I liked the staff I met there. I was in love of paulina and olla and if I were gay, I will get married with roman but unfortunately im not by now. :-) Yesssss!!!!!! Paulina is going to get married on may and olla has italian boyfriend. No single girls in the reception
Location, price. Some of apartaments r not renovate. I had 2 change one for this after renovation and only this one I recommend. There's no shower in bathroom only a little bathtub :(
Its was very modern and clean. Very nice stile and quite. Good space and very good breakfast. I travel very much, and this is one of the best hotels. Maybe miss a bar or so in the reception area, but not very big miss, since the city just outside the door. But thats the only miss, some area with sofa to meet people at the hotel.
The staff of this hotel were really friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and the position of the hotel very central
The hotel was spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, with a delicious breakfast in a sunny room overlooking the whole city rooftops. Perfect for the travellor who needs to unwind quietly after a busy day.
location bang in centre excellent buffet breakfast perfict for city break very friendly staff nothing to much trouble i will stay again not a problem for me but if are are not used to traffic noise this could be disturbing. trams from 6.30am -11.30 pm every few mins. and hotel opposite hospital amberlances blues and twos almost none stop. but after all its a brill city centre location this is expected.if you want quite go outside city
Excellent room, modern and clean. Very central location in Poznan. Friendly staff. No complaints - it was a first class hotel
Walking distance to the Old Town Square and other amenities. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and provided a good start to the day. One of the lifts was out of order briefly.
Good breakfast, in a room with a nice view over poznan. Friendly staff, Excellent apartment, good parking underground.
Ideally situated for the main city centre and a short taxi journey to the airport. I have stayed at this hotel on two occasions now.
Excellent room and bed, everything brandnew. Perfect breakfast and friendly staff.
Bedrooms and leisure centre Asked for a double room but only twin room provided ~ changed upon request ~ seems to be the same for most hotels in Poland i have stayed in
the window couch in the bedroom glass walls in toilets
im owner from hotel in faliraki-rhodes this hotel is one of the best city hotel in europe ever i stay.i go back for sure in the hotel ibb andersia.near to the center .food in hotel is very good only the saimon must cook from differnet ways ( my opinion) .thank you for the nice time
Very nice Hotel specially the view over poznan
Is Brand new hotel with very friendly staff and the room is nicely design and very clean. Location also fantastic for a business traveller
staff were extremely efficient and welcoming, the service was superb and it was a pleasure to stay there.Dinner and breakfast were outstanding.the location was perfect and close to everything.rooms were spacious and the decor was magnificent. No everything was most satisfactory.
We enjoyed the fantastic shower experience and the cosy design bar that stayed open very late at night.
the fitness facilities, the room, the the fact that is next to the shopping center, the view from our room, the bathroom.
friendly staff, spacius room, new and all to a high standard only disappointment was that the pool, gym and spa were not open for our stay - but will be fabulous.
the breakfast, the room was comfortable, the location
Helpful and friendly English speaking reception staff, excellent location near to old town and airport
Very nice hotel built recently and very well maintained, same high standard of NH Hotels as in Spain or in the other countries.
The hotel's location was superb. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly & the hotel in general was of a very high standard.
I’m not the esiest guest, but none of ny requests was a problematic for people working in this hotel. Very elegant connection of stylish old town exterior with new designs inside. Convienient location in City Centre.
A very comfortable and spacious room Everything else is charged extra - breakfast, internet use.
Excellent bed Too long check-in and check out procedure
Poor Air conditioning. Bar closes very early and cant even get a beer from Room service after 10pm
the room was comfortable, modern and clean. the centrally location.
Close to railway station Expensive internet (it's time that Europeans start to offer this service free of charge like in China, anything else is a rip-off) especially for PLN 33/hour or PLN 55/day
Excellent location, free internet but slow Hotel needs renovation badly. Specious reception area, smelling of cigarettes, has only two cafeteria-style tables with four chairs. My remote for an old TV did not work properly. Replacement was not much better. Lights were very dark, thin towels, limited amenities. Restaurant plain and very univiting. This is definately not a 4* property and disapointment to the Novotel brand.
