Everything is new and clean. Perfect hotel for that value! Nice clean Great staff. The location is excellent, next to the Norteshopping (shopping center), and close to the roads that easily connect with the most tourist areas of Porto. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The WIFI works well. And the parking is not expensive. The hotel is located near to the metro (in the line E where we can easily commute to the airport) and also to the shopping mall. Rooms are quite big and price is affordable. Clean and updated facilities. Close proximity to city centre and shopping centre. Very nice staff and very convenient invoicing, checking-in. Minimalist yet very comfortable room. Modern bathroom, comfortable bed. Nice staff. Well located, less than 5 minutes walking from metro and Norte Shopping. The hotel is located near the Sete Bicas Subway station which allows you to virtually use any train in Porto since all pass by that station, including the one that comes from the airport. There’s a big shopping center near the hotel, like 5 minutes walking distance with several restaurants and markets. The facility is brand new and very clean. Totally worth it. The air-con works well. The bedroom was clean and compact, with good storage facilities. There was not much noise, so it was a peaceful stay. Close to the airport and norte shopping mall where one can find several breakfast and dinner options. Additionally, there are several grocery stores and laundry options nearby. Quiet, safe, and tranquil area. Great place to stop on our way from the airport. Very clean and the staff were nice. 24/7 front desk was comfortable. And there is a big mall right next to it - that solved our late need for dinner :) The staff were great, very helpful and the rooms are very clean. We were given clean towels every day and the shower was great after a day's sightseeing. Short walking distance to the nearest metro. I really loved the warm welcome and service from the staff! The hotel is right next to a big shopping mall which is open until 11pm and also there's a metro station right near. It is really close to the beach as well! Overall a very fine stay! It's an excellent place to stay a night if you land late. It has a metro station directly connected to the airport and a big shopping mall just nearby (Norteshopping). The room was very pleasant, nothing to fault. Comfortable room, despite the external noise, and clean in general. Near a large shopping mall and metro station. Great hotel! Located outside city center, but just a couple of minutes from metro station with 4 lines operating, so it is very convenient to go to the old town. Room is basic, but very comfortable with comfy bed and pillows. Very quiet with closed window. Good climate as it was not hot inside at all. We got to check in earlier which was also great. All in all, great value for money, would stay again. Everything was good in the room, comfortable, clean, cosy and with a family atmosphere. A simple budget friendly hotel. Perfect for a 2-3 day stay, we mostly only came in to sleep at night. - There is a TV, small locker and an open wardrobe. - Most toiletries were provided (the shower gel was pretty good) incl a hair dryer - Good basic breakfast w/ assorted breads, cheese, ham. Some shortbreads, sweets, juices and coffee machine. Good value for money! Perfect Location, a little bit far from the center of the old city, but you have subway close. Breakfast very good, you have cheese, ham, yogurt, fresh breads and pastries, fresh orange juice. Loved the room and the place in general. The breakfast was amazing. The staff, the location, the room and toilet were tidy and clean. Very good room, Comfortable for sleeping. Location near the subway. Very clean. Receptionist is very helpful, hotel was just near Shopping Center and metro. It was also clean.

Parking is not free, which is a pity. Breakfast was a bit poor. An insignificant detail is that the bathroom does not have a lock. Noise from the street. No iron, No kettle. There is no mini bar inside the room but drinks are available at the reception vending machine. No complimentary water provided. The BED, I got a 2 one person bed instead of a 1 two person bed. Breakfast not included in the rate and has to be paid separately. Not too practical if you're busy and traveling for work and on a schedule. More choice at breakfast. The smell you put in the rooms are way too much. I had a headache from that. Unfortunately if next time it’s the same, I will have to find another hotel. Do not put any artificial smell that is super damaging to our health. Not much personality or charm. The air conditioning is controlled throughout the hotel so I couldn't get my room cooler and to the temperature I wanted. I understand it is an energy-saving green hotel, but it was still uncomfortable at times. Please bring back tea/coffee facilities in rooms. Wi-Fi was good when connected but kept dropping and needed re-logging in frequently when returning to the Hotel. Breakfast is a little bit expensive and we had ours in the bakeries on the street. Don’t have fridge in the room. Hotel is a bit bland. No iron. When we asked we were told that they didn't have one because they are a budget hotel. Very poor really. It's less than €20 to buy an iron and store behind the front desk. The room was smelling and breakfast could have been better. There was no ironing option in the whole hotel. Limited clothes storage in the room if staying for more than 1 night. No coffee or tea facilities in rooms. Road noise might be an issue for light sleepers. There was a very small amount of mould in the shower. Not enough to complain, but it wasn't perfect, and I understand that might bother other guests more than me. There are also no kettles in the bedrooms, so if you want tea or coffee it'll be a trip in the elevator, and 2 euro for the privilege. Beds were really cheap and moved all around. Breakfast menu is a bit weak. It is not a serious issue but the rooms are quite compact, and almost soundproof (we heard the occasional noise from the hallway but we didn’t hear traffic). Very basic breakfast. N/A. Limited choices (lack of fruit options, no scrambled eggs). Breakfast schedule (too early). Payed parkings, although you have free parking nearby. The hotel staff were unhelpful to me - when I asked for directions to find my conference location I was told by the front desk person to use Google maps...that her obligation was to speak French and English not to help me to find where I needed to go (June 19th 2023 4pm). Later that night I asked if there was hot water available for a cup of tea, another staff said no, they had 2 kettles which were in guests rooms. On another night I asked a different person about hot water...she immediately went and got me a kettle. I noticed a more friendly accommodating manner towards other guests...as a person of colour I feel I might have been subject to racialized treatment. It was very hard to find the location. The address takes you to the garage from the shopping center. Everything was great. Needs to improve noise isolation. Night shift receptionist should double check the names when receive a delivery in the middle of the night, before waking up the wrong person for nothing. Uneducated customers like to hung up and scream under the room windows (see comment about noise isolation). Would be great to have a refrigerator in the room. We managed without it though as we stay just 3 nights and had our meals in the old town. They could have room for three people or a bedroom with another bedroom attached to it. It's good choice. Unfortunately they could not lend us an iron to iron our clothes. We didn’t have time for breakfast cause early flight. Toilet sit is too tall. No areas for smoking, one have to leave the hotel to smoke. Poor breakfast with limited choices (lack of fruit options, no scrambled eggs). Very complicated light switches! No lounge bar to relax in.
