Staff----very good and quick. Simplicity in renting, especially since I had not placed a reservation.

Cons:

Drop off a bit complicated at the Sanford airport. Went in circles until I figured out what to do.

Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only two vehicles to choose from in class we reserved. Since we needed luggage space over comfort we chose the Rav 4 which smelled like a cigar smoker had it last and there was a small burn hole in the driver’s seat. We are not smokers and we’re disappointed.
