Very good service
Our stay at the Red Lion Hotel was a good experience. The hotel is close to the airport and the staff is friendly.
location to the airport.
Body hair behind the bathroom door, holes in the wall where a picture once hung, noise doors from other guest coming and going form there rooms, food selection in the restaurant was limited and in quality, I would eat off site, the power plugs in the night stand lamp were shot, they would not hold my chargers in them.
Blood stains on sheets. #NuffSaid
Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Affordable and pet friendly. We arrived a bit early but we got checked in and room was available right away. Great value hotel.
Lower cost than other area airport hotels Easy access to airport
The room was not totally clean (cracker on floor and a sticker on the night stand) but otherwise was fine Beds sag at edge near night stand
Great front desk staff that was very helpful in exploring Portland.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly, the business center was useful to print business papers I needed.
There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, airplanes flying over were very loud at night, pool was closed even though it was warm outside but there was no indication it was closed when booking.
The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom - there was mold in the caulking around the tub and the fan didn't work.
The location of the Red Lion is in close proximity to the PDX airport. You can hear planes taking off and it can be quite loud but didn't effect my sleep (heavy sleeper). This could be problematic for a light sleeper.
I did not like any thing because they canceled my reservsion whenever i did not say that, thr worse web site and hotel i have ever seen.
The air conditioner was broken and the movie feature on the television did not work either.
Bed was comfortable
Too long a walk to our room
Bar on site.
Price of room.
I was stuck in a room in another building both times instated there - very inconvenient to get to. The shuttle bus from the airport took 30-40 mins to get me - both times I stayed there. Other hotel shuttles came much quicker. I won't stay there again.
Comfort and clean
The airplanes that flew loudly directly over starting at 4am
Dave! The shuttle driver ... Helped me all the way to my room and even turned on the lights and the air! I had my hands full with the baby and he drug my luggage up the stairs, knowing I had no cash for a tip. What an employee !
Travelocity booked my room when they were sold out... So when I got there I was told I would have to call Travelocity to find out where they rebooked my hotel.... Serious? At 11:30 pm in the rain with a baby?? But luckily a women Aeia? Showed up and said they just had a room cleaned.... Thankful.
