Pros (+) The location is great, you can walk to the chair lifts from your room. The host and hostess are very nice and respond to your needs promptly. We had a coffee maker burn up and trip the breaker in our kitchen @ approx 6:15 in the morning, within 15 mins of calling we had power restored and a new coffee maker.
Cons (-) The beds are very hard and your are provided 4 pillows for 2 queen sized bed.(no extra in the room) The walls are thin to the point that you can hear what your neigbors is talking about on the phone.
