Cons: none
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great breakfast, friendly hosts, very beautiful decoration
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The family that owns the Riad are extremely hospitable. It really feels like a family home.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host family was amazing! Very friendly and always willing to help!
Cons: The riad is not in Rabat, but you can walk to the city.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great breakfast and perfect location.
Cons: Toilets were too narrow which should be improved upon.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The host of the place is amazing, very friendly and helpful. rooms are sweet and warm (we even got an electric blanket which is so cool). Breakfast was delicious, and we loved the stay
Cons: The neighborhood (after dusk) doesn't seem to be very safe/friendly. We had had our own car, but it is not too far from public transport.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Everything- transparency on the location, parking, security, surrounding area, etc.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very nice and warm people! The riad is very big and it is perfect to have some rest after visiting the amazing city. The staff will do everything for you to feel comfortable. They offer you cookies and a Moroccan tea while you are doing the paperwork and they will help you with what to visit or where to go.
Cons: * Staff doesn't speak English. They do their best, but you have to wait for their son for a proper conversation. They speak Arab, French and Italian.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautifully restored building with both a traditional Moroccan and modern feel- comfortable and relaxing with open air terrace . The food was fantastic - really fresh and healthy ... a great breakfast to set you up for the day . The owners were really very helpful, especially as we had to leave early due to COVID19 . They were able to give advice and help with arrangements . Would definitely want to go back
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stylish comfy Raid in the middle of the medina, beautiful rooms with lovely roof terrace, fantastic staff ( thank you Jan and Fatima) and the most amazing breakfast ever. Dinner was lovely too
Good 7.0
Pros: Warm welcome - staff were excellent. Owner followed up on guest comfort, satisfaction etc. at every meal. Given tour of all vacant rooms - all individually decorated and characterful. Breakfast was excellent. Roof patio would be great in warmer weather.
Cons: Stayed in Zero Waste Suite - concept brilliant but execution just several steps too far. Overpowering! Very difficult to communicate with owners - no reply to many phonecalls, texts, msgs on day of arrival. Taxi transfer messy with argument at train station between drivers. Enjoyed set meal at dinner but menu on table was not we ate - previous day maybe?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly welcome Location is very good Super clean Gorgeous inside Great breakfast Host is super kind
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Exceptional staff, led by Jan - a ball of energy. The food was exceptional and we felt very much at home and welcome.
Cons: Very little not to like - would struggle to find anything to criticise.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: There is not much that I like about this place. Really think it is overrated.
Cons: 1. Accessibility. There is no way to park close to the riad. First day it took us 1 hour extra to get there. The owner never told us in advance, there is no way to get there by car but only on foot. In a good weather day, it might be not a big deal, just pass through some dirty streets, but in a rainy day, it is very very very dirty to your shoes and suit case rolling on the floor. But watch out when you walk there in the night. Did not feel very safe. 2. Noisy. You can hear what is from the street, talks and motorbike even in the night, 24/7. As well as what is happening inside the riad. 3. Communication. Besides the owner who is not there mostly, it is very hard to communicate with the staff there.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Our stay was just wonderful. Jan, the owner, was so welcoming and helpful. The riad has a gorgeous terrace with a garden. The breakfast and dinner were very good, some of the best for us in Morocco.
Cons: It's a bit too loud in the Chefchaouen suite because of the busy street outside the window.

