Great friendly staff, clean comfortable room! No elevator!
Friendly staff Hot water ran out
Location was good. Not in downtown but close enough (within 5 minutes). The room smelled of smoke and it was a bit more rundown than we remembered this hotel from the last stay.
The quality bed and linens. The Manager was very helpful with our reservation problems also. The REALLY short Toilet in the bathroom. IT was AWFUL.
This hotel was very clean. They just replaced a bunch of furniture in the rooms. Swimming pool and area were very clean and always had towels. The staff was incredibly nice. The only thing I didn't like was at breakfast there was a man (not staff) hitting flies with a swatter. That was very gross.
I asked to extend my checkout until 1 PM instead of 11 AM. They would not do it...they would only extend until noon. I was doing a bike race and wanted to shower after it was finished at noon. To bad.
Nice place, clean A little crowded space, but worth the price

Stayed here with two girlfriends during the Little Red Riding Hood century. With two queen beds and a sofa-bed, the suite was perfect. Also loved the divided shower and toilet rooms (a MUST with multiple, non-related guests in one room). The breakfast was fine, although there could have been better vegetarian options. It was nice of them to move it back to 5 a.m. for the century riders. We had dinner at the adjoined Elements restaurant and it was excellent food at a reasonable price. One complaint: The scent they were pumping in through the vents made me a little nauseous. Lay off the fake gardenia already! :)
Breakfast not great other than that it was a good hotel

Fabulous hotel with very upscale, reasonable restaurant next door..........what a beautiful spot, next to running river!! The city is full of music, a must do summer thing, fabulous climate, hot during the day, but cool at night, and what a nice hotel. You won't find a nicer place to lay your head, THIS ONE IS THE VERY, VERY BEST!!
This hotel was very accommodating and comfortable. The pool was warm and the breakfast was excellent. We had a comfortable bed and the customer service was professional and appreciated. We will be returning customers.
It's a no smoking hotel. It was wonderful having sheets that didn't smell like they were washed with smokers sheets. So clean and enjoyable. Really sound proof and a great little pool.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Great guest amenities . A helpful, friendly staff.
Fulfilled my expectations of a Marriott. I prefer their accommodations. The price. They did not honor my owner membership number for a discount. Also, they raised the price due to demand because of a local race. I'd like to have a Hotel chain that rewarded loyalty and ownership rather than opportunity.
Great location and sleeps a minimum of 4 per room. N/A
The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area was nice. The breakfast was very good. The only thing I would have changed, was we were at the back of the hotel, so it just made a little bit of a walk going to the pool or breakfast.
We were only in town for 1 night due to a dance competition. The price was good, location great, facilities including the fitness center were good and my kids loved it. I couldn't get the sauna to work... That would have been nice. The tv was tough to navigate, but once we found the channel we needed it was fine.
The staff were wonderful and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Lots of construction and mess in hallways and lobby (not rooms) with the remodel. The staff dealt with it very well. I do wish the rate were a bit lower because of the construction.
Clean, well laid out. Great breakfast, nice people. Tough to get into and out of because of the traffic pattern around the hotel.
My room was clean and the staff was kind. There was a lot of construction going on, hoped for more relaxing and quiet place
It's not the crystal inn anymore. It's la Quinta . I got a pre check in the day before (June 25) for the two rooms I reserved and paid for in March. I did not pre check in but when I arrived on June 27 they only had 2 room on record. They did find a better room for me and gave me keys. I had to be somewhere so I left a key at the desk for later arriving people in my party. The room was actually occupied. They did give me another room but it was hectic.
Seperate couch and chair Remodeling. No light supper as our last time. Charged the same or more for less.
I like everything about this hotel and I highly recommend it. Nothing
They were in the middle of a remodel. Hammers drill bits circular saws gas cans ladders paint and epoxies everywhere and unattended by whoever was using them. I complained and was told that they don't care. Wonderful experience in customer satisfaction. Call before you book to make sure the remodel is complete.
Staff was extremely friendly, room was very clean and large. Quiet hotel with an indoor pool. We had gone to Logan to register our daughter for college and this hotel is less than 5 minutes from campus. We'll stay here again on our trips to visit. :) N/A
Close proximity to everything. None
Very good value and really nice accommodations. The bed was very comfortable and liked the fridge in the room. The variety of breakfast items was appreciated for a 3 night stay. The staff was so polite!
The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean, a little outdated.
Breakfast and the pool are great for families with small kids.
