Pros: Beautiful apartment with an incredible view. We loved being able to watch the turtles swimming around the bay from the terrace!
Pros: Location, and the kindness of the exuisite owner.
Pros: The location and view were superb. The staff were so very friendly. The photos on line do not do justice to this lovely place. I am so happy to have chosen it.
Pros: The stunning view from my apartment and from the terrace where the breakfast is served. The kindess of the owner. The very good quality and fresh beakfast.
Cons: Nothing, the apartments are incredible and far beyond expectations. Best place stay in Limeni.
Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment, the breakfast and especially the staff. 10/10
Cons: Nothing. All was perfect.
Pros: Very helpful and caring staff, close to the village, but it was very silent in the apartment, free parking, amazing view.
When you stay at Pirgos Mavromichali in East Mani, you'll be 8 minutes by car from Kelefas Castle. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Pros: The location of the hotel is unbelievably beautiful. The owner / host Sakis is an excellent and gracious host. The setting of the hotel is stunning. Food and service is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: No complaints
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel and was a very special stay. Everything is in excellent taste, with a relaxed and very friendly ambience. We loved the delicious breakfast and swimming in the stunning turquoise sea right next to the hotel. We hope to stay again.
Pros: We had an amazing time. The setting is unique. As is the concept of a non-public restaurant with an outstanding chef from Athens. Above all Sakis and Olga gave us a feeling of visiting friends. We'll come back in spring!
Pros: Perfect seaside location to sunbathe, relax, swim and enjoy the small village. Gorgeous views! Very friendly owners and staff. Delicious, local food - breakfast and dinner both absolutely wonderful!
Cons: Room and bathroom on the cozy side, but easily forgotten once you walk outside!
Pros: It is a little slice of paradise. The hotel has been renovated with exquisite taste. It sits on the edge of the clear turquoise water of Limeni bay. The staff are utterly charming and do everything they can to make your stay special. From the dining terrace you look out across the bay to magnificent skies and sunsets. The water below is crystal clear as well as shoals of fish, three turtles are regular visitors. The breakfasts are a real treat and the evening meals delicious. It is a place of warmth and tranquility which restores the soul. It is a special place in every way.
Pros: Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, beautiful setting, lots of information (books, documentation)
Cons: Limited breakfast, lack of electric connectors (none in the bathroom)
Pros: Everything was perfection
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like
Pros: Our stay was fantastic. The location, staff, food and overall ambience was brilliant. So good we are planning our return visit. The overall experience will stay with us for ever. Each day was like a day in paradise. Going to sleep listening to the sea underneath our bedroom. Looking at the sea turtles at breakfast etc. They have managed to pay attention to detail, keeping your stay relaxed, whilst you are attended to by very professional staff and yet you feel you have stayed in a Mani's family home. They have got the balance right. Well done.
Cons: It is the end of the season, so the sun is low but I would have liked if the sunbeds where in the sun more of the day. Even as a sun lover this did not dampen our fantastic experience.
Pros: The personal service level of the staff.
Cons: Parking along the road.
Pros: Our stay could not have been better! Everything was amazing: the food, the view, commodities... but the best surprise was the crew and the service offered. We really felt as we were in our own greek home. Thanks a lot!
Cons: Everything was perfect
Olga House offers pet-friendly accommodation in the traditional village of Oitilo. The beach is 3.5 km away. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV. Certain units have a seating area for your convenience. A balcony or patio are featured in certain rooms. Breakfast items, such as butter, juices, handmade jams, coffee and tea, are provided daily to guests in order to prepare their own breakfast. Kalamata is 44 km from Olga House, while Sparti is 42 km away. The nearest airport is Kalamata Airport, 52 km from Olga House.
Pros: The view, the cake and the liquor were to die for.
Pros: location, the view, house design, host friendliness, jam and host cookies. everything.
Pros: Amazing views from the lovely terrace of this comfortable and cosy apartment well-equipped, with a useful kitchenette. Breakfast includes home made pastries and jam, eggs, toast and ham and cheese. It's a big pleasure to prepare your breakfast every morning and eat it in the terrace. Oitilon is a quiet and traditional village, with old stone houses, with a surprising history, and also a good base to visit the spectacular whole area of Mani. The village has an only small tavern, that serves pork souvlaki and Greek salad home made, so the owner has porks, and produce his olive oil and feta cheese. In Neo Oitilon, down in the beach, you can find some nice restaurants with traditional Greek cuisine. We were warm welcomed by the host, and when we leaved they give us a bottle of home made liquor, jam and herbs for salad. Highly recommended.
