Pros: The breakfast was cheerfully laid out. The meal choice was delightful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are safe and the place was quiet, meaning that I got a good night's sleep :-) The location is also safe and one can walk at night safely. I ate my dinner out, so this was important.
Cons: The facade was not very welcoming, but I guess this is something that can be worked on?
Pros: The staff and the owner, they are very nice and welcoming.Good security available in the night. The location is good, you could get the bus very near. The shopping center is very near.
Cons: The size of the bed could be kingsize.
Pros: Owners as well as their staff very professional, helpful, flexible, well inform and friendly. Room spacious with a great large bathroom. Close to great places to eat and public transportation. I am looking forward to my next visit!
Pros: Extra effort by the owner & his wife to make our pleasant stay. Overwhelmed by the owner himself preparing/serving breakfast at 5.30 a.m. for our early morning flight!
Cons: Can not think of any!
Pros: Close to shopping mall. Easy access to transport
Cons: The place was really clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Pros: Hello is a place to stay whenever you are in Mauritius. Staff are great and very helpful. the room are clean and big enough. it is a perfect place. Asante sna Hello.
Pros: Location in town. Good for breakfast. Guest house undergoing reservations but rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff are exceptionally helpful
Pros: location near taxi park (less than 100 meters) therefore you can go anywhere in Mauritius from the taxi park without inconveniences Breakfast is very good and diversified (fruits, bread, eggs, etc.)

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: very cosy lounge, great atmosphere, very helpful host
Cons: breakfast could be more diverse
Pros: Breakfast was good and adequate.
Cons: Location is a bit isolated from business area that i worked.
Pros: Friendly host who is doing her best to help guests. Comfortabe bed.
Cons: Breakfast is only served from 9:00-10:00, pretty late when you want to explore the island. Your room is cleaned while you are having breakfast, it's done very quickly and if you don't attend breakfast the room won't be cleaned at all. Shower construction looks great but causes water to flow through the whole bathroom. Furthermore, except for one restaurant and a supermarket, there are no other facilities nearby.
Pros: Villa with garden.
Cons: It is a bit harder to go into the water(beach) Pool is not for old people or small child(missing a step from water)
Pros: Nice room in a very modern an safe area. Nice room. Good pool. Friendly lady who took care of the guests.
Cons: I did not give 10 Points because we got the worst room of this place. The only room without private terrace or balcony. We had to share our terrace with all the other guest who wanted to use WiFi. Only one fridge in the kitchen - not enough space for all the guests, so sometimes warm beer in the evening. Wifi is only available in the common area and quite slowly.
Pros: we loved our host❤️ . Michelle you are the best wonderful garden
Pros: Great value for money and excellent snorkeling right outside the villa, nice touch that you can use the kayaks
Cons: Would recommend to rent a car if you stay as Albion is not the biggest town
Pros: The view from the window:)
Pros: Nice Outlook and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: No water supplied for drinking!!!! REALLY?, no soap or shampoo supplied, Poor Breakfast, no places nearby to get a coffee, No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. You really need a car to stay here. Highly overpriced for what you get.
Pros: The host is very friendly and helpful. You can see he is enjoying having guests at his house.
Located in Beau Bassin - Rose Hill, Maison D'Hôtes Coignet is within a 15-minute drive of University of Mauritius and Immigration Depot (Aapravasi Ghat). Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very convenient and near bus stop
Cons: Lack of hot water due to solar heating system. This only works if there is plenty of sunshine. A back up gas heating system for the shower would be good for days when it is cloudy or raining
Pros: A remarkable property, furnished with exquisite taste. Our bedroom and en-suite were enormous, with a balcony overlooking the luxuriant gardens, and the pool.Breakfasts were comprehensive, with a full choice of fruits, yogourts, omelettes, toast, cheeses, ham, jams and cake. All the staff and the proprietor were delightful. Without doubt, the best hotel of our 7 week holiday.
Cons: All was excellent
Pros: Lovely house, comfortable, large gracious room and generous and friendly hosts. Wonderful.
Pros: The hospitality and kindness of the management. From day 1 management treated me like a king.... when I came back to the hotel te manager was there to talk to me and know about may day. Anytime I would look for anything the management were available to help. Excellent!!!!
