10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, great breakfast and short walk to town. Car parking outside the property. Congenial host mine of information about Skye and Kyle. Very comfortable bed and huge range of toiletries available. DVDs and books for loan. Well appointed room. Easy access to Isle of Skye via bridge.
Cons: Reading lights could be brighter
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every little detail was thought of. There was a wifi range extender in the room to ensure strong signal, the tv had a dvd player and a selection of dvds for entertainment, there was some whisky in the room for us to sample, there were slippers and bath robes for both of us and the list goes on! We have never been to a B&B before where we felt like every little need we might have has been considered! The owners seem to truly care about giving their guests the best stay possible and go the extra mile to ensure it! The room, the bed and the bathroom were all bigger than what B&B's usually seem to offer and everything was modern, super clean and comfy! Can't recommend Fasgath enough, best place we stayed in over our 8 night trip around Scotland!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hostess was very helpful and gave us lots of information on the Isle of Skye. Also recommended restaurants in the area and called ahead to make sure there were tables available. It was a wonderful place to come back to in the afternoons. We would highly recommend it.

Pros: A pristine property run by two lovely people, Elena and Kenny. They couldn't do enough for us and were good company. The property was modern, spotless and had some very nice features. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served at the communal table, where we had a good chat with a couple from Florida.
Cons: I marked the location down a notch, purely because it's a fair distance to walk to the nearest eateries and watering holes. My wife had to drive so I could have a drink!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent -- salmon and scrambled eggs, sausages all very high quality, and cooked to perfection. View from the bedroom window at the back of the house, onto the well-cared for garden, was picturesque, with lots of different species of birds -- and not forgetting Pippin the family cat ! The local people in the area were friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome, even a tot of whisky in bedroom !

Pros: Very friendly couple, lovely breakfast, parking. Hotel in walking distance that served a lovely meal with a great view.
Cons: A little bit on the small side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hosts; a great selection for breakfast, which was delicious. Just the right distance from Skye; enjoyed being in the country. Good selection of TV channels. Appreciated the "wee dram" and shortbread on arrival.
Cons: Sign on the main road was good, and on the house, but another where you turn onto their street would help: however a quick phone call and we were met by Kate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful village location with sea view of Skye from our bedroom (the twin one). Small B&B with two rooms - clean, modern, very comfortable room with free homemade shortbread and even a complimentary wee dram of whisky. Lovely friendly hosts, excellent breakfast - this was the best B&B we've ever had in Scotland. Not en-suite, but the private bathroom is just across the corridor so it wasn't a problem. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Not a problem with the place itself, but evening meals in the area can get booked up fast - our hosts warned us of this.

Pros: Nice view as we stayed in the room facing the oceans. The cooked full breakfast was great and we can choose eggs the way we like. The owner welcomed us very well. The bed was very comfortable and the room is clean.
Cons: The location is not on the isle of Skye but it only takes an hour to get to the main attractions.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The gentleman that checked us in and served breakfast in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was pleasant and it was quiet.
Cons: The bar staff was less than friendly. The bed was not comfortable and the room was a bit dated, but not in quaint or cute way. Could hear a lot of noise from other guests coming and going.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great Seaview room, looking out towards sky, although the windows were quite small in bedroom. One of the best bathrooms in a small hotel, spotlessly clean. Beautiful views from the lovely bar and restaurant areas.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great B&B with very good hosts. Room is large enough to move around and lots of light because of large windows. Bed is very comfy. We would recommend Seawinds any time
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great place in Kyle to stay. Friendly family and an ideal place to base yourself for exploring Skye and surrounds. Stayed 2 nights, wasn’t any making of beds or bins emptied which is fine for me but it’s like a family home so worth knowing beforehand. Very easy going and would stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely house, handy location in Kyle for train/bus.
6.8 Good
Pros: Room for guests having breakfast was very traditional and homely! Bedroom had no en-suite but tap and sink in the bedroom was useful.
Cons: The owners have young children which could put some people off, as they share parts of the house used by guests but this is being attended to in the future.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room, open to garden and sky.
Cons: Chain smoking co- guests Sat outside,so had to close patio doors on a hot sunny day,as well as drawing blinds,as view into my room very public. Breakfast pretty basic, and only 1 slice of bread left for my use.Self service made asking for anything hard, though I did ask for some yogurt, to make up for lack of toast, and was given happily byperson in kitchen.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I thought the fact that our room was still connected to the house but had a separate feel was a nice touch. The design was also beautiful. And Kate and her husband were super helpful. They were fun to talk with and gave great ideas/advice on things to do in Skye and surrounding areas.
Cons: If Kate hadn't sent me a message ahead of time clarifying which room was ours and how to get familiarize ourselves with the place it might have been a little difficult to understand what to do. A couple came after we did while Kate was gone and they weren't aware of what they needed to do and had to come back later in order to get settled in. SO all in all on our end no complaints but just make sure to communicate with the host in order to get full instructions should you get there earlier than check in.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was v comfy. Nice to have table n chairs in room. Gd also to have lounge downstairs n facilities for tea n coffee. Only sorry we didn’t have en suite facilities in room but perhaps our fault for not reading details properly! We had a lovely view from bedroom window.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable & very happy, friendly owners.
Cons: Could perhaps have tea/coffee making facility in room. Better indication of property name.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: fabulous hosts!