Okay 4.0
Pros: Nice decor but the rooms were terrible! No towels in room had to wait 30 mins for towels to come up from laundry. The sink was blocked and the flush wasn't working. The pillows were dirty so had to get them changed. Breakfast wasn't very good at all
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rihab Hotel exceeded my expectations! The design is just amazing, the room was super clean and the beds are so comfy. The staff was incredibly nice! They made sure we had all what we needed. Breakfast was yummy! I highly recommend staying at Hotel Rihab. 10/10.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hot water takes too long to get warm for a shower! No hangers in the bathroom

Clean place where you would go to spend a night waiting for your next flight. A bit pricey for the value it provides.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: - Location, very close to everything! - Good price - Peaceful (no noise)
Cons: - Poor WiFi - Room had some humidity - No air conditioner
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was so cute and authentic. From start to finish our stay of 1 week here was fantastic. Zaharia, and Ghali made our stay one to remember they couldn’t have done more to make our stay in Morocco any better. Taxi was arranged for us, one stress taken care of! We had a nice flight but was still served with dinner what we thought was really kind after travelling all day a lovely hot meal was what we needed, we didn’t expect it so that was a really nice touch. Breakfasts was served daily at a charge but was well worth it, mint tea, coffee, orange and a range of different bread, jams, fruit, eggs, pastries, and I could go on and on…. Every day was something different. Our room, we had a really lovely room, aircon and also a fan of required. Clean towels and bedding, absolutely immaculate building. Location, right inside the where all the action takes place, little shops everywhere! We packed clothes but really didn’t need to as we lived in the Moroccan dresses…. But please note wear leggings underneath as they’re very see through and that’s not a good lol believe me. Oh and the soft shoes are a must I lived in them. Of a evening we found our self sitting looking at a beautiful view, you meet really nice people there too! Most just for the day or night but this place just has a lovely feel to it. Staff are very helpful my daughter come to stay with us and they accommodated our every need and didn’t even charge us! We’re returning in October and have requested the room with the terrace after seeing it just before we left we regretted not seeing it earlier!! We just wanted to say thank you again to the staff at the property you made our stay very memorable and the biscuits you bought us were amazing! See you next month!
Cons: A small fridge in the room would have been amazing as I had to keep bothering the staff to get my sister Pepsi max, although they did it every time. It’s not a bad review I just felt sorry keep bothering them 24/7 😂😂😂😂😂
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very helpful staff - arranged a taxi pick up from the airport (via email prior to my arrival) and had someone waiting for me when I got through security. The room was even better than anticipated and the staff very kind and welcoming. If I’m in Rabat again I’d definitely stay here again.
Cons: Bring ear plugs if you don’t want to be woken early as there’s a mosque nearby
Okay 5.0
Cons: The room is small in abit dingy even for this price range, the door to the room isn't meant to lock when you shut it but It did as I think the lock is bent or something I was not told this so when I went to go for a smoke the door locked behind me making me locked out. There is no staff at the reception at all hours, I waited just over a hour for a member of staff to come to the hotel but with no luck. I planed to meet someone at 5pm and it was almost half 4 so I no choice but to break into my own room!! Why the staff don't make you aware of this fault I do not know. And also the veiw is nice, however if the guy that lives next door is outside you can not enjoy yourself as he will just non stop stare at you for 1 hour which obviously makes you feel un easy.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Terrace with views is nice
Cons: It was not a room but a small prison cell with an air condioning engine a few inches from my tiny window. If they had shown pictures of the actual room, I might have taken another choice.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Great location. I arrived past curfew and all restaurants were closed- the receptionist gave me a fruit platter because I didn't have dinner (: The next day was offered to eat dinner at the riad, free of charge, and Moroccan tea. Was given a portable fan in the room, otherwise would've been to hot
Cons: The WiFi was down for a couple of hours during the day without anyone around to help. Was hard to receive assistance as the receptionist was gone. The bed wasn't comfortable at all
Excellent 9.0
Pros: very good location easy to get everywhere
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the place is beautiful. There is a very good view from the terrace and the rooms are great too. Excellent location inside the Medina.
Cons: We loved everything.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Superb location and a beautiful riad, the roof terrace was amazing.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Pietri is very conveniently located in the downtown of Rabat, 10 minutes walk to the medina and 5 minutes to the Station. Rooms are small but confortable and clean. In the ground floor there is a Braserie that sometimes becomes a Jazz Cave. This is the best place to have a beer or a drink in Rabat!