Pros: We loved our stay at Maison D’Hote Coignet. The hosts, Henry and Catherine, are fantastic and the interaction with them enhanced our stay....the conversations aided by Google translate, the glass of Reunion rum and the offer of water, beach towels and advice on where to go, eat etc. The house is magnificent and our room was spacious, well appointed and clean, perhaps the cleanest place we have ever stayed in on our travels. The bread (ham and cheese), croissants, pain au chocolate and coffee were enough for us at breakfast, but yogurt, fruit and eggs were also available. We ate dinner at a restaurant in the neighbourhood one night and drove 10-15 mins on two other occasions. That was personal choice and you can eat locally and we felt safe walking at night. We chose to stay here because we did not want to stay in a resort or coastal hotel and enjoyed exploring Mauritius from here.
Pros: The experience at Maison D’hôtes Coignet was exceptional and totally unexpected. The guest house is located in a beautiful compound with well kept grounds. Guests are provided with keys to the electronic gate for easy access. Rooms as large and well finished and immaculately clean. While i was there, Henry and Catherine assisted with taxis for my movements, initial from the airport and also locally. The rooms are immaculate with excellent finishing. The meals were also of high standard! I liked everything. Breakfast is provided when you need it! The location is also great, next to a KFC but in a quiet neighborhood. Henry and Catherine are excellent hosts.
Cons: Nothing. There was indeed nothing i did not like.
Pros: I don't usually write any reviews. But now I have to... This is one of the best experiences I have had on any of my business trips! The owners, an adorable French/Mauritian couple (Henry and Catherine), who speaks a little English, makes the experience. I was invited for dinner every night, involving delicious foods, aperitifs, wine and rum. As Henry told me: "We do this for the company, not for the money." So to sum up my experience of five nights: If you want an expensive and chromed/golden 5-star hotel with lots of rules and anonymity, this place is not for you. But if you want to experience great food, drink and company, in a wonderful 3-story building with a pool and five dogs in the garden, it's not really a choice - Maison d'hote is for you. And, check out the basement. You won't regret it. Cheers Henry and Catherine!
Pros: A beautiful hotel inside and out with everything maintained to an exceptional standard. It was so clean! Everything was so clean which shows you are staying with people who genuinely care about the hotel. The owners and the staff were probably the most beautiful part of the hotel their warmth and friendliness stood out amongst all of the hotels we have ever been to in and outside and outside of Europe. We opted for a home made breakfast and dinner a few times when we stayed and the ingredients were very fresh and the food made with love. We got a farewell lunch as well which was also beautiful with fresh traditional Mauritian food. We also enjoyed the range of facilities they had in the hotel with time spent playing table tennis which was loads of fun and swimming in their gorgeous pool surrounded by palm trees. We didn’t play darts or gym in their reasonably sized Gym which was our fault -I wish we found the time. It was my partners’ 30th Birthday and they surprised us with a room upgrade and few other beautiful surprises that brought her to tears!! My only brief was “something special” for her birthday and they exceeded expectations. Tears. Nowhere else has done that. Their general clientele is business people but rest assured whether you are a young couple like us or business person you will be catered for.
Cons: The only thing we found difficult was finding good local restaurants to eat out in, with the nearest at least 30 minutes away in a Taxi ride. Because we wanted to see a few sights in the south we relied on taxi which adds up very quickly. We are from London and the taxis are expensive even compared. Maison D’Hote Coignet obviously has no influence on that.
Pros: This is a beautiful place. Rooms beautiful and spotlessly clean.
Cons: Breakfast not good, and I had my first omelette with absolutely nothing inside, this was not nice. Staff can be a bit irritating.
Pros: The place is very comfortable with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. Extremely clean, extremely tidy and very well decorated. The hosts, Henry and Catherine, are amazingly wonderful people! I had the best guest experience ever in my life! Before arriving I was just expecting for a peaceful, quite and lonely Chinese Valentines’s day after breaking up with my ex. Henry invited me to dinner with his friends the first night I stayed and I had a delightful evening drinking and talking with them. He even planned a BBQ for me the second day and it was the most special Chinese Valentine‘s day I’ve ever had. Henry played Ping-pong with me and Catherine was so kind to take me to the shopping mall. These are beautiful memories when I had their company. I appreciate the time and efforts Henry and Catherine had paid in giving me a wonderful trip at Mauritius.
Boasting river views, Green Discovery B&B provides accommodation with a terrace and a kettle, around 5 km from Mare Longue Reservoir. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. Featuring lake views, the bed and breakfast is equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a seating area, a desk and 2 bathrooms. A continental breakfast is available daily at the bed and breakfast. A car rental service is available at Green Discovery B&B.
