10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Every room is themed and we got King Arthur's castle. Bonkers but wonderful. Nice touches like a bottle of cider in Ice and some cheesecake in the fridge. Breakfast delivered to the room and it was delicious. Great staff so friendly and helpful. Set in beautiful gardens my wife and I loved it. Can't speak highly enough about this wonderful hotel. 10/10 all day long.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The decor was divine. We will be going back. Loved the creek along the edge of the property and close enough to the window (I could open) that we got fresh air and gurgling of the water all night long. I also liked the guest book in the room.
Cons: The carpet just outside our door was badly stained. I was surprised it hadn't been taken care of. I meant to mention it directly to them but forgot.

Pros: The young man charged us for our service dog. Have never been charged before need to know why?
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable with a choice of firm or soft pillows.. The breakfast was very good with lots of hot items to choose from.
Cons: We were 20 minutes early and our room was not ready. While we were waiting in the lobby several people checked in and went straight to their room. After 30 minutes he checked and said they still hadn't cleaned our room, so he gave us another room. We wondered why he didn't give us another room to begin with instead of making us wait 30 minutes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hotel, the entire experience far exceeded my expectations.
6.8 Good
Pros: Decent location
Cons: Horrible smell throughout the common areas with heavy overuse of OZIUM or some kind of other air freshener… That made it smell like you’re walking into a dirty Motel 6
5.8 Okay
Cons: Booked the hotel for the Cache Valley Gran Fondo bike race. I was informed breakfast started at 7. 7? What hotel starts breakfast so late? I asked them to start earlier as there were many riders at the hotel. No can do they said. I'll find a different hotel next year!

Pros: The breakfast was dismal. The only good things were the cinnamon rolls.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great bed, very clean, quiet, perfect location for us. Enjoyed the stay!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was great!
Cons: The lamp in our room only had one outlet on it and I would have liked two. One for my phone and one for my c-pap. My C-pap machine wouldn't work on it for some reason. But I had an extension cord so it worked out ok.

Pros: One of the newer hotels in the area, but still 10+ years old. Good location and access on the south end of Logan. Very convenient if you have an event at the attached conference venue.
Cons: Disappointed considering the price. Room layout is odd. Person sleeping closest to window will be overly hot/cold from the heater/AC unit. Breakfast was terrible - no variety of food, no meat, juice machine broken, hot chocolate machine cold. Better values nearby.

Aggie ice cream included for each guest come pre packaged, ready for travel, and so good!
Cons: Construction in the area.
6.0 Good
Pros: I like the location and the area.
Cons: My bed was made but hadn't been changed from the previous guest. When I pulled back the covers the sheets were all messed up and obviously not clean and fresh. The room was also quite small for the price.

Cons: The room needs a deep cleaning. When I went to close the drapes, I couldn’t help noticing the windowsill was full of dust and cobwebs. The picture frame on the wall was also heavily covered with dust.

Pros: The pool, although the chorine level was way too high. The breakfast was half decent with numerous choices

Pros: all was ok
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The employee at the front desk (woman with short hair) with fantastic! So friendly and welcoming.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was quite friendly. The breakfast adequate and the room was older and could probably use a little TLC in the near future but was clean and well maintained. at the front desk was a breath of fresh air.
Cons: An elevator would be nice for us old folks with bad knees.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Older hotel but it was clean and maintained. Price was good for being an older facility. Easy access right off main highway. Breakfast was decent, just the typical waffles, cereals, fruits, etc. Pool and hot tub were nice-in it's own indoor facility outside the hotel. When I booked the room I mentioned that it was our anniversary and they left some cute little battery operated tealight candles, chocolate, and a note wishing us a happy anniversary in our room. Staff was friendly.
Cons: This hotel is older and they do not have an elevator to get to the second floor, just stairs. If that is an issue you need to make them aware when booking.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The halls were filthy. The rooms were clean. A little dark. Beds were comfortable
Cons: Cleanliness. You advertise a business center but it is hardly that. Two computers that you have to stand to use.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was the best menu and preparation was the best I have ever had at any motel chain in which I have stayed. The management of the food service area is to be commended for her efforts. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and did their jobs well..
Cons: There were NO problem areas.
6.0 Good
Pros: Large room, included 2 queens and a king.
Cons: The hotel has been refreshed since transitioning to a La Quinta, but much of the plumbing is old. It is obvious the hotel is dated with some cheap floor coverings. The curtains were stained as were the towels. This is a 2.5 star hotel.
5.5 Okay
Pros: We liked the waffles for breakfast. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: No safe in the room. The room keys did not work the first time.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Hotel halls looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in quite a while. Had a dirty hand towel in our room folded as if clean. Been to many two star hotels that were far cleaner than this supposed three star.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Dirty!! Floors were disgusting!! After getting in the hot tub we see moss or mold floating around in it. The jets didn’t work. It was gross!! They have sheer curtains that cover the windows but the black out curtains over them are only for looks and don’t actually shut! So trying to fall asleep is hard from the bright light in the parking lot and don’t plan on sleeping in cuz it’s bright as can be at 6 am!! I would not stay there ever again!!
7.0 Good
Cons: The breakfast is great. The serving and eating area is cramped.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival was extremely kind and pleasant. He was patient with and elder gentleman who seemed to be struggling a bit. It was nice to see him take such great care.
Cons: Our bathroom had dirty towels shoved behind the wastebasket upon arrival, floor had not been properly vacuumed, crumbs were on the side of bed, under coffee table, desk and inside of fridge. There was also a burned 2” sewing needle sticking pointed edge up right in the direct pathway as soon as we entered the room my child came in contact with. Staff did not seem concerned with it. Lamp shade was broken, also had lipstick all over one side that was turned towards the wall rather then replaced. Room 327 Breakfast also started at 7am. We were in the lobby from 7:05-7:45. Did not see one member restock anything. Empty condiments were put out from the beginning, utensils were gone in the first 10 mins as well as syrup. The property was booked, therefore it should have been anticipated it might be a bit more busy. Cereal was empty and sausage was gone within the first group. There were a few eggs and waffles with no toppings, or a few bruised apples to choose from for breakfast. Coffee was not bad however.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Would not stay here again.
Cons: Where to start? This place needs a good cleaning. We stayed in two rooms, both dusty, hand prints, places the vacuum hasn’t reached in months. A lot of wear and tear. Pool too cold, hot tub and pool dirty. Remote to the TV super difficult.
5.8 Okay
Cons: I don’t like that dogs have most likely stayed in the same room I stayed in. I saw numerous Dogs walking around the hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: medium but what was expected.

Pros: The cleaning maid named Heather was very nice and helped us in every way she could to make our stay better.
Cons: The a/c didnt work in the first room we had so the staff moved us to a different room but apparently didnt put it in the computer so the next shift rented the room so another customer who was a man walked in on my wife who was alone in the room at the time and it was quite upsetting to her.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Location only
Cons: The management scammed us out of our money. They took a deposit upon check in and when we checked out they was an additional $100 charge on our card. I advise you not to check in with a pet, they will make up a reason to not refund your money and be rude.
