The grounds were lovely and the public areas were very pleasant. Staff were helpful. After a complaint and an upgrade, our room was very comfortable - what we were expecting for a superior room. Food good, but very limited selection. Rooms overpriced - initial room not adequate. Check exactly what you will be getting.
Food was great and staff very helpful and friendly - hotel and especially the pools were very nice - Hotel garden very quiet No double bed available in "Bougainvilliers rooms" - only 2 single beds + only a shower in the room + pool closed between one and 3pm + after 7pm.
It was in such a peaceful setting and so close to the sea. Beautiful gardens and a very relaxed atmosphere. The dinners reflected the local cuisine rather than the bland offerings that you get in most hotels. Allowing guests to smoke on the open air terrace used as a dining area during the time that meals were being served.
The hotel is very very beautyful and it's 4 stars but the room are not 4 stars level Pool and garden are very very good
The food was excellent and the hotel very comfortable. Location was very nice with two good swimming pools. It is a bit isolated and difficult to find if you arrive late at night ! There is sand and an infinity pool down by the sea but it would be difficult to swim in the sea as very rocky.
Stay was pleasant, rooms are not very new but clean and comfortable. The overall buildings are not very new, certainly not at the same level of the other 4 star hotels nearby. At the same time though it's good value for money (the other 4 star hotels around are much (much!) more expensive) and an ideal place to be for all golfers.
location - pool - quietness quality of beds and facilities in the room
clean cheap rooms no lift for the elderly or disabled , beach was closed with no shuttle bus which was misleading
OK but they close the restaurant early (9.30) and the bar was closed before midnight and there was no room service OK but they close the restaurant early (9.30) and the bar was closed before midnight and there was no room service
The Hotel was absolutely below our expectations. Old and badly maintained building, without elevators. Very economic furniture in the room, TV with only 1 available channel. "Private beach" far from the hotel, very small far from Sardinian's standards (white sand, transparent water, etc.). In general, we felt a depressing and sad atmosphere at the hotel
fine hotel with a great mountin and see view
Quiet, good food, lovely gardens, friendly staff. No childrens menu at dinner. Pool and external patio areas needed cleaning.
This Hotel have a very good location. Good views and facilities. Larger Rooms. Marvelllous surrounding. Very Restfully The Breakfast Buffet is very poor, and there's a difficient care of replace the end of the goods. Very old fashion room decoration.
It is quiet close to the beaches of Chia and the south coast but it remains sufficiently far enough not be invaded! Nice space in the rooms and nice pool. The hotel needs to be modernized
I had a great stay, The staff were excellent and very helpful, The location was Great for Pula, only moments from shops, cafes and the Bus stop and it was great value for money. Hotel decor was stylish and they do great Gelato!! Highly recommended!
Helpful friendly staff, good location within easy walking distance of centre , Hotel was very very clean. Rooms of a high standard for such a small hotel Organisation of breakfast ie in the buffet style would have been better and easier for staff.
The staff is brilliant and happy to help with any requests, even late night meals, if necessary!
Helpfull staff, walking distance to centre of Pula, very good price in this area where most hotels have ridiculous prices!!
The decor.Location to excellent beaches and if you have a car the airport without staying in the Cagliari. Very narrow roads with complicated one way system
Extremely helpful and friendly staff; very comfortable (although basic) accommodation, clean and aesthetically pleasing (as long as you like bright pink and lilac!!). Close to the centre of the gorgeous little town of Pula. No
Very helpful concierge, nice patio location. Shower leaked excessively, into the bedroom. Very poor acoustics.
Centrally located hotel within Pula and therefore walking distance to all amenities , restaurants , shops etc but still in a quiet area. Also good location for exploring the south-west of Sardinia (Nora ,Chia's beaches and so on) Overpriced (dearer than 4* hotels!) eventhough I got a "special out-of-season" price. But the hotel is otherwise recommendable
Rooms pleaseant small balcony spacious bathroom efficient air conditioninsThe receptionist was very helpful and booked reservations at the nearby restaurants. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit good coffee, bread, parma ham and cheese. Parking was easy
Located in a cosy village.
Hotel was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. Bathroom also a decent size. All staff were helpful and attentive. An excellant run hotel by females! Nothing!
Situated near the city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff is very helpfull and offers 5 star service. Value for money.
The staff were excellent, the location was good and the courtyard was a gorgeous place for breakfast and lazy summer days.
I found the staff very pleasent and helpful. The room were modern and clean. the hotel was in a great location, 5 min walk from the town centre yet quiet.
