Under major renovation. The stairway had no light at night(attached pic) Tractors, hammering, sewing and very loud. I would like a refund. When I booked the notice of under construction should have be immediately at the top oppose to bottom. How could anyone have a hotel open to travelers while under major construction. I would have change hotels but I moved out of state and had several heavy bulking stuff that required movers. I would like a refund!
A bed and shower
First room I checked into there was a cat under the bed that had been missing for a few days. Moved to another room. Would not give me a refund. A construction mess.
I like that when we usually stay, it’s a clean. Cheap place to spend a night or two.
I didn’t get warned that the facility was under construction. There was a big stain on the bed. And I got charged twice when I had already told him that I was charged. When informing the front desk that the sheets had not been changed, she did nothing and didn’t really seem to care much.
Hotel under construction... A bit rundown at this point. Economy hotel. Still, easy access to light rail.
No where did it say the property was under construction. Still charged the same rate and it wasn’t worth the $104 for the night. Maybe $70 if that. Would never stay there again. Lights outside our room didn’t work, bathroom was gross and tub wasn’t working, it was just a horrible experience.
