Cons: Train noise, but proximity to train is a pro.
Pros: Everyone was so friendly and the hotel was clean and very pretty. Our room was great and we received a complimentary upgrade.
Cons: Nothing! Having to leave :)

Pros: Ocean view room is beautiful and relaxing. Bed is very comfortable.
Cons: I could hear people talking on the hall way very clearly. Door closing feature can be improved so that it won't have a loud closing sound.
I was surprised the cleaning lady came before the day of checking out. I brought a personal wine glass and put it on the table. The cleaning lady accidentally took it away. I mentioned to them but with no luck to get it back. That is to say, the management need improvements.
Pros: Lovely, friendly staff...beautiful grounds and facility. Its our "special place" to sneak off to.
When the surrounding area is rich with natural resources and beauty, luxury comes with a distinctly local touch. At The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, resort guests can savor the Northern California sunset on a beautiful evening; sample fine wines from vintners along the coast; craft s’mores over an open fire on their private terrace; discover the nourishing benefits of pumpkin at the spa or tee off on two championship golf courses that are as beautiful as they are well-designed. Holding court on a bluff overlooking the ocean, and just 20 miles from San Francisco International Airport, this secluded, hotel in California celebrates its surroundings with an experience rooted in the element of fire and the discovery of wine.
Pros: Loved it! So cool to have the koi ponds in between the rooms! So cute!
Pros: Needed two rooms and got a good pre-pay rate. Short stay but comfortable. Very good breakfast on site.
Pros: Beautiful setting and gardens. Two highly-rated restaurants on premises. Heated pool and lovely pool setting. Friendly staff; immediate response to requests. Spacious room; useful mini-kitchen with prep counter, sink, refrigerator, and utensils. Comfortable bed. Ample room lighting. Convenient work desk and sitting table in room.
Cons: Mix of contemporary and baroque furnishings is odd. No microwave in room. No hot tub/jacuzzi at pool. No fresh (refrigerated) half-and-half available for the coffee in the lobby.

Cons: I was disappointed, I enjoyed my stay in 2013, but the decor (horrid carpets), the food had deteriorated considerably in between then and my recent stay. It's too bad, it's such a lovely property.
When you stay at Rosewood Sand Hill, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Stanford University and Stanford Shopping Center. Cons: Internet stalled occasionally. Freezer portion of refrigerator barely worked and needed defrosting. Highway access mediocre. Only one treadmill. Closed captioning on television did not work.
Pros: Breakfast was a typical buffet for this class of hotel with cold and hot foods that met my needs.
Quick check-in and check-out
Good value for the price
Cons: Booked two rooms online but the rooms were charged different rates. The manager on watch could not correct the charge. The Front Desk immediately corrected the charge the next morning.
Room was dim especially by the desk. The desk lamp was too focused. Needed a broader beamed lamp by the desk.
Did not have an easy chair to watch TV. Watched from the bed.
Pros: Terrific and diverse breakfast compared to other hotels at this level. Very quiet. Upscale deco and room appointments, but functional. Particularly like that the room was reader and personal electronics-centric, with nice built-in AC outlets on both sides of the bed stand in addition to adjustable reading lights on the outside of each bed's headboard, so that the person sleeping on the outside to the center lamp could also have light to read or whatever without having to employ a headlamp.
Very nice upscale shower and bathroom with the minor caveat listed in critiques. Green flush options always nice to see.
Cons: Adjusting the shower head away from yourself while the water heats up was a a little less than optimal and would have been impossible from anyone much shorter than about 5'4" (average height for American women). The valve that switches the water from the main head to the handheld head was way up there out of obvious view.

