Cons: I have no complaints
Pros: Stayed for one night with the family...the hotel was great...spotless..new...and the staff was great...parking garage attached to the hotel...the area where the hotel is was fine despite some of the reviews I read on here...might not look the best but I wouldn't worry about it....restaurant was very good...nice bar also...30 minute drive from futchwonderland was worth it
Pros: Clean rooms and a friendly staff. We were there for a concert and the location is directly across the street from the Santander Arena. Perfect if you are visiting that arena!

Pros: Very friendly and confortable. It was a very clean hotel, and the breakfast was the best.
Cons: The only thing is they charged us 20.00 and then 9.00 for one room and 20.00 and 9.01 with out telling us about the 9 dollar fee.
Pros: The staff !! By far the nicest and friendliest staff I have ever had experienced. From the moment we got to the front desk, to the hotel staff and cleaning service, They should be commended.
Cons: No, everything was perfect.
Pros: It was a good hotel that was clean and the staff were nice and attentive.

Pros: Everything was ready on time an I was kept well informed on check in times and room status. I requested a lowest floor room possible and got a room on 1st floor. This was great because we had scheduled a very late check in and my family was really tired. We were traveling for a funeral the next day.
Cons: I found it hard to get into. The hotel is easy to see, but you have to turn into the access road for the airport terminal.

Cons: Didn't like hearing that it will be permanently closing.
Pros: The room was ok, if not a little dirty and the carpet was wet. Enjoyed the in room fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the high floor request was accommodated. Enjoyed he free parking. The elevators were prompt.
Cons: Ok...first, checkin. When there is an obvious line, don't help they people being rude and cutting in first! It tells me that you don't care about your guests. Then there was the flies. Oh the flies. In the evening, we joined friends for a game night, pre-wedding activity and while it was ok, the room had a major fly problem. They were on the tables, on the food, on our drinks. It was terrible. And there was no indication the hotel was interested in fixing that. Then, at breakfast, the flies were back and EVERYWHERE! They were on the food, the drinks, the baked goods, the "clean" plates, our table, and on the people. Approaching the coffee station made them buzz all around and get in your coffee and it was gross.
The hotel also was very disorganized as far as the wedding details, and we little to no help to guests. And finally, at check out, they handed me a bill and it was for more money, above what we had already paid in advance. Waiting for that to come through on my card now. Overall, if you want to simulated what a hotel in Botswana is like, stay at the Abraham Lincoln. I've stayed in boatswains, so I can make that comparison. Old building, hardly helpful staff, dirty rooms, and flies every where.
Pros: I was lured by the historical aspect of the hotel.
Cons: This hotel needs significant care and renovations. It is not clean. The wallpaper in the halls is peeling. The carpet is worn. The curtains are not functional in the room where we stayed. The water temperature and pressure are inconsistent. I could go on.
Cons: The bed is not comfortable at all. The closet has water water damage and molded. Some front desk stuff are not helpful at all. Won't stay there again.
Pros: Excellent customer service at front desk.
Cons: Room was clean but hallway on 16th floor had very musty, stale odor.
Pros: Rooms were clean, bed was nice.
Cons: The front of the hotel is really scary. I was not sure if the hotel was actually there because it looked closed.

Pros: Front desk staff was great , extremely helpful with our group
Cons: They overbooked their hotel on a busy, holiday weekend. Therefore, leaving me with two young children without a place to stay. On top of that, they didn't notify me of their error until 930 pm. It was next to impossible to find another room at that hour. I was traveling at night, with small children, in a strange area. A true nightmare!