Cons: The bathroom ( has a step down from the corridor in front of the bedroom) is quite small.
Pros: Super comfy appartment with amazing view and all facilities needee plus a great hostess ready to help anytime!
Pros: Our hosts were very friendly, and the apartment was huge and comfortable. The view from the balcony and the rooftop were spectacular!
Pros: Very well renewed old stone house. Perfect apartment, 200m above Oytilo gulf with great view. 4km from nice sandy beach. Very friendly owners. They offer us more than we have booked (with small but valuable things). This was the best place for relax in our 20 days journey in Greece this year. May be for the last few years holidays in Greece also. If we come again in Mani region this will be our preferred place. With my best regards for Olga house owners.
Pros: Lovely place with enormous view from balcony - when we entered there we were sitting and observing sea. Neighboourhood seems like ''ancient Greece'' with stone'y houses and narrow streets. You can only get to the beach by car (5imnutes by getting out from the hills) - those hills can be big adventure to be travelled by car and good experience to enjoy mountains of Greece nearby see. I do strongly recommend. Nice hosts who are welcoming You very much! If You want to find quiet place to stay with family, friends, children, older people - don't hesitate! really - in Greece I stayed in 5 different places among 2 weeks and those one was the greates. I think I would come there in future!
When you stay at En Plo Luxury Suites in East Mani, you'll be in the historical district and 9 minutes by car from Kelefas Castle. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and express check-in. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Well appointed and finished to a high standard, friendly staff, we were really well looked after every day!. great breakfast with lots of options.
Cons: Not Much. the bed was a little firm
Pros: Very clean and comfortable with good breakfast and coffee. Great swimming pool. Staff were awesome. Could not have been more helpful
Cons: As with so many hotels that have beautiful rooms and facilities they are let down by bathrooms for dwarfs.
Pros: Ι have no words to describe my stay at en plo. The perfect spot in Mani. The view? Splendid. The swimming pool, so relaxing. The owners had built also a little beach between the rocks so we could jump in the crystal turquoise waters. Luxury, calm, service so good (never seen before, they came to clean 1 min after we went to breakfast and found new sheets and towels every day), super clean, the room very intelligently equipped, amazing breakfast. The ambiance was so good that everybody became friends. I would totally recommend it and I will dream all year, each day about going back there. The stuff was veeeery kind and hilarious and did everything to ensure an enjoyable stay. I have still the image of this magic place in front of me. Totally worths it, The"filoxenia" (=hospitality) of Mani at its best. Congratulations to the management, it was quite evident that very nice people own this place, competent and with experience in European civilized culture. Grab the book of Patrick li Fermor "Mani" and go there asap!
Cons: The heat. Be prepared to sleep with A/C during the summer. Be all day in the water, in the caves, sailing or chilling by the pool. Never experienced that.
Pros: 1) The convenient (and amazing) private access to the water below the rocky ledge. Being able to take a dip with ease was very important, and my parents who are a little older were easily able to get into the water via the access ladder. The pool was great too! 2) Wonderful staff, at all hours - especially breakfast. 3) Delicious breakfast assortment.
Cons: Pool hours, it would have been nice to take a night swim after sundown, but no biggie. I understand it must be closed for evening maintenance. It’s a great pool.
Pros: Delivered a totally relaxing stay with breathtaking views of the Kolpos and the most beautiful crystal clear water right on the doorstep to the hotel. A majestic area in mainland Greece.
Pros: Exceptional stay. The property was of high quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Lovely staff. All the rooms have private terrace. Easy access to go swimming in the sea (watch out for the sea turtles). Great local breakfast. Thank you En PLO
Cons: The bath/shower is a little small. Only a big shower would have been better! For tall people the beds are a little small too.
Pros: We had booked a basement suite with terrace/master bed room looking onto the sea and the Mani mountains. Other two beds where in the living room with kitchen. Hugh effort to create the hotel in the Mani style from stone. Very clean and well kept facility. Got excellent advice on my Mani and caves of Pirgos Dirou plans at the reception. One of the most beautiful breakfast places we ever had located outside close to the infinity pool with sea & mountain view. Buffet was available, and hot drinks from the friendly staff. Car parking close to the room very convenient. There is also a small concrete beach on the rocky shore which allows easy access to the sea for swimming. Quite deep water immediately but super clear. Some sailing and very large luxury motor yachts entered the bay for the night. A nice variety of restaurants and bars on the shore, one in walking distance, others a 5 min drive is recommended. We enjoyed one evening in the place called Bella Mani and another evening in one the fish restaurants close to the sea.
