Pros: Yes they were very friendly and helpful. The rates were excellent.Cons: Could have had a later closing time on a Sunday. Closed at noon and it was a little crowded at closing. Only one person could rent out vehicles. The other two had yet to be allowed to do so. But overall very pleased with the experience.

Fast and easyPros: Very fast, easy process. Car was clean and nice. Will definitely use them again......
Pros: I liked the car and the price that I paid for the rental.Cons: When I pick up the car they told me that I could request a drop off service to take me back to my work, they even told me about the 5 miles radio policy , then the day I drop off the car I asked for it and they didn't want to take me back to my work place even after I reminded them about our previous conversation, I had to call an uber. My work it's a 4.5 miles, what I didn't like is that they just said they were busy a d dismiss me with out even try to help me.

They charge for add on driverPros: Just the carCons: That the charged me for adding a driver $26 for two days
Pros: The vehicle was great and cleanCons: The car that I scheduled for was not available on the lot so my only option was to go with a car that was more expensive as Enterprise was closing. I feel like it was an old bait and switch situation.

Should have asked for a different carPros: Rate was decent, got two days free when I turned car in... Car came with a 54 track mix cd with at least 40 R. Kelly songs (deep cuts, no Ignotion Remix or I Believe I Can Fly) and a grab bag of Al Green and Jagged Edge songs.Cons: Nissan Rouge crossover SUV, less than 35k miles when picked up... Car was dirty, dirt from shoe on passenger side dash, cigarette butts in door compartment. Weird crayon & crackers smell. Averaged a whopping 23 mpg on a completely highway mile road trip. Service light came on 150 miles into trip. Weather stripping on passenger pillar came halfway off on highway about 200 miles into trip, had to duct tape it down 3 times over the 4 days. Car had issues shifting out of park on many occasions. We would jump in car ready to reverse or push into drive, shifter would not click or budge for thirty seconds to a minute almost every time leaving "park". Would decide on its own when the right attempt was worthy to shift. Luckily I was given two days free, even then, this vehicle needs to be destroyed and recycled.

Pros: Friendliness of representative who closed my paperwork.Cons: Lack of friendliness of representative who opened my contract: He didn't seem to care one way or another if I did business with Enterprise. No cars were clean when I arrived so I had to wait for the crew to vacuum the car. The car I got had not.been washed.

Terrible experience with the vehiclePros: The van had leak in its windshield wiper fluid and so traveling to Midwest during winter storm and not able to clear the windshield was a horrific experience. We had to stop every hour to clean the windshield with bottle water. We were not able to drive the van in Wisconsin through out the time we were there. It sat in the garage the entire time. I should not be charged for this rental. Very dissatisfied customer.Cons: Vehicle and service
Pros: Everybody was helpful and the service was profesCons: I did have to drive far to east plano even though my orginal place i was supposed to pick it up was closed and had to be changed at the last moment but everything was good just wished they would've have called me earlier on or a day before I pick up the instead the day of because I had to rush getting there

Pros: Customer service was helpful. However it took asking for a supervisor to assist me. They did compete me for their mistake.Cons: We reserved and prepaid for our car a month in advance. Got a call the day before we were supposed to go pickup the car (5 min before they closed for the day) to tell us that they didn’t have a car for us, but to call back tomorrow morning at 8 am. Long story short, after 3 hours of calling and begging we were able to get a car at a different location. I was told to just cancel the reservation and try again. Called the hertz corporate office and spoke to their customer service and a supervisor and they finally found us a car. In the end it worked out but it was a very stressful day We picked up the car at 5pm ( we were supposed to pick it up at 12) and left for our trip.

Cons: Totally disappointed, the car was dirty with scratch marks. Have to drive to a different location to trade cars. Then the 2nd car was dirty too, had to use the wiper to clean off the wind shield before I could drive. It had $$ signs and numbers written on the windows and wind shield, that would not come off. Only had 1/2 of gas and agent didn't even know. Agents were unfriendly at both locations. Bad experience. My daughter rented a car from Advantage for the same period, she got a bigger, nicer, cleaner midsize car with less mileage and was less expensive. Will NOT rent from Hertz again.

Cons: Had to go to a second location to get the car needed
the rate changedPros: Got what we asked for - a van, preferably the Chrysler Town and Country or Dodge Caravan (it was the Dodge). Vehicle was in okay shape and service was acceptable.Cons: The rate changed from what was quoted ($444 for 6 days) to what we were charged ($648), both before tax. I have taken up this issue with Avis customer service. VERY disappointed in that.

Unable to get any vehicle in the class I reservedCons: We reserved a 7 passenger mini van as we had 7 passengers plus luggage for a family trip. When we arrived we were told no minivans were available (ummm isn’t that the point of a reservation???). We were given an arcadia with a “third row” we had to find out when we went to load up it had 6 seat belts. Called 8 different times and finally was told they would trade us out for a 7 passenger Ford Flex. When we came back to exchange, we were told the flex was gone, but we could have a 7 passenger Chevy, which had enough seat belts and room for luggage... That would have been fine, but he went to ring it up and it had a recall, so wouldn’t let us have it. They also had 3 minivans on site they “couldn’t rent”. We ended up having to squish a 3rd person illegally in the backseat without a seatbelt and terrible ride experience. If you can not honor your rental, don’t take reservations. Completely unacceptable.

Lots of people commute from Plano to Dallas and vice-versa through the George Bush Turnpike, so expect some traffic jams there.
