Pros (+) There was nothing to like. After trying 3 different rooms, I couldn't stay. The rooms are dirty. The furniture shows water damage and is growing mold. The carpet is full of stains

Pros (+) Location was perfect, 2 blocks from the beach. Right in the middle of downtown Rehoboth. Really needs renovated, but it was clean and the staff was helpful. Good value for the money. Water pressure was amazing and the AC worked great. Parking garage was also a plus