Cons: Masterbed room great, arrangement of beds for guest 3&4 less impressive considering the high level of the place. No complaint, but I would consider this a drawback when staying longer and also considering the price level.
Pros: The view is fabulous, and it is nice and peaceful. very nice property and a nice pool.
Cons: the sofabed was very hard, and the bathroom was a disaster, the breakfast was okay nothing special, the buffet was laying too long in the sun. poor menu
When you stay at Itilo Traditional Hotel in East Mani, you'll be on the beach and 5 minutes by car from Kelefas Castle. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very rich breakfast, with fresh fruits, vegetables, sweets. Very good coffee. The view from the front of the hotel to the splendid sea. Very friendly host. We will come back.
Cons: The bathroom had some pieces of furniture that were not fastened properly.
Pros: Wonderful hotel, helpful personnel doing everything to make your journey a unique experience. Perfect place and location to spend a few relaxing days. Thank you Maria
Pros: clean room with a wonderful balcony. Staff were very nice and helpful. A large breakfast. A great place to come back to.
Pros: Very warm welcome. Great hostesse!!! Amazing breakfast in the lonely landscape of the wonderful Mani... Everything was much more than exspected.... -> we will come again!
Pros: Comfy bed, fluffy towels, nice toiletries and sophisticated bathroom decor. Our room was very spacious and had nice view of mountains and sea (with balcony). Local taverna a short walk away. Owner kindly arranged early breakfast (the full buffet) for us our last morning.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault, and perhaps we timed the tides wrong, but there was only one small pile of ?man-delivered sand on the beach. Otherwise it consisted of large stones and a lot of driftwood/empty plastic bottles, etc so made for a rather soulless sea-front experience. . We also had problems with the water temp, luke warm in the evening (though cranked up when we asked); stone cold our last morning. Clearly an on-going problem.
Pros: The rooms are new and spacious.
Cons: The beach in front of the hotel was ok. Nevertheless nobody seems to look after it. It was not completely clean.
Pros: This hotel was Amazing and sits in a Cove in Itilo which is like being in a different world. Superb room & balcony, Amazing bathroom and a fridge! Wonderful breakfast aswell! Itilo is a tiny place with our huge luxury hotel built across the road from the beach, and a couple of other restaurants and that is it, but when you are driving around the Peloponnese for 2 weeks and spending 1-2 nights in each place, Itilo is a great stop to sit and chill and sunbathe, and thankfully we were here for 2 nights, so it was very relaxing. Definately go to the Diros Caves while you are here. Can't wait to return to the Peloponnese and this hotel.
Cons: The only bad points to this hotel was that we had no hot water during our whole stay. We did mention to the manager after our first shower, and he did say that they had had some electrical fault, so he went to reset it??!!, but we still got no hot water?! Sunbeds need replacing aswell as a lot of them were broken.
Pros: Theo and his family could not have been nicer. The design and comfort were outstanding. The location, beautiful and peaceful, could not have been better. We can't wait to go again.
Pros: This is a family-run hotel with the owner to be a strong and distinct personality. Very hospitable. I liked the room comfort and the seaview that is fantastic. The breakfast was typical of the area. The region is nice while there are a lot of restaurants serving fresh fish. We strongly recommend it for vacations. We we goo again there.
Pros: Good location,on the beach.Recently renovated.
Cons: Not very clean ,there was mold odor in the room.Breakfast was poor. We did not see any other personel working ,just the owner and his 2 kids (about 10 years old!).The junior suite is as big as a normal room but with sea view, and still they charge that as junior suite. The area outside the hotel building is neglected.
Pros: This is a great brand new family hotel located not too far from the Diros caves & Mani. Theo is a great guy & hotel owner. Free parking, big rooms, good breakfast, great shower. Easy to find since its on the main road going from Aeropoli/Diros/Mani north to Kardamily / Kalamata.
Cons: Almost nothing to do in the tiny Itilo village itself so you may consider a hotel in nearby Aeropoli or Gythio. Also Aeropoli is closer to the Diros caves and Mani-Vathia (which is BTW a total waste of your traveling time, don't bother with it). The only negative thing is that the dinner was totally overpriced for what we got and not that tasty. I recommend eating dinner elsewhere.
