Pros (+) The location to the beach was great It was nice, clean and quite. We had it to ourselves.the breakfast was ok, the eggs and sausage were watery and the dog wouldn't even eat them so I passed. The waffles were good. The staff was really nice to us Pam at the front desk was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfy but small. The view is of the water but the walk way to get to the rooms run...
Cons (-) When I walked in the check in there was a drunk at the desk he asked me where his pizza was, I'm not the delivery guy sorry buddy. So Pam checked me into my room and I tried ignoring the guy. I went to get my things and children out of the car the man proceeded to follow me he sat on a bench outside and smoked. He tried helping me in. At this point I'm just thinking he's a drunk and being friendly...

Pros (+) Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was so clean! Breakfast was great. Something that everybody liked. Eating area was very clean.
