Nice hotel. The resort fee is always bogus. The fee is for the gear room that NOBODY uses, the wifi and breakfast, and water that I never found. The hotel is nice, none the less, and I would stay there again. The staff were very friendly.
Pros (+) Cool hotel Loved that it had a restaurant and bar Outdoor area and activity closet was awesome
Cons (-) Billing was incorrect
Pros (+) Wonderful customer service and attention to needs.
Pros (+) Beds are very comfortable. Location and staff were excellent. H
Cons (-) Too many extra fees: $38 a night for parking and $20 “activity “ fee. Some run-down furniture.
Pros (+) It was gorgeous and hip.
Cons (-) Didn't quite live up to that hype.
Cons (-) Valet parking $38. No other real options.
Pros (+) Located close to downtown shopping and Keller Auditorium. Staff puts customers first. In house restaurant is fantastic. Excellent wait staff and food is great. Great outdoor patio with gas fire pits. Rooms not big, but very nice. Valet parking adds $35 per night. Would stay there again.
Cons (-) $35 valet parking not mentioned in booking.