Pros: Nice B&B in a quiet location. It's right above the gorge and its waterfalls, with a nice view from upper floor veranda. Lovely friendly family. Lady in the house makes great Indian food and husband doubles as a qualified tourist guide. A hike to the falls is highly recommended, guided hikes several times a week. The higher altitude gives a very pleasant climate, with slightly cooler evenings and nights than down at the sea. The beaches are not far away anyway if you come by car.
Pros: I liked the view from the balcony, which was great, only the powerlines might have not been also there in the picture. Everything was very clean, except the windows, which were very dirty. Food was mostly good and plentiful. Furniture was nice. Lots of space.
Cons: Hosts are successful and clever people with lovely children, but they lack that sincere kindness that some other simple Mauritians have. It might not come out at first, but if you ran to any problem with them, then you will see their true colors. I rented a bike via them, which was very old, bad looking and rusty, but because there was nothing better available, I still agreed to take it. Well, that bike broke down on my way out, 20 m from the house, so all my plans with that and the whole day were ruined, but instead of sympathy and apology the host accused me for being rough on the bike and breaking it, which couldn't be further from the truth and also of lying (although he has CCTV) and demanding that I pay for the bike more than better used bikes are sold for. He talked very rudely and even shouted, which is as unacceptable as it can be, I was very offended, that's why I cannot rate this place anything more than the absolute minimum, otherwise I would have given it quite high points, 7 or 8. And it goes without saying that I didn't get the sum that I payed for the rent back. Hostess agreed with the host. Other minor negatives: lighting solutions in the house are obsolete, from the 80s, and some lights not working at all. Rust on metal parts of lights and childs bed. Sink from low quality material. In reality there was no air conditioning nor bathtub, TV was not working, water pressure was very low most of the day. Microwave very old and worn and working only intermittenly. The place is directly below the path of low-flying landing planes, so there is noise from that. There are some drunk people constantly walking around the neighbourhood. There's lots of smoke in the air some days. All in all recommended only for short stay to visit the waterfalls which are great.
Pros: Awesome localisation and gorgeous view! The best accommodation I had during my stay in Mauritius - the whole suite witch kitchen, so I could have breakfast on the terrace :)
Pros: Our stay at the Green Discovery b&b in the week before Christmas was really fantastic and we found an incredible welcome; Prakash's family made us part of their family and we felt at home. Every evening they cooked some very good and well presented typical Indian dishes; what mostly struck us was the smile that we saw every day on the faces of the whole family and the two little girls who played and exchanged smiles with us. the B&B is located in a wonderful place with a wonderful view on the 7 waterfalls (Tamarin falls) and on the green mountains around; Prakash, the owner, is an impeccable licensed guide! he accompanied us for the hike to the falls let us admire all the wonders of the place with the possibility of swimming in natural pools. Prakash has really thought of everything even for the mid-morning snack and lunch! moreover it was invaluable for the organization of every day of our holiday with true professionalism and precision. In short, we stayed 9 nights and we had a great time. I highly recommend to those who want to take a trip to Mauritius to book at the Green Discovery B&B. the B&B is located in the middle of the island sorrounded by the nature, and, in half an hour, at max 1 hour, you can get anywhere. Another thanks from M&G
Pros: Everything was perfect, from the breakfast, dinners or the different tours Prakash organise with us! We ended planning the whole week with him, no hiccups always very polite and here to help, even when the weathers turn you off from the original plan! His familly have been a charm, cooking fresh meal every evening and very welcoming. We couldn't recommend him enough, behing for the B&B, the tours or the incredible hike in the seven waterfalls which is really incredible !
Pros: Prakash and his family made our stay a wonderful experience. We had a spacy apartment with the amazing view and all facilities needed for the good stay. Breakfasts were very good, and there was also possibility to book the vary tasty local dinners, served in the family atmosphere. We have learned a lot about Mauritius and used the opportunity of taking the guided tours which we highly recommend. We have got a lot of good advices, our hosts did everything to make our stay pleasant and full of experience. Thank you very much!
Pros: Beautiful location for adventurers, we have stayed three nights in a large room with equipped kitchen and landscape view. We have been lucky enough to stay in Green Discovery. The food is also fabulous. Great experience with local food for dinner. The owner and his family were very nice and helpful.
