Pros: Nice location
Cons: Value for money, visited off season
Pros: Great food, great amenities (fresh scooped ice cream, bar, games for the kids), the beach was a 3 min walk and a quite, not busy beach with crystal clear water!
Pros: Good variety in breakfast. The position is fantastic. Sea incomparable. The tavern has very good food and polite staff.
Pros: This is one of the best hotels I ever visited. Everything was wonderful, perfect location near one of the best beaches in the area(on which they offer free sunbeds for the guests), beautiful landscapes, very clean (in the room thorough cleaning was made every day), room and hotel have all the necessary facilities, very kind people, delicious food at their taverna, very good value for money. Breakfast was very good, especially the greek yoghurt. Overall we had an amazing stay, I strongly recommend and I will visit this hotel again. Thank you for your exeptional services!
Cons: I absolutely loved everything about this hotel.
Pros: Flawless place for a peaceful holiday in nature. The hotel is excellent - great hosts, perfectly clean, comfortable, spacious. Food is super tasty and always fresh, so are cocktails :) The tavern of the hotel is superb - we tried some others in the area just to conclude that this is the best. Great cuisine, always fresh. Perfect place for stay for a peaceful and quiet holiday, away from hassle. Love it, would love to go back there.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Pros: Good location 1 min from the quite and ammazing beach nice hospitality
Pros: It was very quiet and clean

Pros: The room was lovely and clean and the bed amazing. Shower was separate to toilet which was different. A tablet controlled almost everything in the room which was good fun to work with. This is quite a modern hotel and the decor throughout was lovely. Breakfast was excellent
Cons: When checking in the staff wanted to see my credit card which I had booked and paid with. Since my initial booking I had changed my credit card and they made me feel that I wasn't the same person despite my signature on my Passport corresponding to signature on my card. Also, when my niece called to pick me up later they informed her that I hadn't checked in and asked her what relationship she was to me, which I felt was none of their business. Maybe they were being over cautious but I felt intimidated by them. Shower could do with shower mat.
Pros: The room, the location, the host - were all excellent. We highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting Syvota. Panos was extremely polite, kind and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you could need - it was very well furnished and the bed was super comfortable. Thank you, Panos for this wonderful stay! We will highly recommend your place to our friends.
Pros: The staff was really friendly and eager to attend on the guests.
Pros: Very very clean room
Cons: Too small
Pros: The Hotel was family owned. The location was perfect( the definition of city center). Very clean. Very good and pleasant owners ready to help at any time. Absolutely recommended. Last but not least... the was a great parking space on the site of the hotel. (Very important for city center Hotel, especially in an island.)
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Pros: Everything was perfect.
Pros: Friendly staff, parking place in the garden
Pros: Property have a great position, walking 2 minutes from the see and nearest restaurant, it was clean and we had a private parking place. Easy to find and great for the families.
Cons: One huge problem for us was to speak with staff in the hotel, no one speak english or any other language so we couldnt understand with each other, they can explain nothin in area what beaches to visit or anyting else, and we expected more from the hotel for this price.
When you stay at Sivota Seascape in Igoumenitsa, you'll be on the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Mega Drafi Beach and Megali Ammos Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Set on the highest point of Igoumenitsa, Selefkos Palace offers panoramic views over the sea and the city. Hotel facilities include a pool with poolside bar and a roof garden. The hotel offers 15 fully equipped rooms and one suite. All rooms feature balconies, wireless internet access, and bathrooms with hairdryers. Selefkos Palace hosts a conference hall with a capacity of 300 people. The city centre and the port are only 1.5km away. The city of Sivota is a short drive away.
Pros: The location was perfect for us as we weren’t fussed about being in Igoumenitsa itself and were only staying for one night before our ferry to Corfu. The pool was a real treat after a few days in Athens and a day on the road! The staff were fantastically helpful and made us feel very welcome. The rooms (we had a family suite) were beautiful and very clean.