Cons: Hotel and restaurant are overpriced for local standards.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great family run business, very helpful and all round great stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, clean rooms, excellent design and definite Moroccan feel. Everything was high quality. The breakfast was tasty local pancakes and buns with home made jams and butter, as well as traditional mint tea and coffee.
Cons: Beware of the self-proclaimed “friends of the owner” and “guides” willing to show you the way to the hotel from the parking lot. Pushy and rude. They have nothing to do with the riad.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Dar Nawfall was our first hotel this trip. We felt very welcome, the personel is really friendly. The manager was super nice, our child still remember him with a big smile. Breakfst was tasty, location is quiet and clean. Hotel in general is also very beautifull and quiet. We would definetely recommend this place!
Cons: -
Okay 4.0
Pros: The interiors of the space is nice, and the people who work there are nice too.
Cons: The location is horrible. Not close to transportation and getting to Rabat city is a hassle. I personally didn't like the neighborhood. and the moment I arrived I was about to change my mind, but morally I didn't want to be absent for my booking. So, I decided to stay one night and then move to another hotel. However they made me pay for the entire four days of my initial reservation! They specifically said that if I didn't show up, it would've been okay, but since I did, I should pay the entire stay. So I didn't like how they weren't collaborative and didn't appreciate my gesture of compromise. I was given the room on the ground floor, and I didn't feel comfortable as I felt that I was very close to the courtyard. I asked them to move me upstairs, while all bedrooms are vacant, but they refused. You also can't come late at night, they told me I should arrive before midnight!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Greetings to bro from Mali for great service and nice talk :)

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff, clean, professionalism, food😋😋😋😋😋
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Cleanliness and courrions staff
Cons: The fact that I had to spend time at the check out because of the dinner last night that was added to my room. This should have been a breeze, I had the dinner the night before, I should be able to drop the key and get going, the hotel should figure out what the charges should be like
Okay 5.0
Cons: After telling me breakfast is free of charge on my wedding night, when I was checking out I was charged an extra 500 dh for breakfast because they said it’s no longer free! Mind you, the breakfast was no where near that worth of money! Wasn’t happy with that scam especially on such a special night!
Good 7.0
Pros: Well maintained and clean. Staff are doing their best.
Cons: Slow check in. Gym is small and not well equipped. I had the worst experience at the hair salon. Not many vegetarian options on menus/room service.

Pros: the other riads we stayed in offered to make omelets or scrambled eggs for breakfast. Also the the other riads in the area offered a buffet table selection for breakfast.
Cons: We canceled our second night because the air conditioning was broken in one room and it was quite hot outside. We also noticed tiny ants in both bathroom and bedroom.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful hotel, maroccan style. Loved to stay there. Very romantic, preferred for couples in love. 😎
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very nice breakfast on the terrace. A pretty traditional Moroccan Riad We were greeted with delicious tea and cookies
Cons: The location is difficult to access from the Main Street. However staff kindly escorted us outside of the Médina to get a taxi.
Good 7.5
Pros: Nice Riad situated just inside the Medina. Once you know the way it is easy to find. Staff excellent. were always available. My room was good but curtains needed adjusting as they falling off the rails, The rooftop where the breakfast is served needs more sunshades or a sali as it gets very warm.
Cons: The shower curtain needed changing (or cleaning) as there was mould on the bottom. Also mould behind the bath. Not 5 star standard
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The location is perfect - in Medina, 5 minutes to the beach and main touristic routes. Very pleasant view from the terrace where you can enjoy the great view during the breakfast. Amazing rooms! I wanted to take those awesome curtains home haha. The most cozy room that we had in Morocco. Very friendly hotel stuff, speak English, ready to fulfill your extra needs like a glass of hot water at 11PM.
Cons: Poor noise insulation but it is problem of all riads since you have glass door and windows.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly stuff. Amazing place like fairy-tale!

Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It’s falsely advertised as 5 stars. Booking.com needs to have it rerated to at most a 1+ star to avoid ruining your stellar reputation. The building is old and smell like mud. The staff appears to be in cohorts with their preferred taxis who overcharge you. First staff told me a ride to the airport was 150mad, by the time I needed a taxi that price had gone up to 200mad. Lastly the food is terrible. I’ve stayed at hundreds of 5 stars hotel in many countries and this does not even come close. It compares more to a motel 6 in the US than anything.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Wonderful riverside location with unrivalled view of new theatre and Rabat skyline. Pool was warm and inviting. Reception and bar staff professional.
Cons: Air con in room was fixed at 27 degrees and unable to change until day 2. Minibar barely cold. No shower door over the bath in room 1111. Just the 2 support brackets. Breakfast service was poor. We had to clean our own tables. Had to wait 30 mins for coffee as the one machine was broken. No coffee sachets provided in the room just tea.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loved the view, it's mesmerizing at night and gorgeous during the day! Breakfast was also amazing, food in general is great and reasonably priced. Staff is very kind and professional.
Cons: Water bottles were small and hard to get at night.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I Liked the atmosphere of the the hotel, the food at the restaurant were excellent. The stuff at the hotel were friendly, Mohamed was very friendly and helpful. The view over the river was outstanding.
Poor 1.0
Cons: the phone was not working in the room only recive calls from peapole who want’s to visit the hotel ! Ac not working
Poor 1.0
Pros: Ac not working / there was proplem in the bathroom
Cons: staff
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great place with perfect view .
Cons: Service can and most be better , it’s not ok to wait for new towels for 4 yours and get them after you have talked with 3 different staff . The air conditioner was not working good , not good with 30 degrees.
Excellent 8.0
the air con is set to a certain temp between 25 degrees celcius to 26 and it is so hot

Good 6.0
Pros: Room is spacious and the riad was very quiet
Cons: Mold in the bathroom and therefore an unpleasant smell in the room There was no one around of the staff most of the time and the pool was closed even after we asked if we could use it. This was disappointing as it is literally the first picture they use on booking.
Good 7.9
Pros: The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious
Good 7.5
Pros: The receptionist was friendly and helped a lot.
Cons: Location doesn’t allow reach the door with the car and we delta exposed walking by the dark streets and worst, carrying our luggage.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Absolutely loved this Riad, the shared kitchen space was a delight, and the beds were super comfortable with quality cotton bedding (rare in most Moroccan Riads as 100% cotton is v expensive in that region). The owner, Marc (French) thought out the Riad facilities superbly, with a lot of high quality finishing, and attention to detail. I had the best nights sleep, wish I'd found this place sooner. The breakfast cooked by Aminah was simply delicious, make sure you order an omelette. The Riad is in an excellent location too with the medina, and cafe/ restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
Cons: On arrival, the staff didn't offer us any mint tea or water, which is rather unusual for a Moroccan Riad. Also, i have to mention the poor service from a particular staff during breakfast :(
Good 7.5
Pros: Swimming pool and bed was good
Cons: Breakfast was a bit small with limited choice and Riyad seems a bit neglected compared with our stay 3 years before
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was homemade and great. Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning! It is just a boat ride across the river into Rabat and only costs 2.5dh. Bonus! Marc and his gang were the best we've had in Morocco. Would definitely go back anytime.
Cons: Everything was great. Can't complain about anything.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful Riad ! Delicious Breakfast. Nice staff. Close to rabat and in Sale, so a good location. Cute little garden, nice pool which we did not use. Owner was super helpful with directions.
Cons: shampoo, conditioner in room would have been nice since we lost our luggage. Everything else was great !

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service and a very warm welcome by our host who fulfilled our special wishes, always had an eye for detail and served delicious breakfasts and dinners in this beautiful riad. Tasteful rooms and a wonderful terrace overlooking Salé. In the middle of the bustling medina which invites for strolling. We would return any day if we could!
