Pros:Yes they were very friendly and helpful. The rates were excellent.
Cons:Could have had a later closing time on a Sunday. Closed at noon and it was a little crowded at closing. Only one person could rent out vehicles. The other two had yet to be allowed to do so. But overall very pleased with the experience.
Pros:Very fast, easy process. Car was clean and nice. Will definitely use them again......

Pros:Drop off was very quick and easy
Cons:The representative was not so helping.
Pros:I liked the car and the price that I paid for the rental.
Cons:When I pick up the car they told me that I could request a drop off service to take me back to my work, they even told me about the 5 miles radio policy , then the day I drop off the car I asked for it and they didn't want to take me back to my work place even after I reminded them about our previous conversation, I had to call an uber. My work it's a 4.5 miles, what I didn't like is that they just said they were busy a d dismiss me with out even try to help me.
Cons:No shuttle service at drop off.

Pros:Got what we asked for - a van, preferably the Chrysler Town and Country or Dodge Caravan (it was the Dodge). Vehicle was in okay shape and service was acceptable.
Cons:The rate changed from what was quoted ($444 for 6 days) to what we were charged ($648), both before tax. I have taken up this issue with Avis customer service. VERY disappointed in that.
Cons:We reserved a 7 passenger mini van as we had 7 passengers plus luggage for a family trip. When we arrived we were told no minivans were available (ummm isn’t that the point of a reservation???). We were given an arcadia with a “third row” we had to find out when we went to load up it had 6 seat belts. Called 8 different times and finally was told they would trade us out for a 7 passenger Ford Flex. When we came back to exchange, we were told the flex was gone, but we could have a 7 passenger Chevy, which had enough seat belts and room for luggage... That would have been fine, but he went to ring it up and it had a recall, so wouldn’t let us have it. They also had 3 minivans on site they “couldn’t rent”. We ended up having to squish a 3rd person illegally in the backseat without a seatbelt and terrible ride experience. If you can not honor your rental, don’t take reservations. Completely unacceptable.

Pros:The vehicle was great and clean
Cons:The car that I scheduled for was not available on the lot so my only option was to go with a car that was more expensive as Enterprise was closing. I feel like it was an old bait and switch situation.
Cons:I never confirmed the car, tried to cancel and was charged. Never used the car.
Cons:car smells like throw up
8.0 Very good
Pros:I like that I was picked up in a timely manner

Pros:The main thing was the friendliness of the staff. They were very welcoming in a way that did not seem forced and were very helpful. I will definitely rent from them again.
Pros:Service at the Plano, TX location was great, the manager was patient and helpful while I figured out what I wanted to do about coverage. The car was clean and very comfortable throughout the trip. I would definitely use enterprise again.

Cons:They didn’t have a car and I lost my flights as there was no single car in whole dallas area on my date.
Pros:Everyone was super friendly and helpful!
8.0 Very good
Pros:Everybody was helpful and the service was profes
Cons:I did have to drive far to east plano even though my orginal place i was supposed to pick it up was closed and had to be changed at the last moment but everything was good just wished they would've have called me earlier on or a day before I pick up the instead the day of because I had to rush getting there
Pros:Customer service was helpful. However it took asking for a supervisor to assist me. They did compete me for their mistake.
Cons:We reserved and prepaid for our car a month in advance. Got a call the day before we were supposed to go pickup the car (5 min before they closed for the day) to tell us that they didn’t have a car for us, but to call back tomorrow morning at 8 am. Long story short, after 3 hours of calling and begging we were able to get a car at a different location. I was told to just cancel the reservation and try again. Called the hertz corporate office and spoke to their customer service and a supervisor and they finally found us a car. In the end it worked out but it was a very stressful day We picked up the car at 5pm ( we were supposed to pick it up at 12) and left for our trip.