Pros: Everything was perfect, big rooms, clean, pet friendly, nice breakfast on the terrace and kindness of the staff!
Pros: The hotel is ideally located in Igoumenitsa for our early morning boarding for the ferry to Venice. The hotel provides a packed breakfast for an early checkout served by a very friendly night porter. We also appreciate being greeted by Vivi on reception.
Pros: Very convenient for the ferry terminal - 5 mins by car
Pros: We arrived by ferry from Brindisi and needed somewhere to stay overnight. What a true find Selefkos Palace is! From the lovely evening receptionist (sorry, we didn’t get her name) to the fabulous upgraded room, to the breakfast all was perfect. Our room was huge with a beautiful balcony overlooking the harbour and pool, a great bathroom and the most comfortable bed!! The pool was perfect for a morning swim and a very good breakfast served on the fabulous roof terrace. All the staff were super. It is a little out of town in a quiet area which is exactly what we were looking for. A true gem, we hope to return!
Pros: Vivi at the front desk was pure charm and very sweet helping us with ferry options to Corfu, where to go to relax at the beach and to eat in the night prior
Cons: Google Maps had some trouble finding the exact location. A quick call to Vivi solved the issue
Located in Igoumenitsa, Sivota Diamond Spa Resort is in the mountains, within a 5-minute drive of Syvota Harbour and Megali Ammos Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Hotel is in a very good condition, construction quality and materials are good, bed mattresses are really comfortable. Room size is great. Wifi service good. Location and parking space is good. Staff smiling and trying to be helpful.
Cons: Balcony was not clean; it was full of sand from the previous occupant. Towels are in their end of life - really thin and falling apart, probably should have been replaced a couple of years ago. TV service is bad - receiving only a couple of channels, with bad picture quality. It seems that there is a serious problem with management which focuses in maximizing revenue and not customer satisfaction, and although staff was trying to help, it appeared as if that was against "policy" as mandated by management.
Pros: Great place, nice people. Excellent facilities and the staff really willing to help. Enjoyable to stay in. Very nice drinks but food should be better.
Cons: Sea view and excellent facilities.
Pros: Wonderful location with stunning views. Spacious rooms
Cons: Unbearably uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Absolutely impossible to sleep. Poor parking layout for villas, which makes moving and accessing them little bit difficult and confusing
Pros: Location - Amazing facilities - clean rooms
Cons: No very well trained staff for such a luxurious hotel. I stuck in the elevator for 15’ without a fresh air and without anyone from the staff to care about the incident. I was there with the bellboy who took out his T-shirt cause of the high temperature. When finally went out no one asked me if I am fine, if I need anything and no one for the management said sorry !!! Moreover, not enough and comfortable parking slots.
Pros: Great location, view and rooms were comfortable. Communication with the staff was really good and they were really kind. The pools and grounds really clean and well maintained.
Cons: The wifi signal was very poor considering the 5 star rating. Nescafe as the coffee at breakfast is not fitting with a 5 star. They should put in some Nespresso machine to class things up a bit.
When you stay at Prima Vista Boutique Hotel & Spa in Igoumenitsa, you'll be on the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Mega Drafi Beach and Megali Ammos Beach. Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Big rooms, nice and friendly staff. Good pool and beach. Great food and great shuttle service! Considering how steep the place is and the lack of elevators it’s a must.
Cons: Wi-fi connection. You had to log in constantly and it was really slow in the room. The towels in the room were not dried properly and the shower drain was clogged.
Pros: The property is built on a hill giving you incredible vistas from the room. The balcony feels a breath away from the sea, it’s that close. There is a golf cart that comes to pick you up from the parking lot which makes the whole experience unique. The pastries at breakfast are great. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. There is also access to a beach with water sports which in September isn’t too crowded.
Cons: There are a lot of steps depending the location of your room. The hotel is only accessible by car as it is outside Syvota.