Pros: Very nice family, we can give them our full recommendation. Owner knows the island well and gave us recommendation where to go. He provides guide services as well.
Cons: ...don't make much sense at all to me. Maybe he was drunk when he wrote it. There's a sense of a lot of anger, and although I payed them 200 EUR, exactly as he told, probably now he thinks that he would want me to pay more. I also take my words back about recommending this place at least for short stay. Based on what he wrote, no recommendation is possible anymore. You can get other good accomodation in this region and visit the waterfalls even by local bus. Final stop (Bord Cascade) is right there. You could see all the same views and all in all lose nothing.
Pros: Views, space, furniture
Cons: Ok, based on how he has replied, there needs more to be written. First of all, if the car's wheel comes off or engine burns down while normal drive, because the car was not maintained properly or the parts at the end of their lifetime were not changed, then this is not the same as crashing the car, be it on the first, second or third day, and the owner is responsible for this, not the person using it. Also the owner must reimburse payment for the rental service which was not recieved properly in this case. At least that's how they act in the civilized world. And yes, he did drive me about 1 km to the bicycle owner, while he was himself headed in that direction. Then drove away further on and told me to take a bus back. I couldn't have imagined that he was expecting to get payment for that. Silly me. Drink not included in dinner's price? That is something new, no mention of it before. What's next? "Price of the dinner is..., but it doesn't include the meals, for this price you can only sit at the dinner table"? The most shameful of him was how he wrote how I did changes to my bookings supposedly to avoid payment. How the hell that works? Yes, I added few additional bookings for additional days, because I didn't know exactly from the beginning how much time I need there and what other accomodation becomes (un)available. How did he count ten though is beyond me. They were very suspiscious and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Well, now at last I know why. That must have been unimaginable concept for them that one person might have multiple bookings and all of them valid too. So I take back my words about they being smart people. Based on that, not at all. Don't know why is he that paranoid to think that somebody is constantly trying to con him...maybe he himself used to con others, that's why his mind works like that. Other things that he wrote, about some taxes, slaves etc.

Pros: Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. Staff for breakfast and dinner were helpful. Rooms are large and modern. Very clean. Reception was always happy to help when you needed anything. They have a nice sushi restaurant.
Cons: The service at the bar/night club area was very bad. Didn't even acknowledge us and give us a drinks menu when we got there (went there early for the happy hour). Took a long time for the drinks to come. Drinks throughout the night were not consistent at all. Everything else at the hotel was really good.
Pros: Bed were ok ok... But in bathroom water jet pump was not there.. We use bottles..
Cons: Hotel staff
Pros: The staff.
Cons: The minibar in my room was out of service. There was some noise maybe due to renovations or work.
Pros: In new Cybercity area. Has Intermart. Night a bit boring though
Cons: Need to improve staff’s attentiveness. Hotel has no mandatory toothbrush and shaving kit
Pros: Excellent nd clean hotel
Cons: All was good
Pros: Very close to business centre. It’s walkable distance to offices
Cons: Not much
Pros: I loved the room - very comfortable & clean. I used the gym and spa facilities too. They both worked for me. My dining experience also really good. I particularly liked Sushi Me ... dined there twice during my stay
Cons: The gym was too loud music wise for a facility it's size
Cons: Need improvement of furnitures
Pros: Service received for early check in
Cons: Towels were worn
Pros: Friendly and supportive Front office staff
Cons: Dirty and Poor service at the Bar and restaurant

Cons: we didn’t like the local beach it was dirty but you get easily to flic a flac beach by local bus and this is very nice
Pros: Good familiar environment Silent place Immediate response to any question /need
Cons: Food (quantity and quality) Clean, but not "Super-clean"
Pros: We stayed at To Cannon twice during our holiday on Mauritius. First we were welcomed warmly and enjoyed this quiet place for a few days to calm down. Breakfast is great and the service is extremely kind. There was nothing that the staff could not help us with. When we came back for the second stay our little 3 year old daughter was always talking about coming back to friends and that describes it well! This time we had a rental car which is very recommended in Albion since the city itself is not big and doesn't have much to offer except 1-2 little restaurants which serve as alternatives to the also good dinner at To Cannon! In the evening a cocktail at the bar or near the pool leaves you wingless. Highly recommend!