Cons: nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good accommodation located in a green area far only 5 minutes by car from Donan Castle. The apartment it is modernly furnished clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with the main tools as well as a traditional oven and a microwave oven.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location for a trip to Eilean Donan Castle and the city Kyle for a evening meal.
Cons: Both dead and alive insects in the room, not enough ventilation, very small, low service and low value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is an ideal location to stay if you intend to visit the Isle of Skye and surrounding areas. Ample parking space. Guest house is well-equipped and the facilities in the kitchen are nicely done up, functional and modern. Comes with internet TV which is a great way to catch some shows online. Loft is cozy and bed is comfortable. Sofa bed is large enough. Overall, an ideal guest house to consider. Lucia has been exceptionally helpful and friendly during our stay there.
Cons: Nothing. But i think it will be great if there is a dish washer in the kitchen.. That will be a plus. Because we travel during summer where the daylight is much longer, it will be good if the window on the loft has a blind to block out the day light.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the friendliness of the owners. The views were spectacular. The accommodation was wonderful, clean and there was everything there one wanted. Would stay there again and again. We all fell in love with it.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location very pleasant despite main road.
Cons: There must be 2 places here. I read the reviews about cooking etc but I was in the "pod" which is exactly that about 5 foot wide by about 10 foot long so no room for cooking so I wasted my money on things I could not cook. They need to have separate reviews for the pod as it is very misleading information. Also it was impossible to sleep for any length of time as one window had a blind but the one near the door didn't so in the middle of summer it's light from3.30 am to 10.30 pm. I was by myself would be very squeezy (or intimate) with 2
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A perfect place for visiting the Isle of Skye.
Cons: It will be better to have a curtain for the window in the pot.
6.8 Good
Pros: Welcoming and eco-conscious hosts, comfortable bed and everything was clean. But the 'pod' accommodation in their back yard is REALLY small (the size of a single-car garage, only wide enough for the bed with no side access) with no cupboards or shelves or ability to unpack, and a sealed window, along a busy road away from immediate amenities. Pricing this the same as an average room in a hotel or B&B locally just doesn't seem realistic -- and adding a £5 towel surcharge is simply silly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A fun little sleepover. Not much room, so dont bring big bags. But everthing we needed was there, a bed (sofabed) coffee/tea, WiFi and a fine bathroom
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location and stylish. Very clean.
Cons: Paying for towels Would’ve loved a TV

Pros: Great hosts, really good breakfast
Cons: Not a lot of nearby options for dinner.
7.5 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable, we had our own bathroom. Location near road, so easy access with big enough parking space.
Cons: Given the price (compared to our previous B&Bs on Isle of Skye and Isle of Mull), I expected something better. Hosts were not very attentive. Breakfast was not homemade, but only heated products from supermarket. Price was ridiculous for the amount of service and comfort, given there was nothing to see around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely everything from our arrival until we left the following morning . Evie and mike were very welcoming ( and Bruce) and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent rooms and bathrooms exceptionally clean. All in all we so enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Vegetarian haggis - who'd have thought it? Evie, Mike and Bruce were wonderfully friendly hosts and took the time to get to know us and also offer us some great advice whilst travelling in the area.
Cons: Its not a complaint just some advice really - its good to know that most pubs/resturants need booking in advance for evening meals as its gets very busy. But we found somewhere every night and not too far away.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good Scottish Breakfast
Cons: TV reception poor but internet good so watched TV from tablet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was ideal for us as we wanted to visit Skye then travel around the area, including Plockton. Mick and Evie gave us some suggestions as it was our 1st time there. The choices at breakfast were good and nothing was too much bother. The atmosphere at breakfast was excellent with the other guests, due to the way the breakfast area was set out. Would have no hesitation staying again.

Cons: The room a bit small .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful view from our room on the top floor. We witnessed a magnificant sunset from our room. The steps were a bit tricky--steep and narrow, which seems to be standard in Scotland.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Kitchen well equipped. Lounge area was good but could only access it one night as crowded the second night. Location was pretty. Parking available .
Cons: Bed wasn't comfortable. More lounge areas.
4.3 Okay
Cons: The cabin was not that clean. We arrived late and someone took one of our beds, so we had to find another one by ourselves. There are no lockers to leave the luggage and the shower is outside of the cabin.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were surprisingly clean and lots of facilities for you use. the bunkhouse light could be improved by not being right above one of the bunks but other than that I have no problem with the place I would go back in a heartbeat
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wifi worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great - lovely sunsets looking across the water and relatively quiet place compared to many others on Skye. Well equipped kitchen.
Cons: Some guests having eaten stayed at tables to play cards oblivious of the needs of others for those tables. But that's down to the guests, not the accommodation.

Cons: There aren't enough toilets or showers. You can hear everyone using the toilets very loudly too
