Pros (+) It was clean and reasonably comfortable. The kitchen was small but usable. It wasn't a big room but all we really need it for was sleeping and showering.
Cons (-) The bed was firmer than I like. And they had a bath tub and separate shower that felt like a waste of space for a small room. If they got rid of the tub you could have a bigger room and kitchen