Pros: Great location close to the beach and virtually equidistant to most places on the island. Garden and pool are constantly superbly maintained by staff. Breakfast is diversified on different days and tailored to preferences. We had coffee, eggs, fruits and delicious pancakes. The biggest asset is the friendly and helpful staff that tend to your needs even when you unexpectedly show up again after coming back from the next hotel on your trip
Cons: Nothing that we felt that had to be addressed. If it did you would always get help when needed.
Situated near the beach in Albion, this golf guesthouse is in the same region as Albion Public Beach, Casela World of Adventures and Flic-en-Flac Beach. Regional attractions also include Mall of Mauritius and Caudan Waterfront.
Pros: The owner of the house is really really Kind. The structure is in the centre of West Coast that is in a strategic position if you rent a car and you want to visit the isle. Close to it, there are a lot of beautiful placebo to visit: mountain and beaches. The house is very beautiful and really really really cleaned and it makes you feel at home.
Pros: So friendly host
Pros: Jennifer’s hospitality was very good. She was very helpfull, kind and nice from the beginning to the end. The room was clean and another great thing was the private parking spot in front of the house.
Set in Curepipe, Maison Au pied du Volcan features a garden and terrace. The property is located a 13-minute walk from Trou aux Cerfs Volcano and guests can make use of a shared lounge. So'flo Shopping Centre is 650 metre from the property. while Fortis Clinique Darne is 1.2 km away.
Pros: Very nice hosts. I arrived earlier than agreed, it was not a problem. Check-ind very easy. The hosts could not do more to ensure that my stay was pleasant. :-)
Cons: Information from client depict that the staff woz very unfriendly, unaccommodating, rude and full of disrespect.
Pros: The property owner were very warm and nice
Cons: Sharing of bathroom and toilet
Pros: The property was quite clean and situated at a beautiful location within hilly terrain
Pros: The management of the hotel are awesome
Pros: How can a reputable company like Booking Com have a false advert wrt this property on its website. There is no TV in each room as you have it. There is one TV that does not even work. Five adults share one bath and one toilet. Is this acceptable to Booking Com. I wrote to you on the 3rd day and you have not had the courtesy to respond. Please do not mislead innocent people. This shabby place must be closed down. The lady is greedy from money.
Cons: There was no water the first morning. The pump packed up. The electricity goes off when you have a shower.
Pros: Kind owner, room maybe a little bit small but clean.
Cons: Quite difficult to find, a sign at the door would be useful

Pros: Cozy place and value for money
Pros: the service was excellent
Cons: all was well
Pros: Very friendly and homely atmosphere. Get a feeling of being with family. Got good vegetarian food. Indian style.
Pros: It was awesome time I spent with Auberg, not even a minute I felt that am outside home...stay hospitality was beyond the expectations...staff took care of safty stuffs like home..really had very good relaxation time...I don't even want to go out of the room and explore much..that great was my stay..food was awesome and yummy..they do serve according to people desire.i would rate 100perc on everything..
Cons: Nothing as such honestly
Cons: Lack of dinner and wifi
Pros: Easy accessibility. People were friendly. No sofa in bedroom making it difficult to relax. I wouldn’t book it again. It was a panic booking.
Pros: Reservation worked well and communication to arrange airport pick-up was efficient. Attention: not all staff speak French, and some neither French nor English! The room was simple but really clean and functional. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was reasonably fast. The bathroom was fine, water was hot and worked well. Breakfast was very simple but OK.
Cons: You easily miss this hotel - it occupies two floors above a shop that seems deserted from outside, and the hotel sign is small and inconspicuous. The hotel is also not really central. The reception has a makeshift look. No real table to work on was available. No fresh coffee, just powder.
Pros: We like the location and security
Cons: The rooms need a small refrigerator, some small utensils . And the staff should be a little bit more interactive and present
Pros: No mosquitoes in the room Good temperature for sleeping even without the AC Fairly good breakfast (real bread, good cheese, omellete, yoghurt, jam, water, tea/coffee) Wifi was ok, only with 2 shutdowns for few minutes in our 2 day stay Not the best place to stay, but if you are passing or want to see the Tamarin falls, its ok for few nights. Not a relaxing quiet place though
Cons: The bedroom felt like a corridor, there was no window, only one in bathroom. The door between the room and bathroom didnt isolate any sound Location next to a noisy road, but the bedroom was facing the other side, so much of it was absorbed Smelly bed sheets and towels after they got wet (though we received new ones next day) The reception scared me more than the room Almost no other person there, even though its huge Car is necessary
Pros: Wifi was available and internet was fast. Aircon was available. They have very nice staff and they were very helpful.
