Hotels near Porto Seguro Airport

Pros: beautiful beach, warm-hearted staff, happy memory

Pros: The staff, the cleanlines, the place, the confort.

Pros: Although the hotel was fully booked during our stay, we didn’t have any problem. Staff was nice and usually always smilling, and our children loved the experience. Food and entertainment options were also nice.

Cons: The bad behaviour from some guests. Some days we could not use any chair around the swimming pool because people used to reserve their places hours before the time when they actually arrived there. Another issue is that there wasn’t any photography service available at the hotel during our stay. We had to book an essay of 1 hour for our last day and we didn’t encomendar happy with the result (the photos after the essay).

Pros: The staff is really professional and polite. Lot of services included, included the boat for porto seguro and the van for arrail The outdoor beds

Cons: Many recreational activities were cancelled. There is no medical service.

Pros: There were always activities for children. The service was excellent. The staff were super helpful. We were met by a representative when we arrived and shown around.

Cons: The prices were a little higher than expected.

Pros: My (adult) family and I spent a week at the EcoResort and could not be happier with our experience. I chose the hotel after reading blogs describing it as "a beach resort for people who don't like beach resorts" and "an axé-proof beach resort" (axé being a musical genre from the northeast of Brazil that can be great fun for a couple of hours, but is the opposite of peace and quiet), and was not disappointed. The property is stunning, with pristine landscaping and lovely views to the sea and the river; the rooms, though a bit rustic, were very comfortable; the food (breakfast and à la carte dining) was really good; and service was fantastic, with lovely stuff doing whatever they could to meet guests' needs. A tip: we booked a couple of ground floor river-view rooms, and were very pleased with our choice!

Cons: - This is fully beyond the hotel's control, but the beach is not very appealing for swimming due to its muddy waters (the hotel is located at the point where the ocean meets the river). It was lovely having it there, though! - There were loads of young families at the hotel, which may not be everyone's cup of tea. That said, the hotel never felt crowded and there were lots of quiet spaces for grown-ups to relax. - The hotel could improve its selection of beers. In particular, it was a pity that it didn't serve some delicious Brazilian "chopp"!

Pros: For me the best place to stay in Brazil. The place is wonderful and the food is the best ever.

Cons: The rooms could be renovated and drinks are very expensive.

Pros: Great place, comfortable and super clean. But full of kids, and super expensive. I guess it is a better place if you have kids of your own.

Cons: Shared a bed with my friend. That’s okay though. He didn’t snore.

Pros: I was a bit worried after reading other comments that Facilites (bathroom etc) would be in bad shape. That was not the case. Rooms 25 & 26 had a very nice updated bathroom and toillet. Very good breakfast, nice garden and view. Very good value for money!

Cons: A bit loud to sleep

Pros: Friendly staff, a nice view from the hotel deck. Restaurant offers a decent hamburger. Cinnamon/sugar toast good at the buffet.

Cons: Our room had a faint smell of urine which greeted us each time we entered. The bathroom frequently had dirty water bubbling up through the shower drain (see photo). A couple times it looked like it would flood the room but thankfully didn't. There was some leak in the bathroom so the floor was perpetually wet. When the toilet flushes it almost overflows, not sure why that is. The beds are very, very dirty underneath, see photos. The sheets are also not fitted so they easily come off in the night and your face ends up on that. My bed also leaned one way, so had to sleep facing one direction. We had a 'king' which was actually 2 beds join together, but they were slightly different heights. The light bulb near the door is conveniently located at eye level so I could hit my head on it as often as possible. The room comes with bug spray, I guess that's good? The lights are unshaded so they glare in your eyes. TV is tiny, about the size of a laptop screen. You can hear your neighbour watching soccer highlights in the next room at 7am. Pool is very dirty. We appeared to be the first ones in in the morning and there was a layer of bugs and hair on top of everything. It needs to be skimmed and filtered. Food... breakfast is cheap carbs, sweet breads. Eggs were a soupy mess, nothing really appetizing / healthy. The buffet dinner we saw did not look fresh or good at all and not cheap compared to places in town. You are a ways from anywhere else so have the option of eating there or taxiing to town, I would choose town. There is an excellent churrascuria about a 20 minute walk or short cab away. The rooms are extremely dated and the site photos make them look nicer than they are. There is no way in the world this is a 4 star hotel. I can't imagine what a 3 or less star is if this is 4. When I checked the rating was over 8, it boggles me how this is possible.

