Pros (+) Location is excellent. Manager & staff were excellent. There for medical trip & they went out of their way to accommodate.Price very reasonable; very basic hotel but very satisfied with what we got for price.
Cons (-) I have stayed here frequently and once again had everything I needed this trip.

Pros (+) The pool chairs were nice.
Cons (-) Staff was not very friendly, and no fridge or microwave for the rooms. Looked like no maintenance is being done anywhere except the conference area.

Cons (-) The pics and their website is outdated. False advertisement, no free breakfast, no room service. Pool was not as nice as the pic. Place was old and lookEd abandoned. The bed was hard as a rock. Place needs a complete overhaul.

Pros (+) Location great. Rooms large & satisfied our needs. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Quiet. You get what you pay for; we felt we got value for money.
Cons (-) Hotel needs attention & revamping but this did not put us off. Infact we extended our stay.

Pros (+) We were expecting bare essentials for the great price & were scared of all the negative reviews. However, rooms are really big, clean, quiet & staff are friendly & helpful. Location is excellent.We are here for 6 wks for medical reasons and so far it is exactly what we need.
Cons (-) Towel situation could be improved but we always get help when we ssk. The appearance & furniture are old & in need of revamp but this did not affect our stay.