Pros: Everything is very comfortably and traditionally designed. The location and the view are superb! Luxury in affordable price.
Cons: The breakfast although very delicious, did not had variety. The hot water was not hot enough...
Pros: The room was excellent, with very large balcony with a view to the sea. Even better, from the room we had, you could see the sea even when you were lying in bed. I also liked the fact that during breakfast they served home-baked bread, home made marmalade and eggs from their own chickens.

With a stay at TRAPELA in East Mani, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Kelefas Castle and Diros Caves. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Pros: The location
Cons: The pillow was quite uncomfortable Much noise from outside (street) and inside (neighbours, fridge, stairs). At the check-in they didn't give us any explanation about the area nor the hotel. The breakfast was overpromissed
Pros: nice hotel, friendly people
Pros: A real “boutique” ! Care for all details. Warm welcome by the staff. The breakfast is gorgeous!! Thank you!!
Pros: Everything perfect although there is no lift (for the luggage)
Pros: Very up to date hotel with Al modern fittings
Cons: slight leak fro bathroom flook Some information given by staff was incorrect
Pros: Our rooms interior was more than what we had expected. It had kept the charm of an ancient building but provided us with all we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The showers were compared to other places where we stayed absolute lupus! The staff was very helpful in helping us decide where and what to do the following day.
Cons: The check out took quite a while. It is advisable to turn the computer on before the guests do their check out as it took an eternity for the programs to be running.
The quietly situated Selana Studios features a pool with panoramic sea views and furnished terrace. It offers stone-built rooms with fireplace, only steps away from a pebbled beach. Selanaâs uniquely styled apartments have balconies with views over the sea, and each is decorated according to the regional style of Mani. They all have a kitchenette stocked with breakfast essentials, and a modern bathroom with shower cabin. Studios Selana offer a 24-hour front desk and guests enjoy free Wi-Fi in public hotel areas. Free parking is provided on site. The Studios Selana enjoys a scenic location in the picturesque Oitylon, within easy reach of fish taverns and pristine pebbled beaches. Areopolis is 7.1 km away.
Pros: Peaceful and quiet place, wonderful views, very clean, some food for breakfast was provided, nice taverna in walking distance, sea water pool, some great sights not far away.
Cons: It would be really good to have a microwave oven in the room.
Pros: The accomodation is in wonderful location. The welcome was very friendly. We get a handmade cake, what was very delicious. Thanks a lot! :)
Pros: View, View, View and cake
Pros: The strenghts of Selana Studios are the view and the location. In the apartment you almost feel with your feet in the water and from the spacious terrace you enjoy a beautiful view of the bay and the surrounding mountains. The location is very tranquil and quite barycentric to visit the Mani peninsula. Very easy is also to reach Sparta, Mistra and Monemvassia. Limeni and its transparent sea and the idyllic village of Areopoli are on the other side of the bay. The apartment is well furnished, confortable and cozy. In addition to the front terrace there is a little porch where you can sit in case of rain or wind.
Cons: We give a couple of suggestions: 1) to equip the bathroom with some hooks to hang clothes and underwear; 2) to change the hangers in the wardrobe and to equip it with some shelves. No other problems.
Pros: It was a beautiful location a lovely room a short drive to the beach, fantastic views, swimming pool the kids loved it and so do we I would definitely come again
Pros: Beautiful setting, very spacious apt. With nice kitchenette. Relaxing, Itilo is a good village to eat dinner and rest!
Cons: Too many steps for my bad knees...but worth the view!
Pros: Wonderful place, children were happy with the pool. Stamatia was amasing, making cockies for us every day. It was't supposed to have breakfast but we found in rooms everything we need to eat in the morning( eggs, coffe, tea, butter, marmelade, bread, Orange juise and some cookies homemade). The cleaning lady came every day.
Cons: If you want to find a beach you have to go by car because is fool of stones and is difficult to enter into the wather near by.
When you stay at Pandora in East Mani, you'll be 7 minutes by car from Diros Caves. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Silence. It is surrounded by nature. 5 minutes by car to a very nice beach and to Aereopolis. Great terrace to enjoy breakfast and dinner.
Cons: Nothing. Small items could be added in the kitchen.