Pros: Room had modern fixtures and nicely decorated. Free breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Free Parking. Hotel staff very friendly.
Cons: Curtains in the room were not designed to fully close, which allowed for outside light to come in at all times, as well as less than complete privacy.
Pros: Clean, nice furnishings, good people
Cons: A bit inconvenient
This hotel advertises a pool/jacuzzi, business center, fridge, tv, etc. We had none of this. They also advert that their lobby is under construction...its not the whole lobby, its the entire hotel. The pic on the website is merely a draft up of what they want to do...the entire place is one big construction zone! They advertise a breakfast with hash browns...no hash browns, and their breakfast consisted of those gross pastries in plastic you get from costco and some fruit. We did have a TV which didn't work and a fridge which didn't work. I work remotely, so thank god the internet worked, but they didn't have a business center. When we requested late check out they gave us noon. Then they gave us 4. When we tried to check out at 2:30 they threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't pay axxx late check out fee. DO NOT STAY HERE. The owners and staff are shady and will try and rip you off. I am waiting for a phone call back from priceline regarding our stay, as we are expecting our money back.
Pros: The beds were comfy.
Cons: Just about everything. Their advert on priceline is totally false.
I like the hotel nice inside and staff was nice
Pros: The room had cable
Pros: very nice room and location
Cons: The hotel entrance is under construction. If you want to sleep past 9 a.m., the noise will wake you up. Entrance area was just a small room by the elevator next the the small hotel office.
I am typically pleased by my Priceline experiences, but I found Azure to be mediocre. The hotel is in the process of an update/remodel, and while the bathroom was nicely done, everything else appeared tired and dated. Further, when I arrived late on my first night, the clerk gave me a key to a room that hadn't been made-up. (The bed was unmade and there was laundry on the floor.) Since the furnishings and decor were dated, the disarray of the sheets and towels made the room look even worse.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and well-meaning. The location in Mountain View was great, too. Finally, the bathroom in my room had recently been updated, and it was nice.
Cons: The furnishings in my room were VERY dated. This used to be a Comfort Inn, apparently, and not all the Comfort Inn signage had been removed.

Pros: Quiet; friendly staff, especially at breakfast.
Cons: Price jumped up by $60 while we were searching. Room was a bit flimsy. Picture on wall made a fairly loud noise just from walking on the floor.

Pros: I liked the room set up, and the kitchen area was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: My room was on the first floor, and if you looked out of the window, all you could see was construction. It looked like someone could walk right up to my window, and try to look in. I made sure the blinds were closed while I was there.
Pros: NON-SMOKING. Low Cost 2 bedroom suites with Kitchenette. TVs with HDMI inputs and HD Cable.
Cons: toilet paper in the bathroom was very cheap. (my only complaint)
Pros: The location was excellent right off the freeway easy to find and access to many businesses
Cons: The bath tub didn't feel as clean as the rest of the place . Also the fact that it was separated into two buildings and I have a 10 mos. old that I had to take out into the cold just to get the breakfast.
Pros: Having a kitchen!
Pros: This hotel was wonderful for us. They have great clean rooms with full kitchen and supplies. It makes for such a nice stay with my 7 month old. beautiful sunrise over he mountain. They were understanding when we needed a late checkout. okay breakfast.

Pros: Good breakfast and the room was nice for a short stay. The lobby and common areas were very nice. Front desk staff was very nice, fast, and efficient.

