Overview

This beautiful villa in Playacar Phase 2 is just 500 meters from 5th Avenue. It features a large dining room, fully equipped American kitchen, private garden, and parking adjacent to the entrance. The three bedrooms each have a private bathroom with a shower; the master suite also includes a hot tub. The villa comfortably sleeps eight. While there's no private pool, guests enjoy complimentary access to the pools, sunbeds, and umbrellas at the Reef Beach Club, just 300 meters away (subject to availability). The pool images shown are of the club's facilities.