Pros: The buildings, gardens, over all architecture and aesthetics are fantastic. There is a small playground for the children, ample parking for your car and fantastic views of the olive orchards and the never ending Sea. The sun sets right on the water and provides a magnificent sunset view from the property itself. Nearby you will find many attractions like the caves of Diros while most of the popular hiking trails are no too far away. We stayed in room No. 11 which has a fire place and plenty of space for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and what amazed us is the fact that all the appliances are SMEG, very stylish but very expensive too.
Cons: Breakfast was poor and overall the service was amateuristic. The staff was not identifiable as they just wore sloppy clothes and no kind of uniform. The cost for the breakfast was 7 euro per person but they count children (both of ours under 8) as adults and charge the same amount. So for a family of 4 the cost is 28 euro which would be ok if the selection was rich and worth the money. But it wasnt so it feels like a rip off. One more thing which is a negative is the fact that in our bedroom, the ceiling was just wooden planks and there was another bedroom above us. We could hear every little sound, from normal talking to snoring and whispering.
Pros: nicely developed studios creating a romantic and traditional atmosphere in a peaceful environment. Attention has been paid to details in decorating the studios, giving a premium feeling. convenient location to use as a starting point for nearby day trips but also for a night out (10min from Areopolis, 15 min from Limeni), assuming you have a car. Overall very clean and spacious.
Cons: for this price range, I would expect the breakfast to be included and not offerred as an extra at additional cost. wifi speed could be improved, we had some issues on the first day but the staff made every effort to resolve quickly.
Pros: The house is very nice and suitable for a family. The bedrroms are very confortable. Everything is new. Really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: We had some humidity problems… besides that, everyhting was good.
Pros: Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: The stairs in room.
Pros: breakfast was different, with wonderful local goods. hotel was quite and beautiful
Cons: i believe the price / night should have included the breakfast + the breakfast would be great if included at least an espresso as a coffee option and not just American / filter coffee.
Pros: Beautiful place to stay
Pros: Everything about the Pandora was excellent. We cut short our stay at another hotel to stay here and we’re glad we did! The room had everything we needed, and the space outdoors where our kids could run around after sitting in the car was great. The breakfast was not included in our room rate but was worth every penny.

Pros: The property is very beautiful and the staff super polite and helpfull. The room and the breakfast area were nice and very well decorated. Best places around were recommended. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Cons: The wifi was very weak at our room.
Pros: The owners really give you the Greek hospitality that Greeks are famous for. Breakfast is great. The rooms are really top quality in all their materials used. Very traditional experience all the way.
Pros: Located in the very heart of the old village of Oitylo, Vetilios Lithos is a newly renovated traditional building, offering first class comfort to its guests. The view is breathtaking, the night sky is clear, unpolluted by the city lights and the rooms are cosy, big and comfortable. The hosts are really kind and friendly, offering help when needed and giving some 'inside information' regarding the best places to visit in the area, as well as the hidden treasures of the region. Perfect place to visit, combines beautiful landscapes and interesting places to visit, while keeping a safe distance from the mass-tourism-saturation, that has (unfortunately) struck some other regions of Greece.
Pros: Everything was great! The location, the very clean room, the wonderful breakfast, but above all the wonderful owners Nikos and Nia along with the staff Petra and Janis! Super polite and friendly people that make you feel like you are at home rather than at a hotel. We will definitely stay there again in the future! Highly recommended!
Pros: Fully renovated medieval guest house. The hospitality of the hosts is amazing, special thanking Mr Nikos for sharing great stories of this beautiful place.
Pros: Pillows, bed, decoration
Pros: Nice winter location (yes). Cosy coccoon room. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. Nice escape quiet. Highly recommended. Close to places of interest (caves). Perfect!
Pros: Hospitality, cleanliness , traditional, comfort, location

Pros: Stylish, modern, new and exceptionally clean, fantastic views and gorgeous surroundings with a very warm welcome from lovely staff
Cons: Nothing, everything was amazing in a very romantic setting
Pros: Location, beautiful property excellent hospitality Amazing food
Pros: Everything was perfect
Pros: Absolutely everything!
Pros: Very clean, beautifully decorated with really good taste. The owner as well as the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind.Everything was great.
Pros: Everything! This property is stunning and the staff were amazing!
Pros: An excellent, luxurious boutique hotel. Breakfast was delicious, no room to try all of the options and I am not thin. Amazing dinner at the restaurant. My partner is vegan and they went to such an effort to make sure she was included in the options available. Great and huge outdoor jacuzzi, we used it every day in the evening ;-). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. More than a villa, like a real home with a unique soul. Its location, the sunset and the sea view (even from the jacuzzi) were unbelievable, highly recommended.