Cons: -
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was great, being in the middle of the Medina ads to the experience of being in Morocco. The house is beautiful, with a wonderful courtyard and rooms surrounding it. The house also has a pool and a great terrace. The traditional chicken Tajine dinner was also delicious and plenty for two people.
Cons: Parking was an issue as the designated parking area was full and it was difficult to find an alternate spot to park.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything was wonderful. I checked in late and was greeted with tea and pastries in the gorgeous courtyard. Quiet rooms, no street noise. Breakfast in the morning was very nice too. I had trouble with my train ticket booking and I was walked to the station, she went out of her way to help me!
Cons: The room was a little dark but bed was very comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super Moroccan feeling with superb staff and owner. Me and my wife have found the eastern arabic feeling for 100%. Shukram for the people!
Cons: There was none!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Lovely staff, especially the wonderful Saffae and Ziente. Very helpful, kind and friendly. Beautfiful Riad, very peaceful. A sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Right in the middle of Sale. Surrounded by a maze of streets with markets selling anything and everything. Interesting area to wander around and check out the local way of life.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extremely nice staff, patient and very helpful! Amazing pool and nice terrasse. Beautiful place with an authentic decor..
Cons: Location is far and hard to find..It’s complicated to cross the bridge between Salé and Rabat. Bed a bit hard, smell in the toilet/bathroom..Need refurbishment to be a proper 4 stars!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Nice breakfast.
Cons: Location is a bit hard to reach with car.
Okay 5.5
Pros: The staff were helpful and pleasant. The sheets were crispy clean. Breakfast was really good. The terrace superb. The entrance to the Riad was really dreadful! A broken, dirty alley. But the welcome was warm. The room we shared was tiny. really tiny. A huge double bed, which took up one third of the room was crammed at one end, so that one had to climb across the bed to get in or out. It should never be more than a single room. The online photos were splendid, but they were, mostly all of them, of the private part of the house, open to be viewed , but not lived in.
Good 6.7
Pros: Location of the riad in the middle of the medina
Cons: Our room is below standard for the high price: the double bed occupies the whole room. When we check later the images of the room on Booking.com then we see it is as depicted. The breakfast is basic without fruits

Good 7.0
Pros: The room was pleasant, staff very friendly. Best part is patio and roof top
Cons: Ants around the room, tv didn't work. A mini fridge would have been so usefull
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were very pleased with this Riad. It’s seems family owned, which makes overall experience even more welcoming and warm. The room was very clean and cozy <3
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff there is super awesome! The location is super quiet! The rooms are a great size! I enjoyed my stay
Cons: It's a little hard to find but when u figure it out it's easy to remember
Good 7.0
Pros: The Riad is beautifully decorated with traditional furniture. Each room has its own unique colourful deco.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Every things. No complain. The lady at histed us nicely and very welcoming. Tea with virvina was delicious and relaxing. Breakfast top top. Very quiete. Thank you very much nice girl for keepung our invited happy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was one of the highlights from our trip. The riad was stunningly beautiful with impeccable traditional decour. Staff were highly attentive and answered all of our questions, as well as helped us with laundry services for a small fee. Room was very clean and came with a cedar wardrobe, extra blankets, toiletries, and decent shower. Great air conditioning unit for cooler nights. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Larger rooms are incredible looking. Hotel was situated in the old Medina in Rabat and was roughly 30 min. walking distance to four major landmarks, including the Mohammad V Mausoleum, Andalusian Gardens, Kasbah, and others. Use the ferry to arrive at these places... it's a beautiful experience.
Cons: Not a complaint, but a caution. The shower in the Dalia Room has a low ceiling and is challenging for anyone over 170 cm tall (I am over 190 cm). Be sure to mark your location on Google Maps before going out, as the Old City can be difficult to navigate.