Location Needs to be cleaner
Despite its old and shabby appearance it did seem to be clean. Ugly decor. Awful bed. 3 foot tall picture of the Salt Lake City temple in our room. The whole hotel needs an update. Badly
I like the low noise and courteous staff. Bad channel connection on the t.v.
Some of the staff was awesome. The facts are I am not impressed. I had to give them my debit card for some reason. Absolutely not ok I paid online 147 dollars for a room. For one room and two nights. There was holes in the walls and there was a stain on the floor, I really could go on.the one thing is that we was at the pool we two people came in started making out in front of my grandkids not cool.
I was glad I only had to stay one night. I didn't know that smoking rooms were still allowed in motels in Utah, and this place stank of cigarette smoke, even though our room was non-smoking. Our bed linens had holes in them and there weren't many accessible outlets to charge our devices.
The large artwork in the room. The bed is very firm. The A/C doesn't get the room cooled off. There was trash under the bed. There was an odd substance/mark on the wall. The construction work in the bathroom wasn't finished. The room smelled funny. The fridge didn't smell clean.
The smiling room. Didn't even know they exciting in 2016. Also thought we were getting 2 queens. Just a rough night all the way around. Won't do that again.
The staff was great and the location was fantastic! Room amenities could use an upgrade, but it was well worth it!
on campus location, comfortable/clean rooms, nice continental bfast, free ice cream! couldn't take bath due to drain not closing
The bed was super comfortable. Free Aggie ice cream at check-in is a nice touch. Location can't be beat.
Big room Old
It is pretty quiet and at a very central location, there is not much to do in Logan but it's close to a lot of businesses and restaurants Beds are very uncomfortable, breakfast gave my family food poisoning the first day and it was not good the rest of the days, we never saw staff around until we checked out and I never got the emails they said I would.
Clean. Everything worked. We were there during a bike race. This bumped the price of the room from normally around $60 for the night to $100. It's worth $60. But not $100. I should have taken my $100 and gone down the street to a higher quality hotel.
Basic clean, tidy motel. Near downtown. Opened up breakfast early for the runners. Very kind.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. It was a nice clean place with a pool and hot tub for relaxing. Loved how the room wasn't shabby and old looking. Had some nice art pieces, bedspread, and furniture. We had a good time and overall were pretty satisfied and would definitely stay here over some other places in the same area we have stayed. The only things we didn't really like were that the shower was a bit treacherous (it liked to change temperatures if someone nearby was also using the hot water), and the cleaning ladies were loud with their carts, banging, and knocking on the door even with the do not disturb sign on the doorknob while we were trying to sleep in late.
Clean, modern, and great staff
The room was nice and the beds were soft. The only problem was that the TV didn't work and that's cause the guests before me had stolen the HDMI cable but Hotel Employee was awesome in Heloing U.S. figure it out The TV didn't work
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the hotel was nice. Location was perfect for what we were there for. Was not happy about the cleaning of the room. My son found a Coors Beer can by the bed and we were worried the bed sheets had not been changed. The main reason we picked the hotel was for the pool, but it was out of service when we went and sign was wrong
Quick, friendly staff! The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but other than that, it was just fine.
The location being close to Crystal Hot Springs. The room was clean and everything new in that they have been open for business for only 3 months. Convenient electrical outlets for charging electronic devices. Nicely furnished kitchen and guests to use A nice welcome and interaction with an actual person would have been good. There should have been more towels in the room as there was only 2 bath towels for 2 guests. I suggest adding 2 hands towels and 2 wash cloths with towels for the hot springs.
Convenient - close to the freeway. The bed was awful. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. It was very uncomfortable. We couldn't stay the second night. We checked out and found another hotel.
It was very clean. The bed is quite hard; the room is very small.
The workmanship of the room details was very good quality. The price was good. Tickets to the hot springs was a nice touch. The check in was bizarre. There was no A/C in the room. There was confusion about the booking fee and Tax.
It was so quiet and quaint, I loved it!!
I loved that it was clean, basic needs. It really needs some landscaping on the outside. Definitely no curb appeal. Also, white sheets and white towels that I know have been bleached would have made me more comfortable.
Good wifi, nice view Bed hard as a rock and low to the ground; fire extinguisher attached to the wall too close to the bed; 'sticker burrs' outside get in clothes, tires, and shoes ; no nearby restaurants or convenience stores
It was very nice and new. Even still smelt like fresh paint. The room was a little small but really cozy.
