Pros: It was very convenient as we were at Santa’s village all day, and going to Maine the next day. Very clean, staff was excellent. And the pool was so clean.
Pros: Everything- the manager was friendly and recommended a great place to eat that was family friendly. We arrived early and they were fine with that because the room was ready. My grandson enjoyed the hot tub and the pool
Pros: Close to Mt Washington Road attraction - got 10% discount at restaurant next door - J’s - food good.
Cons: Mt Munroe king suite -large room - mattress was in poor condition- told room was most quiet - about 4am trucks or traffic started roaring by. Felt we were right in the road. Who would have guess that street would generate that kind of traffic that early. Unfortunately we did not see any other hotels in the area that looked much better. Lol

Pros: Very good!
Pros: The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The location was beautiful. Surrounded by mountains & the landscaping behind the restaurant was beautiful.
Cons: There was no iron & iron board in the room. We requested an iron and thegentleman at the front desk was gracious enough to bring me an iron late that night, but it didn’t work.
Pros: The pool and hot tub were great and the view from the restaurant was lovely. Ample parking.
Cons: The lady when I checked in was unhelpful and very abrupt. I was the only person at the counter but she could not get rid of me fast enough. She did not offer any information on the property or things I should know. The phone did not work and there was no information in the room on the facilities, meal times etc
Cons: Drainage in tub and sink. I took a shower and a bath at the same time. A first for me..
Pros: The room was great. It has direct ATV trail access so no need to trailer.
Pros: It had a pool hot tub fitness center arcade for children . A restaurant and entertainment in the lounge. Everything was there you did not need to leave the hotel.

Pros: clean, new room
Cons: price was very high, cheaper on other sites, did not know in advance. Bed sheets, blankets and pillows comfortable but mattress was hard.
Pros: Harding working staff, good location, clean room.
Cons: Thought there was a restaurant for breakfast at the hotel, but found Welsh's down the street which was great.
Pros: Location was great, facility was well laid out, everything was easily accessible and staff very helpful
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Noise from the road. Shades dont fully cover windows at night and allows parking lot lights to shine in
Pros: Clean, new, easy in and out
Pros: Great spot to stay
Cons: Nothing to report
Pros: The location was great the rooms are freshly updated and super clean. The hot tub was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable. There are many good restaurants nearby. Parking is easy and right in front of your room.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like and this is minor is the bathroom sink, it's huge I could have used more counter space instead of the big sink. That is really my only complaint about this place otherwise it was great.
Pros: Everything totally new. The carpet, the bathroom, the bedding, the exterior. I imagine it was remodeled as opposed to new construction, but very tastefully done. Couldn't believe how nice it was.
Pros: Huge room, extremely clean, great staff, pool/firepit)hot tub all amazing. Hands down nicest place within 30 minutes of anywhere
Cons: Request a room not near the road. Our room was literally 3 feet from the road.
Pros: The room was clean and fresh - looked and smelled recently painted. There was a pool and hot tub but we did not use them.
Cons: We booked a Deluxe Queen room, paying extra for it, but when we checked in it was a shoebox size. The bed was right at the door when we entered and the bathroom was a small corner room - had to duck getting in the small shower as to not hit our heads on the door frame. As small as the room was, the air conditioner was inefficient in keeping the room cool overnight - it was warm and stuffy which made for a restless sleep. Breakfast wasn't included or available which was missed when booking - it was stated in the booking. We paid over $100 for the night, and got very little.
Pros: It was clean, bathroom was spacious
Cons: They gave us a room with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. We payed for 2 queen beds. Also Ac is way to close to one of the beds.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, comfortable, and very quiet.
With a stay at Mount Jefferson View in Randolph, you'll be in a state park, within a 15-minute drive of Santa's Village and White Mountain National Forest. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Excellent location; cleanliness was better than expected (compared to other motels in the same class, but i do agree towels need to be upgraded); our kid had a blast - property has a fire pit (so we sat by the fire), swimming pool, child play area, and just lots of space to run, and lots of other families with young kids, so it was fun for boys to run on the field together. It was very quiet at night time, so i don't know if we were just lucky and all kids slept well that night, probably tired from swimming and running. But even in the morning and evening prior, we couldn't hear our neighbors trough the walls. Probably, the shape of the property and great amount of outside space in front of each room help with the sound waives to distribute far and not to bounce back to a neighbor's windows. Great stay; worth the money!
Cons: towels (as someone else has already mentioned in previous reviews) could have been better.
Pros: The view. grounds very clean.and very friendly people.
Cons: Very poor wi-fi other than that it was excellent will definitely be back.
Pros: Very friendly enviroment staff very nice and helpful great family stay with pool and outdoor play area
Cons: Few channels to choice from but not a big problem
Pros: Beautiful view
Cons: Front door to room stuck, hard to lock, bathroom sink faucets leaked
Pros: Pool, location, friendly staff.
Cons: WiFi is spotty.
Pros: Great price and very private
Cons: The shower needs serious updating! We honestly skipped showering because of the appearance of the shower stall
Pros: Property was charming! We all loved the room and pool.
Pros: How private the little cabin was, it had everything we needed and was very clean. I loved the coziness of the decor in the cabin and the main office! The owner and staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful! Definitely worth every penny! We would love to go back again!
Cons: Not that we NEEDED it, but the wifi didn't work in our cabin, although the website said there would be wifi. It was almost a blessing in disguise to "unplug" though.
