Pros (+) The only part i liked was when we found a new hotel and checked out!
Cons (-) The hotel was dirty all over, lobby, checkin, hallway, elevator ect. One of the bath towels that appeared not to be used had blood all over it and scabs on it. One of the pillow xases had blood on it. The hot tub was cold. Il never satay at another one! Ive stayed at motel 6's that were alot cleaner and treated respectively not like i was a bother!
Cons (-) The room smelled like the rug was wet or moldy. When I first got there my room wasn't ready meanwhile I had called in advance to see if it was. The night before my checkout my key card did not work! Horrible experience
Pros (+) I liked the bed and shower. The staff did bring me extra pillows. Toilet back up but staff was quick to respond but had to show attendant how to use the plunger.
Cons (-) I had to change rooms because the A/C unit did not work. The continental breakfast was OK at best. The TV remote did not work properly. Needs a Safe placed in each room. Lamps were not plugged in. TV channel program was not in room.
