Pros: Fantastic place. Great breakfast. Excellent front desk lady who is lovely, kind and tall.
Cons: The place was great!!!
Pros: First of all Michaela on the front desk goes above and beyond with being pleasant, helpful and efficient. Best customer service we had on our vacation!! The room was clean, spacious, good bed and pillows and breakfast was hot and fresh. The restaurant was also fabulous, great wine selection and hot and tasty food. Staff were pleasant and efficient.
Cons: It didn’t bother us but if you are a light sleeper you may need the earplugs that are provided due to tram noise.
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff at reception always greeted with a warm welcome and smile.
Pros: In city centre, close to everything. Big shower. Good staff and great breakfast.
Cons: Windows didn’t seem to work properly. No AC.
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, nice decor, excellent breakfast and super good location.
Cons: WiFi poor but sometimes it is good to be disconnected... English news on TV keep you up to date.
Pros: 10 for everything. Amazing hotel.
Pros: We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Hotel Rango. Fantastic location in hart of the city. It has two restaurants, beautiful, romantic with great food. The receptionist was so lovely and helpful, we especially adored her.
Cons: The only thing was a little bit difficult for me, the stairs.
A stay at U Zvonu places you in the heart of Plzen, within a 5-minute walk of Brewery Museum and Renaissance Town Hall. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Good choices, nice choice of food.
Cons: Hard to find, GPS did not locate.
Pros: The location
Cons: Everything ok
Pros: The location was excellent for exploring Plzen. The garage underneath the hotel was very useful. Breakfast was very good. The only negative was that our room was not cleaned while we stayed at the hotel but, since we were there for only 2 nights, it was not a problem.
Pros: Room faced tram lines 1 and 2 but did not notice their regular services. Location is near central square and you would suspect close / almost within walking distance of train station. However, barriers / main roads block access from that direction - need to take the a one stop 1 or 2 tram trip from the tram stop below the train station.
Cons: Arrived prior to check-in time on a rainy day. Check in staff did not even go through the motions of confirming room was not the standard 'come back' later line.
Pros: Friendly receptionist. Nice breakfast. Quiet room.
Pros: All another are fine
Cons: There are two little ask. It is very dark in the room after sundown. The second question is a not depth bath, for the big man it is not good.
Pros: It is a new hotel in a very nice place in a city center.
Cons: Although it is a nice hotel, it is very badly run. While travelling we choose 4* star hotels because we need comfort and expect they welcome their clients. Some basic things are just expected, no need for some special conditions. Shower gel and other toiletries ran out as they were not replaced when used. So I had to use my hair shampoo instead of a shower gel. The room was not cleaned, just the blanked of the bed tidied up. A glass left unwashed. And what was the worst - towels which were left in the bath (as asked by the hotel if we wanted them changed) were taken out of the bath and left on the rail for another day. And you find that out only when you need to use them. It's basic hygiene! It is worse than disrespect.

Pros: very good place to stay highly recommend it
Pros: They were all the time asking if we need sth etc.
Pros: Extremely spacious and comfortable beds, bathroom large and modern, large screen TV and sofa. Quiet location with excellent proximity to amenities in the village and the train station which was only 10 minutes to Pilsen
Cons: Could maybe do with a kettle in the room but that's all
Pros: Cool motel type rooms
Cons: Construction works bit not done
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this place. The owner's were very hospitable, even letting us use the laundry facilities and letting me plug my phone into his USB port on his computer to charge it up, since I left my adapter behind with the family. The night that we checked in Honza greeted us warmly. We got situated and went into the restaurant for a couple beers to relax. His prices are reasonable and comparable to any pub. He asked us what we wanted for breakfast and the delivered the next morning with the typical local style breakfast of franks, good bread and sliced deli meats with tomato and cucumber slices. The room was clean and spacious, even for a family of 4. We were very comfortable. The area is quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, very homey feel. Thanks for the great hospitality!
Cons: The neighbors dog, but we were fine anyway. I'd still stay here again and again.