Old hotel that would need to be refurbished
best factor was lovely room didnt like non smoking bar..as it part of restaurant & it closed very early.no nice homely bar feeling.
lack of bar facilities as hotal would not open bar as said insufficient people staying there. Poor for a hotel of this calibre
Close to shoppng mall The restaurant and bar were poorly provide for: no cocktails, and mainly Polish regional dishes
Location adequate facilities breakfast 65 ZLT should be included in room rate it was for 90% guests
Good location for the city centre Building work oposite the hotel
I particulary appreciated the silent room, with respect to both the external street noises and the internal ones. When I arrived, the hotel reception blocked with a pre-authorization on my credit card an amount greater that the total cost of my stay, to protect themselves from extra costs.
Good location and nice rooms
the room service guy was friendly
good value for money
Very friendly and helpful staff
Situation of the hotel is near the centrum, in the green place.
Food and service excellent
This hotel is divine. The rate is inexpensive and the accommodations are lovely, with special detail to cleanliness. The breakfast was well worth the price, and includes a delightful spread each morning. The best part of the hotel is the staff!! Welcoming with warm eyes and smiles. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Poznan, I can't wait to return!!
Very clean and nice small hotel, good located near city center
Cosy atmosphere, nice breakfasts Approach could be better marked
Excellent hotel, friednly staff, -
Nothing Housekeeping staff clean corridors very early with no respect for do not disturb signs.
staff was competent. room was succesfully designed, modern and clean.
The staff are very pleasant. The facilities are more than adequate. My only issue is that the hotel is isolated and there were very few other people evident so there was very little atmosphere
Central Location - about 10 mins walk form the Old Square. Room was large, well furnished and modern. Clean hotel throughout, (lots of marble surfaces), and lifts were efficient. Friendly and Helpful staff. Our room was excellent, but some of the others still appear to require upgrading.
Staff very polite and helpful. A hair dryer and a Safe would be useful additions to the room. Guest bar facilities were not available on evenings when there was a wedding reception at the hotel.
The breakfast was good and just what I needed at the time , the room was ok for what I paid for it.
The best hotel I ever stayed in Poznan. Very clean and spacy rooms, good staff, tasty food in the restaurant, very good breakfast.I would for sure come again parking was quite expencive for our bus as it was not a hotel parking. But it is a normal for Poznan. All parkings are private.
The room was neat and tidy and the breakfast fine. It felt a little institutional. The public areas were re-furbished but the room was a little "tired".
Real nice staff Breakfast is rather poor.
All the Staff are veyr very Helpful and had given excellent service during my stay. Everything was spot on
Staff very helpful
as always no complaints cant get better for the money
Conveniently located for CEntral Poznan Buffet breakfast could have been better.
The hotel is in the great place, rooms are clean and nice. Stuffis helpfull, i would recomend this hotel to everyone traveling to Poznan.
Very nice and spaceful room for 4 people. Ideally located in the heart of the old city. Price unbeatable !
Very good help
I thought that the Reception staff were exceptional. 24hr service is great, great knowledge of local restaruants. There were waititng for us with the breakfast much longer than opening hours which was really nice. The apartament was really spacious with good bathroom and very hot shower! And the most amazing location ever - old town of Poznan just round the corner. In the heart of all great clubs, caffes and attractions of Poznan. It has been bit noisy as there is a great Latino pub next to Hotel but absolutely acceptable.
location lack of space
The location is very convenient to see the old city and many beautiful places around. The staffs are so nice, kind, and friendly. They always provide good services, info. Since there is a bar downstairs, so a bit noisy during the night but i don't mind at all. Around the hotel, so many good restaurants (i.e. Sushi, Mexican, especially the best Polish restaurant Aventis with traditional polish plate, so good).
The friendliness and warmth of the hotel staff (Kamila and the team) were fantastic. We have stayed in lots of hotels in the past 10 years, and they were easily the best.
Fantastic location, in the heart of the town and minutes away from the town square. Don't miss the goats at noon.
privacy of the apartment strong smell of refuse in the downstairs entrance.