Pros: Some members of the staff were very polite

Cons: There was no hot water in my bathroom. The telephone in my room was not connected. The food was substandard and some staff members were very rude

Pros: Super close to the airport. Perfect for a late arrival in Porto Seguro. The pools is great and breakfast is fine.

Cons: Doors and windows need to be refitted.

Pros: Excellent location, fantastic resort, clean, beds super comfortable, beautiful swimming pool, amazing breakfast, wonderful staff. Great for families with kids. would stay at this hotel again and again

Pros: We had to be at the airport at 03:30 - so this was literally next to the runway ! Were able to get up and drive to the airport in 2 minutes

Cons: Small room (but we did have 4 beds), very spartan

Pros: The owner, sergio, goes out of his way to help and make guests comfortable. He is a very good host, and helped me a lot with information, cooking breakfast etc. The beds are very comfortable, and there's a nice kitchen/rest area to relax in. It's a 5 minute bus ride from the airport

Cons: There's not a lot happening in the area, but its verg close to the airport, and porto seguro is small enough for it not to be an issue.

Pros: When in Porto Seguro, Bahia, stay @ Hostel Tabapiri. Come and discover the wonders of Costa do Descobrimento! Sergio is very much of a gentleman and will be at your disposal for any need. There is a great offer of tours and walks, the beauty and friendliness of this place and people are disarming. According to your preferences, every morning, quite early, Sergio will prepare a hearty breakfast.

Pros: The host is extremelly friendly, he is always willing to help. The breakfast is not include but we try to offer coffee and bread sometimes

Pros: Staff, the owner of the Hostel is really caring towards its guests, paying attention to even small details trying its very possible to make its guest at ease at all time. Clean rooms and mutual area Complimentary water and breakfast Very close to Rodoviaria (Bus Station) , which is 800 m away and to apt, less than 2 km away connected by bus not only taxi. Peaceful place, far from hustle of center but yet close to be reached. Good vibe

Pros: Sergio, the owner, is super friendly and makes everyone feel at home.

Cons: The location is a little far from Centro, nightlife and the beach. But Sergio will help you call a taxi and everything else you might need.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They even bring breakfast although the facilities are without breakfast. "If" the buses are coming you can reach the city center very fast.

Cons: The hostel is very remotely located and very hard to find the first time as it is not visible from the outside. The neighborhood is not the best to walk around also with stray dogs running around. The airport is really just beside the hostel, sadly the entrance is on the other side so you will have to circle the whole compound and still need a taxi.

Pros: Sérgio, the friendly owner, is always available to help us with anything you need. Advice, tips, assistance... anytime. The rooms are cleaned everyday, and so are the bathrooms. Switches close to the beds. Silent and peaceful neighborhood.

Pros: This place is clean and cosy. I only stayed one night because I had to catch an early flight. The hostel is located at about 10 minutes walk from the bus station and 30 minutes walk away from the airport,it's a bit far from the centre though.Sergio is a great host.

Pros: We usually aim for the more expensive hotels but since we arrived in Porto Seguro after midnight and left the next morning we decided to take this place near the airport. Alto do Airporto turned out to be such a nice surprise. First the price, excellent for a spacious, extremely clean room, simple but with good taste. Second the property has much more to offer than it seems when you enter through a very modest little office. inside it's a very nice pousada with a stunning panoramic view over Porto Seguro Bay. There's a cute swimming pool and outside dinning, lovely atmosphere. Third, the owner Freddy is the nicest person, extremely helpful with lots of good advise and willing to make your stay the best he can. He told us such interesting stories and went out of his way to pamper us. We were very impressed and thankful!

Pros: Delicious breakfast. Superfriendly staff and owner. Fredo and his family (dogs included) do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible!! We felt more than welcome at Alto do Aeroporto hotel.

Pros: Great breakfast - they made a very good vegan breakfast too! Really friendly people. Only six minutes walk from the airport. Especially convenient when arriving late.

Cons: There was a strange smell are toilet was broken and flushed other peoples poo into to ours, we had no tv. The breakfast was very bad I felt cheated with the price of the beer as I was not from there.

Cons: Wifi connection was bad, actually I couldn’t use in my room. The room was not duty but it could be more clean.