Cons: Room was dark, no private balcony, also very steep hill to the car park, sea, pool, breakfast and back up to room. Don't go there if you have problems with knees or legs. No shops or restaurants nearby.
Pros: Nice view, good staff, great meals (although limited menu)
Cons: They downgraded first night due to the fact that they overbooked. If you happen to stay on 1xx rooms you’ll enjoy waking at 5AM when the kitchen opens. Bathrooms had some issues with plumbing
Pros: Location, staff, breakfast, cocktails, amazing place
Pros: Small & quant The view is breathtaking We had a great weekend break thanks to hotel's friendly staff
Cons: The beach is Rocky. Overpriced...
Pros: This is a prefect spot for relaxing vacation. It has its own beach and swimming pool, which is a great touch to be combined. Even though it's not in the town it's not far away, so you can easily go there for dinners or walks. Staff in the hotel is very nice and very helpful. Based on their service one can easily notice that this hotel is on the upper scale of the service. Food is excellent, both the breakfast and in a-la cart restaurant. All compliments to the chef. We brought our own bicycles so we explored the area and nearby beaches on two wheels, which was an additional experience of the area. We've received free upgrade to a larger room. Thank you for that, it really made our stay more comfortable and special.
Cons: On our side of the complex, close to our room is a kitchen ventilation outlet, which is rather loud. It's turned on every morning at 6:30 and shut down at 23:00. After the first night when I figured out what it was it didn't disturb me anymore, but on the first morning I was quite surprised (and waken up) by the sound. Also excellent sound proof windows are helpful, so if you keep your windows shut, you won't hear a thing. If this is an issue for you, ask the room on the opposite side, or further from the outlet.
Pros: Beautiful beach and location
Cons: It was excellent nothing bad to say

Pros: Easy location to find. Hosts were amazing, friendly & helpful. The room was lovely spotless comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay recommend it.
Pros: The property is pretty with big rooms. Ours had a double bed and a little one. There was a small kitchen inside the room which was very well organized. The bathroom was big and clean, the balcony was facing towards the car parking which is good for surveillance. The host offered to give us a place in the garage for the motorcycle free of charge which was really nice.
Cons: A bit far from the city center. The pillows were too big and not comfortable but ok for one night
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room, with a nice balcony. Very kind and friendly host! The food was delicious, mostly prepared from local products.
Pros: This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Pavlos was the very definition of welcoming hospitality and we absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast was simply fabulous and the rooms and hotel are super clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend for any stay for those in the area!
Pros: Host and family were lovely
Pros: We have stayed one night before to take the ferry... Very clean and cozy place, 3-5 min. from the center and the new port of Igoumenitsa... and of course, the real treasure of this hotel is Mr. Pavlos, which will make your stay unforgettable! Thank you, Pavlos!
Pros: Loved being able to have a bath , and really enjoyed the balcony :)

Pros: Really nice place and people.
Cons: Service was a bit average at evening meals...
Pros: The resort was really good for families with little children, especially because the rooms, playgrounds, pools and the bar were close to each others. Also the staff was very nice and helpful. The Karavostasi beach was 7 mins walk from resort. It had free sunbeds and you pay only what you consume. The sand and water were perfect. So, no need to search for other beaches.
Cons: It was 30min away from Parga and Sivota, the main cities.
Pros: Spatial room, staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent facilities, with lot of activities for kids. Excellent food. Nearby sandy beach is beautiful.
Pros: Very clean, linen ans towels changed regulary, also cleaning every day. Very clean and maintained hotel complex, loans, playground, pool area. Nice intimate terrace views in the two buildings far from the pool area. Good breakfast, but could be more variety, if you stay 2 weeks (more different fruit for example). Tasty lunch and dinner, while it was served. Planty of activities for children, including bicycles of all sizes. Posibility to wash your loundry or beach towels for free was very nice! Staff that we had contact with was very polite and helpful.