Excellent location. Friendly staff
Good breakfast, nice big bathroom, mostly very helpful staff (there is always one bad egg...) Double bed was not really a double but two singles put together, and when a different room was arranged it was the same. in the end we didn't mind too much...
the peace and quiet no kettle in the room
Central, clean and reasonable Desk staff quite officious
The location was perfect for our visit. Ideally situated for the old town square which is where we wanted to be. Bar did not appear to be open at night for a drink when we arrived I know it was 10pm but would have thought it would have still been open, there was not mention of the restaurant either
Central location, professional service
location, cleanliness, the staff were always willing to help with questions and ringing taxis etc, breakfast is served unyil 11 so we didnt have to get out of bed too early.
Location is excellent. There was no air condition in the room and it was impossible to sleep. The room faced the street and it was noisy and hot.
As the majority of restaurants and activity takes place around the old market square this hotel was perfectly located to the square. The room itself was as advertised on the internet in terms of space and the facilities such as the buffet breakfast were good given the price paid for the room. No hairdryer in the bedroom, I understand they possibly had previous issues with the two pin problem but nowadays most travellers are equipped with such gadgets and to specifically not allow them in the listing for the room (razors only) was disappointing, however, the Hotel did accommodate us when we requested one at Reception but all other friends staying in nearby hotels all had such a facility in their room.
Good Location : We can visit several sight seeing spots ( Square of Old Town, many theatres, museums, and agreeable parcs, etc. ) from this hotel, about 2 - 10 minutes by walk to go there. Though it's far from rail station ( Poznan Glowny ) by walk : at least about 20 minits, but we can go nearby this hotel easily by Tram no.5, about 10 minites. Staff : Very good receptionists. They are all kindhearted and did there job quickly, smoothly. Room : Very large and confortable ! Big bathtub and king sise bed, with separate living room. A littre worried about ... It hasn't safe box for valuables in the guest room. (But reliable receptionist keeps them at the reception, so may be not need to be worried)
I liked my room and the services of the Hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. Mainly all staff was nice too.
The location is very positive : close to the trade fairs and old town. The interior desing is also quite attractive The room was extremely small, too small for this price. The breakfast buffet was pretty modest, one could expect more variety
Homely atmosphere but with a touch of class.
Location, location, location... small room with noisy walls:-)
Friendly staff who spoke good English
Atmosphere inside, location and kind of intimacy no lift and room on the third floor
It has a wonderful location to the Old Square & not far from the shopping mall. Yet the Hotel is very quite despite it's central location.
Central location Rooms facing onto courtyard rather dark not helped by somewhat heavy and gloomy decor.
Staff always friendly, available and helpful, hotel nicely decorated and also quiet, good breakfast... Cosy atmosphere. Well, I'm not too found of music during breakfast, but this was a minor fault.
Large rooms, quiet location, nice bathroom, great breakfast, helpful and courteous staff Lack of parking, no air conditioning, additional charge for coca cola consumed with breakfast, no internet wireless service contrary to how advertised - my decision to select this hotel was partly based on supposed availability of wireless internet service
This is a great location in Poznan, easy walking distance to shops etc, and the apartments are very spacious and tastefully decorated. Whilst my comments in the negative box may put you off, i do appreciate that the water and building work were circumstantial, but it did make our stay that bit less enjoyable and we maybe would have booked elsewhere if we had known We stayed from may 31st till 11th june and unfortunatly there is extensive work going on on the exterior of the building. This means scaffolding up and workmen from sometimes 7 a.m outside you windows! This was slightly annoying, also one day the water went off in the immediate vicinity. Only when we saw the locals filling up buckets etc from a water truck did we realise we had to do the same (no-one in reception) After 6 trips up 3 flights of stairs i was a bit knacked! Finally, make sure you ask in reception for changes of towels or cleaning rooms because they won't do either if you don't.
hotel has a great location, short walk to the old town and 5 minutes away from the Stary Browar shopping centre
Very spacious and tastefully decorated apartments. The 4 flights of stairs to reach my room. Plus, there was no microwave in my room.
Nice rooms, nice furniture, good beds, quiet (although in middle of city center). Very friendly people at reception, they waited for hours because we arrived too late.....! Never hired such a good appartment. It almost felt like being home....
The free wi-fi access, the sleeping room was clean. The kitchen had a bad smell of food probably left by the previous guests. The couch in the living room should be replaced.