Pros: Great breakfast, good location, quiet neighbourhood
Pros: Everything was excellent. Room was large and clean, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Good 4 bed room with extra bed was perfect for us with three kids. Off street parking outside, free on weekend. Staff very accommodating and spoke good English. Insisted on serving us breakfast so they got up an hour early to make sure we were fed before our departure.
Cons: The bridge to the Centre of town was temporarily closed, so the walk into town was a bit longer than we thought.

Pros: Well renovated old building, spacious rooms.
Cons: Beds, really uncomfortable. Keycards don’t work well.
Pros: The food in the restaurant at the hotel is excellent with a lovely mix of traditional and modern cuisine.
Cons: Our room was a little small and the slopping roof was an issue for my partner who is 6ft 2ins.
Pros: Location in center of the town.
Cons: Breakest really poor compare with other hotels in Czech
Pros: Staff very helpful and food was great
Pros: Good size room and clean. Hotel is linked to restaurant so you eat there and sit on the terrace in the evenings.
Cons: Breakfast was very limited and not good. There was no wifi connection in the bedroom.
Pros: Beautifully renovated historic hotel in a charming town about 30 mins outside Plzen. All the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with a dressing room as well as a huge bedroom with sitting area as well as a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was a treat in itself. Historic dining rooms, good food and wine, excellent local beer and smiling, cheerful service despite us not speaking Czech. We really enjoyed our meal. The breakfast is another reason to be delighted with this property: yet another restored historic room, this time the ballroom. Great selection of hot and cold buffet and drinks. Sweet and savoury tastes catered for with impressive variety. Overall a real gem of a property which deserves your business. We appreciated the secure private on site parking and we had plenty of time to enjoy our breakfast, drive into Plzen and arrive at the Brewery for the first tour of the day.
Cons: Nothing. Cannot think how it would be possible to improve on this delightful property.

Cons: There weren't many restaurants nearby, but the hostess served breakfast. There's a pub across the street.
Pros: Nice and quiet place, friendly staff. After arrival free and tasty espresso (if you are able to operate the espresso machine) or tea. Standard level of breakfast buffet or something extra upon request, as the kichten works mainly during breakfast time.
Cons: No house restaurant or bar; closest restaurants about 5-6 minutes of drive. I tried the "Restaurant Presticka svine" and was satisfied.
Pros: Staff friendly and accommodating. Room large and clean.
Cons: A huge amount of road noise from trucks and cars from about 4am, unexpected in a remote location well off the highway.
Pros: Alle Good

Pros: Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights when on motorcycling holiday with a friend. We booked a "superior twin" and were rewarded with a nice big room with plenty of space for our gear. We had a secure underground parking space for our bikes and the hotel had opened the garage doors for our arrival when they saw us approach for the first time. Staff were helpful and the location was very good, no more than a 15 minute walk to visit the Pilsner Urquhell beer museum and about the same to the train station for a day trip to Prague. Plenty of good value places to eat and drink close by, the hotel only does breakfast which was good and varied.

Cons: No air conditioning in rooms but they do have fans.
Pros: good, sufficient, great service
Cons: it seemed the back door (to the car park) was locked at night? which meant I couldn't get to my car... instructions on the door would help (in english) could help?
Pros: Very kind staff, room and bathroom is clean, breakfast is great, the center is very close.

Cons: Everything was fine
Pros: Very clean place Very helpful reception Good value for money
Pros: This property was the cheapest possibility in Pilzen and its surroundings for my dates. It is located some 10 min ride from the city with a car in a quiet neighbourhood. The landlady is very nice, welcomed us and check-in very quickly. The room was spacious, with complimentary toiletries. There's also a fridge in the room.
Cons: There was a dog barking all the time in the house near by, so it was a challenge to get to sleep. I was also hoping the breakfast will be more rich and tasty, unfortunately I didn't like it at all. Wi-Fi in the room was very slow and didn't always work properly.
Pros: You could see the owner inspecting every detail in the hotel, it is must see place in Plzen city and I m gonna miss the place
Cons: All the TV channels were in Czech

Pros: Very nice place, large room, nice restaurant
Cons: In the village so not much to do, restaurant and reception is closing early 21:30-22:00
Pros: The room was clean and stylish, food in restaurant good and personnel willing and helpful. Parking lot is spacious. There is enough space for luggage and belongings in the room.

