Liked it all
Fantastic, friendly and polite staff. They walk this extra mile for you. Very nice hotel for a business stay.Clean and comfortable room. Will definitely come back
Lack of teaspoon. You can have your coffee in the morning but there is nothing to stir it
Loved the library within the hotel.
Bathroom has no fan therefore, poor ventilation
The doir man Peyton was friendly, personable and helpful in directions in the area.
I experienced some noise that appeared to be from some type of machinery on the roof. Since I was in room #1003. The noise was a little annoying when you put your head on the pillow to sleep, you could really hear the vibration from the machinery then.
It’s the staff and amenities that make this such a fun, comfortable and unique place to stay. 5-6pm cocktails and the cart that comes around late evening to your room to offer you a spirits night cap. The library and upstairs lounge area where we chatted with other guests was very relaxing and comfy. The restaurant is excellent—-a well-known Portland chef. Location is perfect for downtown restaurants etc. We booked a premium room for our 4 nights and had two areas—-living area and decent sized bedroom.