Cons: The hotel room did not have a window therefore no ventilation. The area outside the hotel is not too welcoming.

Pros: The service was excellent
Pros: Excellent value for money Very caring staff, especially the owner. Well located. Lovely home made food.and diverse cuisine. I will recommend the place to future travellers.
Pros: Meals okay
Cons: Too small bathroom needed fittings too.
Pros: The staff is very friendly
Pros: The toilet and bathrooms emits an uncomfortable smell.
Cons: I likes the food. The staff very courteous.
Pros: Attention was spent on cleanliness . The food we ordered was very nice ? Fried rice and soup and fish and chips . Owners were very good
Cons: Google maps sent us 45 minutes in a different Direction into Port Loius which was u helpful and annoying . Needs to be orted on the system
Pros: Their hospitality and their helpfulness . It was worth the money and we met our expectations.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Pros: The Chinese meals were better than some Chinese restaurants.
Pros: Everything was perfect. Lovely food, people, location and hygiene. Value for money stay.
Pros: The staffs were very professional and courteous. The facility was pretty close to major towns.
Pros: - Nice location, it will became a very good location once the metro line will be opened - Clean room
Cons: - It was very difficult to approach the place by car as there is a road closure just in front of the place. I was circulating around for about 15 mins, then gave up, left the care behind and walked in. Host apologized for the inconveniences and gave me her receptionist to assist me with the car, it was a big help. My recommendation is to mention this on the booking.com details. If I were the host I'd make a map / detour illustration and put it on the site as a picture! - there is no common kitchen - the view from the window to the neighbors messy roof was humping. - No AC just a fan, however it was not a problem for us at this time - very poor Wi-fi coverage

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Whatever you ask, the answer is don't worry.
Cons: The premises and facilities are rather outdated, however the staff and in particular Iqbal the manager and others ensure you have a comfortable stay. Their food place is like a cafe not the best breakfast in the world with a limited choice but evening food is of a very high standard. Prices are reasonable. The location is centre of island and good for travelling in any direction. The airport is only 30minutes drive.
Pros: It had air conditioning
Cons: The location and quality of the hotel
Pros: Having a special diet, I ate mostly in my room and was glad for the refrigerator where I could store fruit, cheese and everything I needed.
Pros: Top service, staff always on hand and very helpful.
Pros: The size of the rooms
Cons: the smell of cigarette smoke
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast service excellent
Cons: Curepipe is very quiet especially at night

Pros: Nice custom made too
Cons: Its a budgeted Hotel. Cannot ask for more
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Room with old, dirty furniture; blanket torn; safe unusable
Cons: On arrival, only the security guard was at the hotel. Management had not notified him of my stay and so I had to wait for him to get confirmation. The wifi signal wasn't great. There was a massive cockroach in my bedroom and the place is very rundown and needs work. The toilet was leaking and the towels were scruffy. The mattress was horribly thin and the pillows were very lumpy. Breakfast was served the following morning with only a fish fork, no fork or spoon. The teacup I got tea in had lipstick marks on it and the juice served was tasteless. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all.
Pros: great breakfast. every staff is kind. location is good. i am very impressed. i hope meet again soon
Pros: Nothing was not worth it
Cons: We were suppose to get a deluxe room. Upon arrival late in the evening we got a room with no aircon and the fan was full of dust. The hot water was not working, the bedsheets full of soil. We were transferred into another room so we could shower, same thing happened with the hot water. After that we had to take our clothes and go take the shower into another room down the hallway.i am very very disappointed for the price I paid Euro 50 and the actual price at the hotel desk is only Euro 30 I was cheated on both sides I would like to be refunded my money back as soon as possible
Pros: Excellent service! The staff goes the extra mile to ensure the needs of customers are catered to.
Pros: it was a nightmare, horrible
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staf.
Cons: Not that well maintained.
Pros: Location excellent. Near the main bus stop and adjacent to shuttle bus service. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Food court and city centre walking distance.
Cons: There was no lift. Breakfast time 7-9 am. If it was 10, it would be more convenient for some.
Pros: Friendly and cleanliness is top.
Cons: The fact they don’t ask you about the choice of breakfast specially as a vegetarian I used to get omelette + chicken sausages