Pros: Everything is great about this hotel, but I chose to come back a second time because of the robotic room service! There was a robot concierge butler that came to my room and it really completed a great experience for me.
Pros: Extremely clean and welcoming! The room service robot made my stay worth it.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: It was great! My boyfriend and I were travelling and needed a nice place to stay but didn't want to break the bank. This was a great choice. Such a highly rated hotel, and yet for less than $200 a night. I will definitely come again next time we are back in the area.
Cons: One of the few downsides was our room placement. It was at the bottom floor and so you could see the cars parked right outside your window. A bit annoying when you're trying to have some privacy, but I just pulled the curtains down. Also our booking was pretty last-minute so I can't complain about where we were put. The other downside was that our lamps were unplugged when we came in, so we were confused as to why the lights weren't working, the floor lamp shade was crooked and bent as well. These are just minor aesthetic downsides however. Our stay was great overall and the style of the hotel in general is very modern and I loved it.
Pros: Loved the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were perfect for the amount spent. Very relaxing environment and easy to get to from the airport.
Pros: My family has stayed at this location on several occasions. It's a great central location for the bay area. Very relaxing, modern, accommodating and friendly. I always look forward to a weekend at the Aloft:)
Pros: Loved the styling of the room and its amenities
Cons: There were several minor maintenance items such as worn painted surfaces and light fixtures that needed attention but not enough to affect my stay which overall was great.
Pros: Beds were super comfortable. The place was clean. Presented with contemporary features and furnishings. Check in/out was quick and painless. Efforts were made to stay as green as possible.the staff was super helpful and available for anything we needed.
Cons: Nothing to report here.
Pros: The staff is really friendly and I would love to stay there again.
Pros: Rooms size was great
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked the front desk if they could extend our check out time since our dinner reservations were at 6PM. This allowed us to extend our stay and relax by the pool. I would definitely come back to this hotel again because of the great service.
Cons: Online it states that there are bathrobes and an iPod dock in the room. This is untrue.

Pros: I like the location. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pretty quite and is very close to the freeway.
The kids love the pool, So easy to access. Place is so clean and staff are so helpful and friendly
Cons: The kids were looking forward for a free breakfast (as it mentioned on the website) but find out in the morning, there is no such thing
The little fridge was not working right and couldn't fit a 2 litre bottle in it (The drinks, 8oz Gatorade, was not cold the next morning
Pros: It was perfect for a quick trip. Clean. Friendly employees and very close to food and Starbucks. I will be backnof the price is right.

Pros: We were in the area to find a new home and were right at home at The Cupertino Inn. Very comfortable. Great buffet breakfast and appetizers in the evening.
Cons: Nothing. Lovely hotel.
Pros: Extremely well treated by front desk. Lovely complimentary breakfast.
Rooms extremely comfortable. Bed, pillows cleanliness.
Cons: Walking outside to get to elevator. Minor inconvenience.
Pros: Awesome selection of breakfast food and nice outdoor area with a pool table!
Pros: Comfortable, clean double queen room with separate sitting room
Large screen TV in both rooms
2 sinks, large bathroom
Fully stocked & locked beverage fridge & basket of snacks
Decent complimentary breakfast
Excellent location & why access
Decent price; booked through KAYAK.com
Hot tub/pool - large, clean & fun. Although closing is documented as 10pm, we were very quiet and the hotel staff did not bother us...we stayed in hot tub till 11pm.
Cons: Major issue: HOUSEKEEPING DID NOT CLEAN MY ROOM. I had organized the room specifically to help housekeeping do an efficient job and needed all new towels and stuff...but returned at 6pm to a (still) dirty room. Called front desk (housekeeping closed by then) and they brought up 2 towels and new soap. You know, "I'm sorry" just doesn't cut it. Refused to let me have a couple of snacks for free as compensation. Pretty 'cheap.' Bad customer satisfaction handling.
Pool/hot tub should close at 11pm, not 10.
Pros: Happy Hour, large room, relatively good wireless internet, better than average breakfast, comfortable bed.
Cons: Phone didn't work, no easily accessible bedside lamp, carpet could be replaced.
Pros: Everything...happy hour; great breakfast
Cons: No light switches near the bed
Pros: Rooms are very well kept and the beds very comfortable. Clean, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was included, not a ton of options, but tasty. There was also a happy hour on one of the nights we were there, which was surprising and very nice after a long day of driving.
Cons: Facilities a little outdated, you can tell that the hotel is not new. Rooms are a little dark. Very slow elevator.
Pros: Very nice hotel in a great area. For the gym they are affiliated with the YMCA which was amazing. Will definitely stay here again
Pros: The pool area is absolutely beautiful and my double room was quite spacious and comfortable. They really do well with the little things.
The location was very central to my business reason for staying.
