Pros: Covid did away with the breakfast buffet. Was offered a sack lunch.
Cons: The online description states that the room was an internal room. That means that the room has NO Windows. Cons: It would be nice to have a better cooking pan and more then one cooking utensil (spoon).
10.0 Excellent

Full size kitchenette with full size fridge freezer. The king size bed was super comfortable and nice. They are pet friendly which is a plus for us because we never travel without our puppers.
Cons: Finding the entrance was a tad difficult at first, but once we found it things were smooth.

Pros: Our room was the closest to the park. We were able to sit on our patio and enjoy a game of scrabble while watching ships come in, listening to the waves of the lake and admiring the wildlife.
Cons: We didn’t realize there was a ‘fill in’ for cleaning of multiple days, until we were leaving. So many times we had to empty our trash and ask for more bags. I even hate to ‘complain’ about that, but that’s really the only negative thing about our stay!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. The amenities are great.
Cons: due to increased traffic in the area parking was crowded.

Pros: So impressed by the warm, welcoming greeting/help by the front desk to the incredible staff who took care of our room. Our 2 rooms were spacious, very clean & beautifully designed. Generous, delicious breakfast. Location is great. Will stay again
Cons: Jacuzzis (2) were lovely except for the really strong chlorine smell. May think that 2 jacuzzis and a pool in 1 room generate more chlorine vapors than usual. But loved sitting in the jacuzzi and looking out at the snow falling!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: During such an uncertain crazy time, the staff were so welcoming and considerate. They helped accommodate requests and did so without hesitation. The way they were able to include the breakfast was amazing as most times that’s the best part. This was the first hotel we’ve had the option of having breakfast during this uncertain time.
Cons: The only thing was it was a little warm in the vestibule and lobby area, but I’m sure it is due to the fluctuation of weather.

Pros: Great location, clean and updated along with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast!

Pros: Very quiet comfortable relaxing facility. Enjoyed the hot tub and free breakfast.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, staff, location, room, everything was perfect!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location of this hotel is great-the view on the other side was super! Very comfortable bed. Clean. Nice gal at the front desk.
Cons: Because of covid 19 bag breakfast was just o.k. We had some very loud (drunk) neighbors that kept us awake most of the night. For the price we paid would have like to have had a view-ours was the parking lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!! The staff were very kind and helpful and the room was clean and tidy and epic and comfortable and the breakfast spread was phenomenal! I will recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Duluth. Also it was reasonable and not over priced.
Cons: N/A
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Price is crazy . And I never got my safety deposit back ..
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very accommodating, and the location was great!
Cons: My biggest and only complaint was the lack of sound proofing. We could hear everything from people in the hallway, a child running around upstairs, our neighbor getting sick in the middle of the night.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was perfect.
Cons: The noise from the upper levels was horrible, like stomping on the floor. Also, the breakfast selections were extremely limited 40 minutes prior to the end of service. The staff person working with the breakfast couldn't have been more rude.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows and clean towels. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Too many carb options. My daughter said the Cookies in lobby were really good. Coffee was great. Didn't use gym or pool but looked nice. View was good but not worth the extra price in my opinion. Hotel is in a good location within walking distance to many restaurants. Hoping there would be fire pits at night but there wasn't .
Cons: Too much money for lake view. No fire pits in evening. Not enough breakfast options unless you only want a lot of carbs like cereal, potatoes, waffles, pastries and smoothies and juice. Eggs were good and sausage tasted like hot dogs. Lots of noise from other rooms and hallway overnight
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in Canal Park. The hotel was close to all Duluth’s great attractions.
7.7 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, coffee/tea available in the lobby all day, friendly staff, lots of lobby seating, located in Canal Park - easy to walk to restaurants & shops, amazing view of the lake.
Cons: Thin walls, the family next door (sounded like 2 young kids & 1 toddler) kept us up late at night and all night. You also can hear every door bang open/closed around you. It was MEA weekend, and there was a lot going on, but $344/night for a room is ridiculous.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and location was good for us to walk to Bentleyville.
Cons: They were having issues with certain cable channels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
