There is no gym, which is weird for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is much below standards. Too early check-out, unable to get a late check-out due to overbooking. The price does not fully fit with the rooms. No WiFi in room 107. My only request was to have complementary toiletries. Far from the city center and overpriced for its location. Breakfast was good but I just suggest to improve the breakfast diversity. The only thing that we didn't like is that the sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep on. The driver who sent us to the airport dropped us off in another building outside of the terminal and asked for extra for dropping us at the terminal. The “shuttle” service to the airport was someone who was called to take me to the airport. Rude staff. Bathroom doors had no locks, staff was a bit unpleasant. Bit out of the way, taxi could not find it. Receptionist lady not cooperative.