Pros: Great place for groups and families! Spacious, comfortable and, clean! Outdoor space makes this place fantastic for relaxing! Nestled right in the beautiful White mountains!
Pros: The staff worked very well with me getting the room available for our son and family!
Pros: Location and staff
Pros: Location is good. view is great and so is the staff . The AC worked GREAT ! thank you!
Cons: The Wi-Fi was poor ( limited and slow). The television is small but, then so was the room #6. (for a single person their was plenty of room). you have to remember to close the shade to the left of the front door because it is in direct line with the bathroom door (don't want to give someone out side a free show after taking a shower) ;-/ .
With a stay at Northern Peaks Motor Inn in Gorham, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Gorham Historical Society and Railroad Museum and Moose Brook State Park. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great location and easy parking. The staff were absolutely marvelous. Walking to places to eat was possible & the room was very clean & large. It was such a wonderful stay ....
Cons: We liked everything ....... The cleaning crew were very thorough/manager was helpful.
Pros: The toilet had plugged up during nite
Pros: The bedding was newer. The room was generally clean. Linen was crisp.
Cons: No exterior lights, the floor wasn't clean and it was really slimy. The location didn't make us feel safe. Staff wasn't on sight.
Pros: Our son who we went to visit, lives in the red house directly behind the sign in the promotional picture, so the location is quite favorable. My wife did not like the bathroom layout , but we probably would stay there again.
Cons: Dated, noisy neighbors and found a tick on my bed.
Pros: Value and proximity to attractions. Ease of checking in was also a plus.
Cons: Door to room needs a dead bolt like most hotels have.
Pros: Very welcoming, co-operative and understanding staff.
Pros: Good location for hiking, best rates in Gorham for the dates I needed.
Cons: Shower needed some repairs.
Pros: Location was great. No breakfast available.
Cons: I expected outdated, so no problem. Room was filthy. The floors were awful. The blankets needed replacement and should have been washed. Morning people not available to 9:00AM so travelers could not give them feedback.
Pros: close to mt. washington. the room was clean.
Pros: Lowest price in area. Older motel, but room was clean and water for shower was hot. Small room, but all I need is a place to sleep.
Pros: Hotel was clean and nice, staff was friendly.
Located in Gorham, Royalty Inn is a 1-minute drive from Gorham Historical Society and Railroad Museum and 12 minutes from Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location was convienient
Cons: A bit Dated
Pros: no breakfast offered.
Cons: rooms outdated. dirty behind things. tv hard to operate
Pros: Location, nice pools indoor and out.
Cons: The water changed temperature without moving the knob. Burning hot to super cold.
Pros: Let me start with I normally would not leave a review if I was unhappy, only good reviews. No Breakfast was available. Location is really good and other Guest were great.
Cons: Room was supposed to be ready and was not. Room may have been cleaned but it had not been restocked. No Towels, (we had been caught in a severe Thunderstorm on a Motorcycle, was soaked to the Skin) and no towels, no Tissues, and had to put the new roll of toilet paper in myself. No power outlets near the bed (wife and I both have CPAP machines) and there are no available outlets in the room. Additionally the Appliances are plugged into a Cheap extension cord (fire Hazzard). Dryer in Guest Laundry is missing Lint Filter, Clothes were covered in Lint and took forever to dry. (Dryer Exhaust probably clogged with Lint and peoples Socks) Again Fire Hazzard.
Pros: Convenient location
Pros: The pool in the health center was very nice.
Cons: I was under the impression that there would be breakfast but I could have remembered incorrectly.
Pros: It was really clean and the pool was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The pillows were so soft they were flat. The queen sized beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable, Also the first night they didn't have enough towels for our family of four.
Pros: Decent value. The best rates are found through internet sites, not through Royalty Inn directly so shop around. Fridge, microwave, and health club next door with fitness room, pool, hot tub keep us coming back for more during ski season. Close to Wildcat.
Cons: Wish the rewards certificates could be used through any website. The savings is little if any when having to book directly since the rates are higher.
Pros: I have previously stayed at this location wich is why I booked it.Nice and clean
Cons: Cleanliness of room, unsafe premises.
Pros: I like the indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi, I like the room size and cleanliness, there's a fridge and microwave in the room, I like that they let me bring my 85 lb dog for a low extra cost and my kids love it here too. I always stay here when I come to NH!
Pros: Great staff, really nice and the hotel is situated in within a 20 min of everything. Story land or the Washington mountain. Close of restaurants and santa's village even North Conway Outlets and mini golf.
Cons: We were returning for the second time because there was an amazing indoor pool, sauna, and spa with the kids, but was closed the whole week. We would have liked to know before arriving or when when we booked.
A stay at Gorham Motor Inn places you in the heart of Gorham, within a 5-minute drive of Gorham Historical Society and Railroad Museum and Moose Brook State Park. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The courteous staff, the clean and comfortable room, the view of the White Mountains from the window, convenience for hiking in the White Mountains, and the reasonable price. This is second year that we have stayed at this motel.
Cons: Nothing. We were very satisfied.
Pros: Location was good. Right by restaurants. Very friendly staff.
Cons: TV was broken. I'm glad I didn't have to use the air conditioner since it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Overpriced for what you got. The tourist season probably has something to do with it but still way more than it should be.
Pros: Clean; everything worked; shower was hot; could park our motorcycles right outside our door; some reviews said the beds were bad...and when you sit on it you might agree, however we slept GREAT!!!
Cons: No breakfast...