Pros: Location was very good for my purpose of being there - Breakfast "not great but not bad" but I ordered off the menu. That's it for things I liked.
Cons: For the price per night (which was low) and I did look at reviews, I now wish I would have spent a few extra dollars and booked another place. I stayed 4 nights. This is probably a place where local business companies have day time Seminars etc. Because of younger adults running the hallways all past 9-10 pm and room next to me playing music very loud I had no choice but to ask to change rooms at 9:30 pm !! I am not some OLD guy with a grudge just the opposite. Room I moved to was from 1960, walked in and thermostat was set to max 90 - it was a sauna at 9:30 pm and who knows how long the thermostat was set at that temp. Room was Lousy in all respects. The entire facility is EXTREMELY DATED. My 1st room was "doable for the money" in regards to bed, bath, TV etc, VS. Facility not monitoring guest noise, people running around etc. that was unacceptable to me and room I had to change to was Terrible -- The facility WiFi was so-so, Front desk staff was not what I am a use too. Poor mannerisms, Front desk person wasn't even sure where my room was on the map when I first checked in. Went to front desk and could not find anyone then went to Bartender to ask and he seemed to be frustrated I was asking where the Front Desk person was telling me "they are there" we walked up and he went in the back and said "I don't know where they are" BOTTOM LINE: we are all on a budget but please spend just a little more on your budget and book elsewhere.
Pros: Very clean, staff were amazing. Very helpful. On site restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Pros: The courtyard with large pool and tiki bar restaurant are amazing. Families will love it.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable; 2 vanities (one in the bathroom, one outside) which was very convenient. Storage in closet and built-in bench were very helpful.
Cons: Most of the room was basically outdated; carpet was obviously worn. Bathroom could be renovated, but was very functional. I expected an "Executive Suite" to be a little nicer than an above-average room.
Pros: Clean, large room with lots of space, 2 vanities, lights bright enough to see.
Cons: We needed to carry our suitcases up the stairs, had trouble getting the drapes to stay closed.
Classic Charm. Pros: Room was as it should be and staff was friendly. That's all I ask for from a hotel and this one delivered.
Pros: Reasonably priced, quiet, conviently located next to highway but not much noise from the highway, good room amenities
Cons: Sheets didn't appear to be changed (pet/human hair found between sheets), requested $100 security deposit that wasn't requested in previous stays
Pros: a place to rest my tired body
grateful for the cream cheese
Cons: breakfast needed to have things available for the gluten free. peanut butter, yogurt, and oatmeal packets would be easy to add. a better set up for breakfast room

Pros: Large room
Cons: Bath sink was somewhat not functioning properly, no refrigerator. Pool was closed due to maintenance problem. Kids are very disappointed.
Pros: Nice, clean safe hotel.
Cons: A bit noisy from the wedding party. On the other hand, the music from the band was a pleasant touch.
Pros: It was clean, large, and over all very appealing.
Cons: We were all woken up by vacuuming right outside our rooms at 7 AM on a Sunday Morning.
Pros: Temperature of room.
Cons: Maids 'forgot' to clean the room so we came back to unmade beds, unstocked items, garbage etc. Also, there was a leak on ceiling that led to water dripping on toilet, but maintenance did resolve the problem after I called.
Pros: It was relatively inexpensive
Pros: we were treated by staff the same as if we had gone through them, pool and facilities were excellent and our room was very nice.
Cons: I was under the impression breakfast was included, it cost an additional $30 to add breakfast the next morning.
Pros: Price was excellent. Rooms pretty clean; plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was pretty good with an excellent server. It was pretty slow, but, she was very attentive. The cook even came out and asked if the food was acceptable. I would return.
Cons: Don't bring in your bags when checking in; you're likely to be in a separate part of hotel where you'll have to take your car. Room checked in to didn't have AC; moved gave me a breakfast coupon; nice touch. Parking lot has terrible potholes; needs repair
Pros: The location
Cons: Battery in thermostat was dead. Reported in morning, not replaced by evening. Shower made a HORRIBLY LOUD noise. Could not regulate water temp. Woke early in morning from people in next room showering. Sounded like a jackhammer
Pros: Room was sufficient. No smoking throughout hotel. Staff very professiional
Cons: Chipped paint all over ax unit. Bathtub faucet was little faulty
Cons: Hotel was dirty and dingy. Rooms were run down. Very disappointed
Pros: Room was fine.
Cons: We used the stairs to access our car. The stairwell was filthy and so was the area outside the door with cigarette butts. The door appeared to be broken so you did not need a room card to open it. This was in the New York area of the hotel.

Cons: Bed was worn out, mouse trap in the room. Had to change rooms several times to find a semi-clean room. No maid service. No one came in to clean the entire week I was there. No one made the bed. I had to request clean towels.
Sheets and towels were dingy. Multiple lights out in the room. Owner obviously does not care.
Overall, the place was an absolutely horrible, but unfortunately I was stuck there and couldn't leave.
I will never go back.
