Pros: It was a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it.
Cons: It was all great!
Pros: Bobbye and Phil were great hosts and the B&B was a beautifully restored mid to late 1800s home. They had worked very hard to bring the property up to excellent condition.
Pros: It was a wonderful experience the accommodation is very good, the breakfast was fantastic. Also owners were lovely, I would recommend Isabella B&B to everyone who visits Mississippi.
Pros: This place and hosts are properly extraordinary, exceptional
Pros: very friendly and helpful personal (owner)
Cons: no restaurant reachable without a car.
Pros: Rustic beauty in MS
Pros: The Dinner and of course "Isabella Service was outstanding
Cons: Absolutely NOTHING
Pros: What a charming b&b this place is. Nice looking and appealing from the outside.Full of character.Nice, clean, spacious rooms(we were able to have a peek in all of them as we were the only ones in that particular night and the doors were left open on the unoccupied ones). We stayed in the Nancy room and it had a very appealing decor and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a veranda to sit out on with a cold beer from the fridge in their kitchen (you just left a note of what you’d had and settled up when you checked out).Bobbye, the host who greeted us, was a lovely, friendly and kind lady. She made us feel right at home. She made us a good breakfast the next morning as well. It was a pity our stay was only for one night but it was a stop over between New Orleans and Memphis for us. If we were to visit the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stop here.
Cons: There’s nothing you won’t like about this property
Pros: The owners were so friendly and treated you like family.
Pros: Our host was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the place and helped us find places for dinner on a Sunday evening. Breakfast was delicious. The house itself was over 100yrs old and has some history behind it. It has a big balcony which is perfect for a relaxing evening. Overall we left the place happy.
Located in Port Gibson, Collina Plantation Inn is in a rural location, within a 15-minute walk of Port Gibson Methodist Church and St James Episcopal Church. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Expansive, secluded grounds. Very well cared for and comfortable. As the property was initially owned by Samuel Gibson, for whom Port Gibson is named, it was staying in history in a community immersed in history.
Pros: Bed was wonderful,Breakfast and Coffee was perfect!!
Pros: Lovely room with big, comfortable bed! Delicious breakfast.
Pros: Located in a beautiful setting surrounded by woods. The Inn is immaculately maintained and Scott was a perfect host. The breakfast was excellent and refined.
Pros: The plantation was amazing. The whole place was clean and the bedrooms were very large with all facilities. Scott the owner was very friendly and explained the history of the house and area. He recommended a restaurant THE ROYALTY LOUNGE AND BISTRO don't miss this. The breakfast was excellent all cooked fresh.
Pros: breakfast was wonderful! my host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even suggested places for the rest of the stops on my trip. The house and grounds were beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. Excellent stay!
Cons: The location was a little difficult to find because it appears that the road ends. A sign might make it a little easier to find.
Pros: I was very satisfied with the accommodations. They went out of the way to be sure I was comfortable, including a wonderful southern breakfast in a beautiful setting much like you would see pictured in a magazine. I had an engaging conversation about the towns history and its people.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was low but still refreshing.
Pros: Scott, the owner, was a perfect host. The property was gorgeous, clean and very inviting. We felt right at home. The modern comforts yet with old southern decore was especially wonderful.
Pros: After our first day of biking the Natchez Trace Parkway, our stay at Collina Plantation was just what we needed! The bed was the most comfortable one I've slept in and the breakfast was very fulfilling! Scott was an awesome host and we enjoyed hearing the history of the Plantation. The location is great for privacy and relaxation! Scott-might want to consider offering dinner as part of your package!
