Vangelis was fabulous. Communicated to me prior to pickup and was there on time for pickup and drop off. Very friendly and helpful.

Collection at airport was ok but we had to wait for the collection person as they had misunderstood our arrival time. We also had quite an old Audi A3 which was in good condition but had quite an old CD player and radio setup and no mod cons. Comfy though and staff were helpful and efficient.

Pros:

Car was clean, all the formal things are sorted very quickly. Nice and friendly staff.

Cons:

Car was one big disaster, not enough power for Rhodes Island. It has just over 27000km (18000 miles) but it drives like it would have 200000 miles.

I was listed as a no-show and they told me to rent a car with someone else.

Pros:

Convenient for airport, rep was waiting at airport on our arrival . Customer was good and staff helpful. Car was of fair standard given the price paid couldn't complain.

Cons:

Car return process was confusing after returning car we then had drive it back to the airport and leave unlocked outside departure terminal. Wasn't happy to leave a car I had been responsible for unlocked outside the airport with the keys left under the driver's foot mat.

Baby sit was very poor and wasn't installed properly. The office is not occupied most of the time and you need to wait for someone to come The car was clean and comfortable
