The staff they were great very polite and the rooms were very clean
The other guest were very noisy.
Athena was extremely nice and helpful!
There was mold on the shower floor. I asked twice for bleach to clean it myself but never got it. There are holes in the carpet.
It was and indoor like motel over all it was quite. And locked hallways doors as well as the door do to the room. It was clean.
I booked though kayak however they didn't tell me when I got there of have to pay $100 for a security deposit. :/ The front desk seemed pretty strict on it. Hoping I get it back to cuz you can't get it garenteed before you leave.
quality of room, beds, shower/tub, tv, and staff were helpful
not enough end tables next to bed, there was only one and had to improvise the other side.
The room and bathroom were clean, had high ceilings, was very satisfactory
The TV channels weren't great, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway.
Brown streak on the bed, crushed bugs on the walls, sliding doors bolted shut. Avoid!
Close to highway 101.
No free internet. Breakfast is only coffee juice and muffins.
It would be easier to say what I didn't like instead of what I liked about this hotel!!! I loved everything about this hotel. It was so nice!! I loved the hotel, and the lady at the front desk was so nice! It was just so perfect.
The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is that a person was yelling at his wife down stairs.
I liked the friendliness of the receptionist even though it was very late. The rooms are clean but might need a little updating. Regardless, a bang for the buck!!
Heat does not work well. Brekafast is skimpy and they run out quickly
Landscaped nicely, but inside hotel, not so nice- needs a good cleaning
Affordability. Quiet. Convenient. + The room stayed dark with the curtain closed in the morning
Vending machine ate my dollar :( And I had to pay $10 deposit for a hairdryer - Usually rooms have them so I thought it was odd, but no big deal, I got my $10 back at the end of the stay.
The rooms were very clean and service was good.
Service staff were a little intrusive and spoke little to no english
Redwood city is very nice place and near to bay area. Easily acvesible to public transportation. And yeah! Best for the price.
very nice hotel and room, good value for money
small problem with a bath (the water drift away very slowly), but it wasnt a big problem.
