Drive or bike Spooky Hollow Rd an sightsee. -The Good Bread Co. is Good! Or, take Front Rd to Turkey Point Provincial Part, Port Rowan, and beyond. (Now, to see it in the fall*****)

Cons: NOTHING
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was so clean, the bed and linens were super comfy and the owners were wonderful! Breakfast was delicious - a terrific choice of options. All in all, I will be back every time I am in the area again for business. Oh, and did I mention the huge bathroom?
Cons: The only thing missing was a make up mirror in the bathroom. It is the only mirror in the room, so to apply make up one needs to lean over the sink. Not intolerable, it would just be a plus.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed and pillows super comfy. Roger and Joyce are very friendly and hospitable.
Cons: Ac a bit noisy
8.0 Excellent

Pros: Breakfasts were excellent, with a nice selection of dishes served hot and on time. The bed was extremely comfortable and the gas stove kept our room warm. We would love to go back.

Cons: The property was as I expected. I have no complaints.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners, Joyce & Roger were wonderful. Very helpful with restaurant & sight recommendations (wineries, breweries, etc.). I was visiting the area to do some genealogy research on the Culver family. They were very helpful with suggestions in this regard. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful home and Taryn is an awesome hostess!
4.5 Okay
Pros: Proximity to Port Dover for Fri 13th celebrations.
Cons: Terribly misleading Big disappointment. The room was aweful. Barely the size of a closet. Definitely not suitable for 2 people Of the 3 rooms we saw, the other 2 looked lovely and reflective of a quaint bed and breakfast. OURS WASN’T!!!! It was basically a closet divided off from another room. Breakfast was also disappointing. It basically was a help yourself to instant coffee, bread and some items in a communal fridge. The homemade breakfast in the photo was certainly not offered. Advise to owners- make the blue room into another bathroom. The single communal bathroom is not suitable for the number of guests you have when at capacity. I didn’t mind paying the surcharge that was added to the room after I made my booking on Booking.com nor that the owner insisted I firm up my reservation in May even though booking.com gave me until early July to cancel but the room we were given was certainly a very big let down.
7.5 Good
Pros: quaintness, had everything we needed.
Cons: it was all good for our needs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very quaint and charming B&B. The Bedroom (Green Room) was nicely decorated, very spacious and the Queen Bed was a delight to sleep on. The Kitchen facilities were well equipped and had everything you'd need during your stay. It felt like home!
Cons: There really wasn't anything that we didn't like about the place.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Host and Hostess were excellent
Cons: No bathroom in room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We were getting up very early, so it was great that they provided food and facilities to prepare it so that we could eat before leaving.
Cons: The bed could be newer - it was "creaky"
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very warm welcoming owners that wanted you to feel comfortable! Excellent communication at all stages of our booking. Loved the extra shared living room filled with Asian items and ornaments and the story behind them.

Pros: The room was very comfortable, it is quite roomy, and the kitchenette is a useful feature.. The private entrance is a great feature. The hosts were gracious, personable, and very helpful. We will come back many times I am sure.
Cons: That we could not stay longer. Waterford only has one real restaurant of medium quality, more like a diner (but it does have a pizza place, a Tim Horton's, and a Liquor store!). There are, however, plenty of restaurants in Simcoe just 5-10 min. away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, well fitted out, conveniently located and very friendly proprietors.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful spacious and quiet place. Nice breakfast. Steve and Hilda are great hosts!
Cons: The queen bed could be more comfortable and the AC less noisy.

Pros: We were greeted by gracious hosts and welcomed immediately. Breakfast was delivered to the cottage, French toast with peameal bacon, fruit salad. The extras available are too many to list. Since it was parade day, we were asked if we would join their extended family for lunch. Pumpkin fest parade took two hours to pass by. By the time we left two days later we felt like good friends. Would recommend this to everyone
Cons: We are used to a king size, so the queen size bed is the only thing we didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the privacy of our accommodations it had everything we needed. We really liked that we could make our own coffee and tea that was provided. The hosts were very nice ,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good lots of options. The town was also very nice. There is nothing negative I could I could say about the b&b.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Location close to downtown, so one can walk if needed. One pleasant surprise is that this B and B is located right next to one of the best biking rail trail networks I have ever seen. Very scenic Carolina forests with multiple river bridge crossings, where you can take one trail right into the heart of Port Dover on your bike. Restaurants in town are also quite excellent, and not crowded.

Pros: The location was perfect for our day trips. So many activities abound in that region. Wineries, craft breweries, bike trails, hiking trails, beaches and water sports. The local eateries were delicious and everyone in the area was very friendly.
Cons: Just our view....we always get the view of the back parking lot or rooftops. I have recommended this before, the pool towels are so small for adults. Considering we had to sign them out at the front desk, the risk of loss is less so go big|
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and tidy. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations. Also any requests we had were handled very well.
7.0 Good
Cons: When booking, there should be an option for the choice of the room. We were assigned a room on the second floor and it was a little difficult for us as we are both over 75 yrs of age. It was also a long walk to the breakfast room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Recent room renovations are fantastic
4.5 Okay
Cons: The room smelled old and musty like a basement.

Pros: Coffee was good
Cons: My room had a smell of nicotine.

Pros: Overall we love this hotel!!! Great customer service! All of the staff were amazing, pool and hot tub fantastic! And breakfast....what a surprise. We were expecting continental breakfast but woke up to fresh pancakes, eggs and sausages and more! Very nice.
Cons: The only thing we didnt like was the bathroom. It had the loudest fan vent on earth which didnt even control steam. The toilet didnt flush properly...at all and there was a bit of a musty smell.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location / location / location, just like in real estate.
Cons: washroom is kinda small for counter space, taps are outdated.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very comfy bed
Cons: Bit of musty smell. Or cleaning fluids used..not sure
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were beyond amazing. From the moment I called the hotel until we packed our bags and left. Friendly, informative and super helpful. Dealt with any requests we had fast and efficiently and one of the housekeepers even offered to bring down my heavy luggage. Probably the best staff hotel experience I have received to date. The price per night was also affordable.
Cons: The hotel could use a bit of a makeover. For example, I would advise to change the green tacky carpeting and outside rusty railings in the back. Provide a bigger space for breakfast as breakfast is included with the stay and have the same breakfast hours during the weekday as well as people are on vacation and by the end of ours we wanted to sleep in a bit more.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Able to sit out back and relax. Need a pool
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pool nice and warm. Beds comfy rooms clean
Cons: Air machine had to be set down to 58 farenheit to cool room. Our second bed was up against ac could only get out one side of bed. Pillows not so good.
