Pros: The rooms were comfortable and the place was clean.
Cons: We went during a snow storm and it caused a bit of hassle for us during the stay. We had free breakfast vouchers but breakfast was cancelled due to the snow (I'm assuming chefs/waiters couldn't get through snow to work). They didn't offer any recompense except small packages of dry cereal. Also, it was a bit difficult to find in the snow (Not their fault but it's good to point out).

Pros: Decor is nice and modern. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good - fresh and well stocked. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had no noise issues at all; every night was a quiet stay. I like the "constant fan" feature of the HVAC unit; I normally sleep with a fan on for white noise so this was a big help! Many hotels don't have this feature.
Cons: It's obviously a converted motel and in some ways it still feels like one. Only two floors, so forget about any kind of view. (I never understand this about Redmond hotels - the town is surrounded by mountains!) Our view from the second floor was of the Burger King next door. Biggest dislike was no HD on the TV! They have HDTV's, but they only show stretched SD programming. This is the year 2016 - I haven't seen something like that in close to a decade. I know Bend Broadband charges extra for HD, so add another dollar to the room charge and include HD.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and quiet. Even though we were right off the highway, the noise level was very low.
Cons: Wifi was very spotty.

the lady that greeted us was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
Pros: the room that we were given for the night was very handy since we had our dog with us and it was right by an exit that made it convenient to take her out during the night
Cons: the shower did not have a lot of force to it but it was very clean and that is a real plus
Good location, good price, clean rooms, friendly staff, everything worked and pet friendly!
Pros: Restaurant, pub and museum located next door and across street.
Cons: Back of hotel had full dumpsters and people hanging around in their cars.
Pros: Great space for the price and the staff were very friendly.
Cons: It's a small town , so restraunts close by 9:00
The room clean but difficult to sleep due to the drinking and loud drunk individuals. Very little parking.
Pros: we called to say we would arrive after midnight. Save our room. She did and we were pleased
