Pros. Good price, clean spacious rooms, good staff you can always talk to in many different languages.
Cons. The desk chair in the rooms are not good. I work in hotel until late hours and I like to have good chair. Unfortunately in this hotel they seems don't have good chair.

What are the standout features of the hotel?
One of the standout features of this hotel is the outdoor parking area, making it easy to find a convenient spot. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. The internet connection met expectations, providing a stable and reliable service for guests.
What can I expect from the hotel's breakfast?
The breakfast in the hotel is quite rich. The price of the hotel is still ok. Breakfast was very nice, lovely area next to the forest, free parking next to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, couldn't be better! Their Breakfast had a variety. Breakfast is okay, basic, don’t expect too much. There are many options for the breakfast which is a positive thing.
What are the common concerns about the hotel's facilities?
Sound insulation effect is very poor, up and down, left and right before and after the house. It will ring if you move. The hotel's facilities are very old, like the decoration style of the 1980s. Basic things like iron and hairdryer weren’t there. The bathrooms were smelly, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was really disappointing, there was a very unpleasant smell, probably from very old carpets, no air conditioning so during our summer visit it was too hot during the night and in general the room furniture and fixtures very old.
What practical information should I know about the hotel's location?
The hotel is on a hill, so returning to it after a tiring day isn't comfortable. The property is within a 7-minute walk from the underground. The hotel has a restaurant of its own with an outside sitting area, amazing fried Gouda cheese, and beer. The hotel is basic, you will get a good clean room to sleep in, good breakfast, and is easily accessible by metro. If you're staying as a large group (family), this hotel could be a good option, as the family room is quite spacious.
What are the positive aspects of the hotel's customer service?
I appreciate staff, especially the hotel manager, for the cooperative attitude. Receptionist and restaurant staff, breakfast food selection, location. Svitlana at reception was a very nice lady. The personnel in reception are kind and they answered all my questions. The hotel is really nice, you can play chess in the reception area, there is a restaurant and a bar too. Something I really liked was that the hotel has an ATM so you can directly change your money in a safe place.
