Especially with everything going on with coronavirus and the city going on lock down the hotel was not very accommodating. I understand that they only provide breakfast anyways but especially being a young couple in a foreign country they were not much help and we had to find places to get food from other people in the streets/ shops that were open. There was no updates on the current situation that was happening and only found out that the city was on lock down when we were walking through the street and seeing all the restaurants with signs on the door saying they were closed. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Even on leaving there was no genuine goodbye or ask how our stay was. Everyday we had to ask for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels and toilet paper. On the first day we asked for our room to be cleaned then literally just buy fresh towels in our room and no attempt to even clean the room. The location is okay with a tram right outside the hotel which was great however very noisy throughout the night. Thankfully there is a lidi just down the road which saved our eating and drinking problems. Overall I’d rather of spent a little bit more money and got a better standard quality hotel.
Nice, good size room. Great location, close to the sights. Comfortable bed. Fridge in the room. Friendly staff, with good english. & fantastic breakfast included! Great value
A bit of noise from people yelling in the street at night.
The hotel doesn't have its own parking facility.
Good size room. Good value. Mini fridge. Good wifi. Fantastic free breakfast!
Noise from the street. Drunks yelling. Weak water pressure.
The hotel is located on the main with the tram stopping every few minutes....the breakfast was great with a variety of items to choose from.