Cons: 3 things that we did not like: 1) very very firm bed mattress. 2) lack of dishes and kitchen/table wear (we got something when we asked) with the explanation that the kitchen is not really for cooking, but only to prepare what is necessary for little children. We did not think that this is ok, because we chouse this accomodation especially because of the kitchen and idea that we could prepare food. 3) last 4-5 days of our stay hotel was not serving lunch and dinner anymore, because it was the end of season and the hotel was closing the last day of our stay (16th September) We found it not fair, to cut the services that was previously offered before the end of stay of the last guest, though from the food management point of view we could understand it. Maybe some other solution could be found.
Pros: perfect breakfast, very good coffee. It is perfect for children: a nice, clean pool, movie for kids every evening, free bikes, pingpong tables, football and basketball ...
Pros: very quite and relaxing. Perfect for a family vacation.
Pros: quiet environment, new buildings, large rooms
Cons: too many insects in the restaurant area. They must do something about it
Pros: Very good studio, very nice owners, quit, relaxing, good cleanning.Good place to be.
Pros: Very helpfull and friendly owners. Quit and relaxing. Studio is high quality. Good cleaning.

Pros: Location is very amazing, I never seen such a good relationship between luxury comfort and respect for nature. Staff very friendly and professional, Cristina the receptionist is perfect in her role!
Pros: The location is just perfect. The view from our room was to die for.The staff were well trained and very helpful. Breakfast selection was very good.I can't recommend enough this hotel.
Pros: There is a great private beach and pool for adults only.
Cons: We had problem with the toilet and had to ask 3 times before someone came to fix it. There is no spa at the hotel, and the pool bar is a little bit expensive.
Pros: Sivota is a truly wonderful location, it is a hidden gem. Agios was a great find, and was beautiful.
Cons: Far from town and the walk could be tough at dark, very hilly and wifi was very spotty
Pros: The view from our room (suite) are stunning! Hotel is very close to lots of the beaches and Sivota town.
Cons: The food was average, service in the restaurant and at breakfast wasn’t great. Under staffed, a few tweaks and the hotel could be amazing.
Pros: Perfect in all aspects
Cons: Breakfast could be better
Panorama Botsaris Apartments is located on top of a green hill, overlooking the tranquil village of Syvota. A freshwater swimming pool with panoramic views and a poolside bar are featured. All apartments are roomy, and each has its own terrace with a magnificent view of Syvota harbour. Apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area are available. Free baby cots are provided upon request. Guests can order drinks from the bar, and enjoy them on the poolside or on their private terrace. The hotel is only 100 metres from the harbour of Syvota and 500 metres from Bella Vraka Beach. Free public parking is available at nearby location.
Pros: The place was very clean and tidy. Beds comfortable with air conditioning and fly screens to make the night bearable when very hot. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Pros: Great location with amazing views of Syvota. We had the 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment and all the hotel facilities were spotless. Friendly staff & great pool.
Pros: We booked the two bedroom apartment although there was only two of us travelling as this was all that was available at the time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and excellently equipped for our needs. Although our balcony did not over look the marina the view to the mountains was equally stunning. The hotel is located up a very steep hill. We were aware of this prior to booking and thankfully it didn’t trouble us too much. The staff obviously work hard at keeping the property in top condition and were very helpful and polite. The only thing that did disappoint slightly was that we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling that dripped constantly through a down lighter directly above the toilet, which meant that you got rained on every time you used it. We did report it immediately and it was looked at straight away but nothing was done in the two days that we had left there. On check out it was just dismissed as it was nothing and water running through a light is not a big issue! Syvota is a beautiful place and I don’t think we could have found a better place to have stayed whilst visiting.
Pros: Great location, very comfortable room, the view was amazing. The apartment was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool (even though it has min 1.3 meters). We felt really good here!
