I love this location everything was perfect.
Hotel rooms are insulated well and staff is nice and helpful. Excellent food and drink with lovely views of the city. Plenty of parking options without the need of valet but also the comfort of valet when needed.
Very clean nice hotel in the center of everything
The staff could’ve been a little bit friendlier make a refresher course in hospitality because I encountered quite a few snobbish concierges
Bed was perfect. Front desk person, named Genesis, was extremely helpful. I had a few extra converns, and she treated them like a priority. The bar downstairs was awesome. Bartender during lunch seemed to read my mind.
There was a bar upstairs that Was beautiful, but the waitress we had hated working there.
Beautiful modern facility, excellent customer experience especially from the bell and valet staff
Parking is a problem you are pretty much forced to use valet parking the cost is not much more than self parking and more accessible. There is construction going on around the building so locating it and accessing the property was difficult