It was like you were in your own home. Apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable ... you couldn't really ask for any more! I honestly could not find any faults ...
Re apartment no. 14. A very well kept, city centre apartment, which was excellent value for money. Nothing.
the apartment was great and big, all mod cons-sat tv nice decor.big rooms and warm.very clean, will go back again.stayed in a few hotels in poznan and by far this is the best as it had big bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenhighly recommend...a++++
Great, comfortable room, plenty of room, and good facilities, location to the shops, and city centre couldn't have been better no toaster in the room, would have been nice to have had some tea and coofee already there to go with the kettle
It was my second time at this hotel. The simple, confortable lines, the good access to the ciy center and the reasonable prices made me choose again to stay at "Apartamenty Pomarańczarnia". The staff was kind enough to call me on my mobile to tell me as soon the apartment was cleaned and ready to enter, as we arrived early in the morning and before the other guests' check-out. The apartment is slowly getting more modern and ready. There are, however, some very minor flaws (not big enough to keep us from booking there again, to be noticed!): the bathroom window had no curtain, so we had to use a towel to cover; the front door and ascending stairs "don't match" the good style inside the apartments (on our first visit, we were almost not going upstairs, because the access was so poor... fortunately we did see the apartment, and were amazed on the huge quality difference. We stayed!)
Excellent location, well equipped rooms (did not need to use hairdryer!). Superb reception staff, good hearty and traditional Polish breakfast. Secure parking available. Easy walk to the Rynek. A good hotel for exploring this fabulous city! Shower water pressure was only adequate (room 21). Cupborads had not been cleaned/emptied since the last guest
ood location for exploring, only about 20 minutes by tram from the train station. A good hotel.
central location, style of hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast - overall, we were delighted with it an electronic room safe would be helpful and a fan for very hot weather
the friendly staff very helpful beautifuly clean comfy beds nice breakfast
Parking at the hotel, excellent breakfast, great location, courteous and nice hotel staff Rooms are small, lack of any English language TV stations, Noise from trams at night and very early morning, immediate vicinity to hotel is dumpy
The character of the hotel was charming, and the skylight in the upper floor room was cute! Breakfast also sufficient, very friendly waitress and coffee pot on your own table.. :) Elevator went only to floor 4, and there's rooms in floor 5. Not a problem for me, but good to note if disabled.
Staff very helpful area is noisey. Need to keep windows shut. There is no air conditioning
The hotel was quite nice, comfortable and clean. Quite good quality for the money and 3 star standard. We also liked the quiet location - yet in walking distance from the center and most of the sights. No airconditioning - not good in the summer...makes the rooms a bit stuffy.
Friendlieness and helpful attitude of the reception staff Lack of tea or coffeee making facilities in room and poor surroundings, almost as if it had been built in a post blitz area.
Very pleasant stay. Great location. Limited on site parking.
Personnel was very professional, nice and available. Location is ideal, walking distance to the city centre and easy to reach by surface transport. Quiet area. Facilities up to Ibis standard; clean, neat and practical.
Good location. No hotel's wifi only paid gsm hotspot, average choice for breakfast, additionaly paid breakfast and parking, so overall not so good price/stars and service ratio for this hotel.
an OK 2-star hotel, but really not impressionening I think that comfort and pleasure is going down in this hotel. I stayed there 10-12 times in the last 12 months, but no recognition. It smelled cigarettes all over in the room sections and in my room. still no free internet, although many other hotels offer that. Looking at the prices in the competing hotels nowadays, I think I try something else next time I go to Poznan.
1. A lot of extras beside basic rate. 2. Smoke in the whole ground floor doesn't siute for me and others who are not smoking. Smokers should have special place for their needs. 3. For so many years nothing is changing at this hotel. Well, except p.1 :)
The staff was very helpful and the location is good (between the city centre and the Malta lake)
It is located in the very city center. Hotel allows guest to bring their animals. Unfortunately our neighbors had a big dog in their room - the dog barked very loud, howled and whined whenever they weren't there. As we made a complainment at the reception desk the lady told us there are no other free rooms left so we had to stay "with" the dog... I think the acoustic isolation of the rooms might be better.
the kitchen at the restaurant is not good.
