfect. My friend recommeded it & it is definitely valued money.
Very poor quality of food. No system for keeping sunbeds available (not enough either). Gym was insufficient. Did not re stock the mini-fridge. Staff was excellent and helpful, clean rooms and ok (and clean). beach! More of a family resort than for couples wanting to unwind0
I had the worst experience in that resort. On my first day in the resort I had ac accident by the swimming pool, it was so windy that an umbrella did fell over and I wanted to stop it in order not to fell on me but it fell into 3 of my fingers leaving them really bad injured, I got really deep cuts in the 3 fingers, I could even see the bone on one of them and I had a lot of blood. No one in that resort could help me at all, no one was first aid and on top of that I did ask to get an ambulance because my 3 fingers were bleeding so much but the only thing the staff of the hotel did was getting me a taxi from outside, the driver didn't speak any english and I got brought to a local hospital where no one was speaking english, I arrived to the hospital and I had to lay down on a metal stretcher where without any hygienic protection, after the doctor sew my fingers (I got 9 stitches) without any anaesthetic, it was literally so painful and on top of that while that was happening I did see 2 rats running in the room (worst hospital ever). The staff of the resort left me completely alone in a local hospital without any translator, the minimum they could have done was someone to come with me. When I arrived to the resort from the hospital, I had to pay the taxi and no one from the resort asked me how I was, actually no one did ask me anything in the 4 days I stayed there. Of course I was unsatisfied by the service I did receive and I did ask to have a word with the manager but the only thing he was saying is just 'SORRY' and that his staff was untrained, he didn't offer me any compensation at all after paying £75 night. Avoid that resort, there are lots others cheaper and with better service.