Pros: Lovely clean apartments and very friendly staff. Good maid service. Change of towels etc daily and bedding every other day. Very quiet round the pool. Location is great and lovely views. Steep walk to the hotel and lots of stairs so be warned but soon got used to it and keeps you fit. Don't let it put you off. Worth it for the views. Lots of restaurants near by. Nice quite resort and good for families.
Cons: Pool is quite small and very deep, shallow end slopes off very quickly. Didnt realise that the apartment did not have a living room. However the balcony is perfect for dining and both bedrooms are spacious and have there own air con and tv. Smaller bedroom had no wardrobe or hanging space.
Pros: The view was amazing from our large balcony where we went most of our time. The bathroom was big and very clean. All four of us really enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: We didn’t like that both of the balcony doors in each room had to be shut to turn the air conditioning on. We wanted to go to bed early one night but our friends smoke and like to sit outside so our air wouldn’t stay on. Also, if your not in physical shape and plan on walking around... the walk from the apartment to all the restaurants was pretty extreme. We enjoyed it but I could see people struggling doing that walk.
Pros: Very nice view over Syvota. Clean, spacious, super. Safe place for the bicycles.
Cons: Signing from the village to the hotel can be better.
Pros: We stayed in a lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment which was fresh, clean and nicely decorated. The air con and safe were free to use which I think is a massive bonus as quite often there can be an additional charge. It also had amazing sea and harbour views from large balcony with comfy furniture. The location is good with 5 mins downhill walk to harbour and 10 mins to a beautiful beach with free loungers and umbrellas. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There is an outdoor pool with loungers and umbrellas which also has great views. An excellent find and highly recommended.
Pros: Good location and views friendly staff

All rooms featuring air conditioning, telephone, TV, Wi Fi, kettle, refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub or shower, WC, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers, bath amenities and balcony or terrace.
Cons: The Bed was very hard in room 20 the pools was quite dirty
Pros: We spent there wonderful time. Very good location not in the center of the city but not that far away so we could easily walk to get there. Amazing thing was private beach where we could fully relax. Very close to beautiful Bella Vraka beach. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with various options for everyone. Totally worth to go there and spend really nice time. Hope I could come and visit again one day.
Pros: Classic breakfast, could be better.
Cons: Send on the beach.
Pros: Good hotel with a great location, the beach was very close. Good facilities and the breakfast was very rich and tasty.
Cons: Service and cleaning.
Pros: Our stay was amazing, we were given the luxury suite which was overlooking the sea and the private beach area. The staff was helpful and friendly during our stay and made sure we were comfortable.
Cons: WiFi was not good at all times especially when all of the guests were back from the beach. But we managed.

Pros: Very good service, nice rooms very nice balcony
Cons: Breakfast could be Better
Pros: A convenient place to land after a long ferry ride. Bed was comfortable, very grateful for the aircon.
Cons: Room had an unpleasant odour but soon cleared with some airing.
Pros: Die Nähe zu Hafen
Cons: I travel almost 320 days a year and use only hotels at this time. They are different and everywhere I meet rather with friendly service, but what found me in this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. The lady's shoe and arrogance from the reception qualifies her for re-training in customer service! Or she was tired, or she has this way of life. Sad.
Pros: Everything was good.
Pros: This hotel is a very functional hotel because it’s very close to the ferry boat shipping dock. Outstanding is the friendliness of the people working there. Even though the hotel is functional for sake of its position it is tidy, well equipped and I love to stay there waiting for the Ferry going to Italy.
Pros: THe staff at reception and also in the dining area was so nice and friendly. The rooms are basic but clean. The location is around a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town. Walking in the hot August heat to town made it a little difficult. THe hotel is located across the road from the port, so if travelling for a stop over it is a great location.
Cons: The hotel was located across the road from the port, so the views were not great, even though the pictures on the internet indicate a seaview, it is mainly the port that you see.
Pros: Comfortable, elegant room and good location.
Cons: The breakfast not quite as good as the room