Pros: Very good hotel! Perfect place and perfect hosts! AAA++
Cons: The water temperature of the shower was jumping +/- 5 C every second :( ... not expecting this on a 4Star Hotel ... Rest was perfect
Pros: - Very nice hotel! - Parking behind house(secure with camera) or garage! - Very good breakfast!!! - Very good beds. One of the best hotel beds, i ever slept. - you can go from the hotel, directly over an bridge to the Plzen Brewery.
Cons: - to the city center, little bit dangerous way directly over streets or longer way under some bridges.
Pros: Hotel is clean and stylish, and the location was close to the center and next to the brewery. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Service throughout the stay was somewhat indifferent. Staff didn't deliver with special requests like baby crib in the room without reminding. Part of the staff didn't really seem to speak English, which is strange in 4 star hotel.
Pros: Very confortable room. Hotel very close to the city center (and to the Pilsner Urquell brewery)
Pros: This is a modern hotel (with lots of black and red decor) directly across from the Pilsner Urquell brewery. For us, it was conveniently located as we were passing through Pilsen. They could use a few more signs inside and out. We drove around twice before figuring out how to wind our way into their parking lot behind the building, then as we came in the back door of the hotel, we guessed our way to reception. Check-in was easy enough, but our keys didn't work, so one of us returned to the desk and the others sat in a spot near the elevators with a view of the brewery. A man swung through the area and didn't speak to us. Then when we were opening our room doors a few minutes later, he was there again, without speaking to us. He was in a suit, and we guessed he was doing security checks, but it felt a little odd. There were some cups in that waiting area when we checked in, and they were still there when we checked out the next day. The room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the Julius Meinl instant coffee. The hotel was quiet with no noises of doors, flushing or footsteps. Breakfast was good, with good coffee, although the scrambled eggs were soupy. Staff at the front desk and dining room were very pleasant.
Pros: We enjoyed the additional extras on each floor of the complimentary coffee water fruit snacks
Cons: The pillows on the bed weren’t quite to our liking, although there wasn’t anything wrong with them

Pros: The staff was very kind!
Pros: Breakfast is good
Cons: The shower place should not be opened
Pros: Hot pot for coffee in the room and they brought us extra regular coffee packets. Easy walk to all attractions.
Cons: Someone did not check the slope on the shower when the hotel was renovated for Marriott, as it slopes away from the drain leaving standing water!
Pros: The breakfast is good but I would like custom eggs and pancakes. I'll pay extra.
Cons: I would like the restaurant open later. I got in late and was hungry.
Pros: 1. Location 2. Staff 3. On-site parking in the hotel's own garage 4. Comfortable, spacious bed
Cons: 1. The room was a little cold, even for September, and regulating the heating was a little tricky 2. The pillows and the sheets were a little bit smelly
Cons: Our room numbers where 508 and 507 that is located directly under the 6th floor gym. We had endless issues with people either dropping weights on the floor etc and it was extremely loud. At times we had to leave the Hotel to find another location to do our work. We reported it, but where sadly told that we could not be assisted and basically had to just deal with it. Friendly staff, but helpless in certain situations. I think management has to seriously reconsider what equipment is allowed in the gym, because more rooms = more money and that is more important than having a gym.
Pros: Everything was excellent. Could not ask for more
Pros: Location -centrum
Cons: Standard basic breakfast, but expensive.

Pros: The staff were nice and accommodating. We arrived before the check-in time and they accommodated us.
Cons: We arrived early and did not understand the "entry procedure" procedure with the phone. No one was at the desk, but I found someone at the restaurant. If you do not have a cell phone to make a call in the Czech republic, I do not recommend you stay here.
