Pros. Location
Cons. When I went to check in they said they didn't have my reservation nor did they honor the price I was quoted. I called the customer service number on my confirmation and was told that the hotel would honor this rate. However when I got my checkout bill it was at the higher rate. So I called customer service again, they called the hotel and then let me know AGAIN that the hotel would honor the lower rate. I had to wait for the hotel to figure up the amt to refund me and it was resolved but would have been much easier if the lower rate would have been used all along. Also not sure why they didn't show that I had a reservation!
