Even though the room was available, we could not get into it until 4pm. Unless we paid another $50. When we asked another staff, she indicated by 2pm we could. Staff could have been more accommodating especially if the room was clean and available.

Cons (-) We specifically picked the Hilton for the view of the fireworks and the old city. We paid extra for it and were told when we got there that they had no more rooms left with that view?? Instead we were given probably the worst view in the hotel. The room was on the 4th floor looking over the heated pool.