With a stay at Areos Polis Hotel, you'll be centrally located in East Mani, within a 15-minute drive of Kelefas Castle and Diros Caves. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and express check-out. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel has an excellent location for anyone visiting Areopolis. It was clean and our room was big and airy with views of the sea. The service was good and overall the stay was good value.
Cons: The only stumbling block was that our room was plagued with mosquitos which kept us awake all night.
Pros: Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.
Cons: The rooms needs some ‘refreshment’. Cold shower.
Pros: Great location behind main square with great access to restaurants and shops. So impressed with this little hotel. Our very large corner room(#112) was spectacular with beautiful fireplace, stone walls, 2 balconies, and lovely sheets and towels Can’t say enough good things about about this family run establishment
Pros: Great location, very nice terrace with a view, parking available behind the building
Cons: Rooms in need of maintenance, strange mattress which was hard but wobbly, lots of mosquitos but no screening, very noisy room due to noise from screaming children and yelling parents until 10.30pm and then the kitchen until midnight (pots banging) traveling through the hallway and then starting 6.30am again, untidy appearance of lobby, despite having prepaid with booking.com I was asked to pay again (although I believe this was a genuine error rather than a deliberate attempt to charge twice and was rectified once I insisted on that I had already paid - but shows the need for improvement, this should not happen and in fact has never happened to me when I had prepaid)
Pros: This hotel has a really nice atmosphere. The lady (owner?) at the reception desk was extremely helpful. The room was spacious, well furnished and had a huge terrace overlooking Areopolis and out on to the sea. Areopolis itself is well worth visiting and a good place from which to explore the Mani peninsula. I will certainly come back to the Areo Polis Boutique hotel.
Pros: Marvellous staff, great location and rooms, superb breakfast.
Pros: The staff were lovely
Cons: The details said there’d be a bath and there wasn’t - just a shower and it wasn’t particularly powerful
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Loads of space in the room.
Cons: A room safe was indicated in the room description but was not there. However one was sourced for us but it was not attached to anything! The water from the sink tap was hot but the shower delivered only mildly warm water. It wasn’t a big issue so we didn’t report this until checkout. Reception team were upset that we hadn’t told them do they could put it right.
Pros: The hotel is located in the central town square where the old town starts. Beautiful building and well-appointed rooms. Breakfast was good and overall excellent value for money.
Cons: Receptionist did not speak English but she managed to call somebody who did and we could do the check-in.
When you stay at Petra Kai Fos Boutique Hotel & Spa in East Mani, you'll be in the historical district and 9 minutes by car from Kelefas Castle. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. Planning an event in East Mani? This hotel has facilities measuring 118 square feet (11 square meters), including a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nothing not to like, fabulous boutique hotel.
Pros: Boutique hotel perched above two towns in the Peleponnese. The hotel was new but had a lot of charm. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed staying by the pool after a day of exploring. The infinity pool offers a unique view of the bay. We looked forward to breakfast at this hotel too. A very relaxing and comfortable getaway overall. PS. The bathroom products were a nice touch.
Cons: No criticisms.
Pros: Great position and view. Lovely rooms and pool area. Peaceful and quiet.
Cons: It was a long way from any alternative restaurants and we had to drive. Walking would be impossible. Evening meal menus very limited and not many people stayed in to eat. Service was slow and we had the impression that some of the staff were not very well trained. Little information about the local area available. The staff could have been more helpful with information and more passion about the hotel and the quite wonderful surrounding area which we found out for ourselves.
Cons: The senior stuff was not so polite and they also didn't treat well to the younger employees.
Pros: Beautiful hotel and wonderful views. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Dinner - very disappointing .worst meal at our vacation .slow service, medium minus food and expensive
Pros: Excellent view
Cons: Cleaning service did not change to clean sheets every day

When you stay at Arapakis Historic Castle in East Mani, you'll be 7 minutes by car from Diros Caves. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great place, wonderful host, the view is amazing. The place is very well equipt.
Cons: No shower on the upper floor - second bedroom and climbing upstairs (steep staircase)
Pros: We stayed in the Mill which had all of the amenities, extremely clean, comfortable and all the space you would need. Such beautiful and peaceful surroundings with olive groves and fruit trees - they have done an amazing job with renovating the castle.
