My wife had an ankle injury and for a few days was asked by the dr to limit walking. I wanted to buy food in for her and sit at the terrace . Was told we are not allowed to sit at the terrace, which was only used for breakfast

Pros (+) We loved the location and the view from our room. Rapallo was our very favorite in all of Italy. This hotel added to the experience here!!
Cons (-) The young man with dark rimmed glasses that worked the front desk in the afternoon was not very friendly. The key to our room was heavy and bulky. I believe it is so that you will leave it at the hotel when you leave for the day.
