Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is a grandiose, opulent hotel that offers visitors a one-of-a-kind experience. The Signature Rooms are the largest and finest rooms in the hotel and represent the pinnacle of what Château Frontenac has to offer.
Since Château Frontenac has such a storied history and sits on such beautiful grounds, guests can sign up for guided tours throughout the day. The main restaurant in Château Frontenac is Champlain Restaurant headed by Chef Stephane Modat. The kitchen creates delicious dishes that take guests through a journey of local Quebec cuisine. While reservations aren't required, they are highly encouraged. Other dining facilities include the 1608 Wine and Cheese Bar and Bistro Le Sam, which offers creative lunch dishes and fun happy hour cocktails.
