Pros: Cute Inn! Beautiful garden. Spacious, well-appointed rooms. It has everything you would expect and more than we expected. The big things (cleanliness, comfort) were done well as were all the “small” things such as real maple syrup for the French toast, artistically arranged fruit on our plates, fresh flowers in the room. It kept turning off before reaching temperature setting and not holding the setting. We had to keep setting it over and over all night. Broken electrical boxes were literally sticking up out of the floor in the lobby. I almost tripped on one! The t.v. was sitting so low on the dresser you could not see it from the bed easily. This place needs some TLC badly.

Pros: Loved that the pool opened at 6am. Liked that there was a shower in pool area.
Cons: Pool deck tile is very smooth, slippery even when walking slowly. Would be good if you could find a way to rough it.

Pros: This hotel is definitely dated and in need of renovations. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was very nice. Good value and close to Kohler and attractions in Sheboygan county.
Cons: I don't think the carpets or comforters have been cleaned in a while and could do for a thorough cleaning. There is no elevator so if you have luggage it's not great if you are on the 2nd floor. The fitness room is used for storage and the machines don't work so don't plan to exercise here.

Cons: Wish I had read reviews before we booked here. The windows in the rooms don’t lock, so we had to secure our window with a rod. The pool and hot tub were filthy and full of algae. When we opened up the bed a bug ran out. The breakfast was nearly nonexistent despite being there early. Floors in the room were dirty and the whole property smelled musty.

Cons: House cleaning argued with my wife about the door tag and did not clean the room or offer to after talking with her. There was a strange smell in the hallway. There were large mattresses leaning against the walls at both ends of the upper hall the entire time.

Pros: The location was well situated for where we needed to be. The view behind the hotel was lovely. Staff was friendly, it was quiet, and clean.
Cons: The mattress was quite uneven and worn out. We both woke up with neck/back aches. Breakfast was a nice offering, it would be much nicer if the scrambled eggs were real eggs. It would've been great to sit out on the deck with morning coffee, but it was not accessible. A good night's sleep is important, if the beds were replaced I'd come back. For a budget hotel, the price was a bit high.

Cons: They need an elevator for those who are disabled. We asked for a room for disabled persons and the only thing available was on the 2nd floor. Had to pay an upgrade to get first floor accommodations, and it wasn't a disabled room. Need option online.

Pros: We attended a family funeral. The staff was so gracious; and apologetic, as new owners for the renevations taking place. Nevertheless, our stay was fantastic because of these wonderful people!

Pros: The location was good for our needs. It was easy to get to off the interstate.
Cons: There was no coffee maker in the room as indicated. That may not be a big deal for some people, but it is for us. The furnace/a-c was noisy all night. The curtain hung down below the vents so it did not cool well. The breakfast was an absolute joke.