Staff very friendly. Lovely modern room. No bar.
restaurant and staff in it not very comfort, terrible bar
There was a constant toxic odour outside our room, so could leave door open, the beach was dirty and not maintained muddy paths and bad drainage meant shoes and clothes covered with mud
Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Except SPA salon. Very pleasnt and professional people worked there Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awful service at dinner. We were waiting for meals for 40 minutes. Very poor assortiment at lunch time and dinner!!! Bad organization of service during dinner itself. It would be much -much better to provide people smorgasbord in order to have some choice of meals and save their time
Mobile phone network ( in my case Italy Telecom ) was out of reach in the hotel area, wi-fi services not available.
the environment flexibility to sit where you like at mealtimes
Relaxing, nice Nidi room with enclosed terrace, excellent pool, good dinner. Beach and breakfast, although adequate, could be better.
Good dinner meals and services at the restaurant, which is known well by the local as one of the best catering. Private beach, easy access, beach chairs free usage. Old rooms, old furniture, old bathroom, bad smell of drainage/sewage in the bath room and outside in hotel compound and garden. Good for families with children, but not good for couples or adults, since the hotel had recreational staff organizing activities all day, which was very noisy and annoying.
Hotel is a very pleasant place to stay and explore the area from The food was dreadful and we in fact refused to pay for it so they charged us a bed and breakfast rate instead, they need to get this side of things sorted urgently.
The tranquility and peace were ideal. The food and wine were wonderful and the staff went out of thier way to make our stay perfect. Not a good place if you are looking for loud night life, but we had a wonderful time listening to the Piano player in the bar.
As we were only staying in a 420($600+) euro night not the 1500-2400 euro suites we were treated like 2nd class citizens, if this was atrue 4-5 star resort we would have had a great time The beds were rock hard, no bottom mattress, if you like sleeping on concrete please enjoy
Beautiful site and nice decor of common parts except of the restaurant. Extreme kindness of staff. size and decor of shower room, beach towels to be taken from the room and not available pool side, ridiculous surcharge for room service and too high price for informal pool restaurant
This hoel needs updating. Its selling point is the design element - maybe 10 years ago but it is looking shabby and was not worth the 150 euros we paid. Nice staff though!
Clean large room; helpful staff; excellent location for beach and walking around the old town center.
Central position and very helpful staff. Noisy street outside
The hotel had a lovely set up, nice bar area and outside areas. And good coffee! As it was right on the road and we had to keep the windows open because the room would get too hot, I did not sleep through one night. Also did the typical European thing of pushing 2 single beds together to make a double. And the maid did not once replace our toilet paper. However staff were all very helpful whenever approached.
relaxed atmosphere friendly staff Nice position in centre of town Maybe a little too much street noise for some people but added to the atmosphere for us
Friendly and efficient desk staff, great central location in Pula.
Convenient location. Staff were most unhelpfull when we arrived at the hotel.
Central and nicely decorated Bathroom and bedroom flooded when taking a shower due to poor comstruction. Extremely light room at night with a lot of noise from traffic and nearby bars.
The hotel was right by the beach and had lovely views looking out to see and the bay. The hotel really is quite dated, it really needs an investment to bring it up to current standards.
Close to the beach, not too many people (rare to find in Italy). Good coffie at the bar. Good wine included in all inclusive The food was so-so.
The location! lovely beach and crystal clear water. The hotel need an upgrade, very old fashion. Poor air conditioninig in rooms. Too hot!
it was clean and quiet. When i was checking out on August 9, the receptionist tried to collect 190 EURO from me. He stated that what i paid booking.com was not for the hotel. i argued for over 20 minutes and almost missed my flight.
Everything was really fine. Some renovation is needed.
Decent hotel for the price. Excellent accommodating staff and very clean. Hotel needs major updating, however, as the facilities are beginning to deteriorate. The entrance road to the hotel, for example, is nearly un-drivable.
It has its own beautiful private beach where you can get there within less than a minute walk. Their staff makes sure each guests gets an umbrella and beach loungers & chairs. The sea view from the balcony was nice. Every lunch and dinner they give you a big bottle of mineral water which you can take back to your room and put it in the fridge so you will have plenty of cold water to drink. The hotel is old and needs some refurbishment. The driveway to the hotel is extremely bumpy and nearly un-drivable. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken. The AC is "central operated" and is rationed to 7pm to 8am, so if you can't take the heat DO NOT book this place. You come back from the beach, take a shower, but get all sweaty again before you go to dinner. The buffet style lunch and dinner were ok, but do not look forward to have a nice breakfast, as there are no warm foods like eggs, sausages, pancakes, potatoes etc. There is loud music until midnight every night outside so if you want a quiet evening enjoying the sounds of the waves from the sea, forget it. Overall, everything would have been ok at about half the price we paid.
the staff poor breakfast, small beach, pretty old hotel and expensive
