The Buffet was terrible. Paid $20.99 per person before taxes. Food was cold and not the greatest selection. For that amount of money I would have expected better quality of food. We ate lunch at the cafe in the casino, that food was cheaper and better. Refused to eat at the buffet for breakfast, just went to the cafe in casino once again for a breakfast sandwich.
Bed was soft and comfortable, in room coffee was nice, shower was nice and plenty of hot water and nice soft towels. I had trouble checking in at the front desk, although I had all my reservation information, the lady insisted that I go back to my car for my photo ID, which was a big discomfort to me because I was traveling alone and had my suitcase with me and it was raining. so I had to drag my luggage back to the parking lot and get an ID from my glove box. then the clerk put me in the farthest room from the elevator causing me more discomfort because I cannot walk for long distances because of a disability. Room was fairly clean but the carpet was not clean, it needed a good shampooing..
I like to the casino facilities in the hotel and all over all the staff was real pleasant Casino
prices were reasonable. some if the staff were nice. sports bar restaurant had good food and good service. had a king size Jacuzzi "suite" , rooms are very dated, no refrigerator, no microwave, Jacuzzi was small, room was small, furniture was rickety....wardrobe wouldn't close. buffet was closed all 3 days we were there.
Nice facility. Expensive. Room not very clean.
From the concierge desk to checkout from the stay, the staff was amazing. Clean friendly and just awesomeness The only downside aw back was no fridge I. The room, but I didn't request one so could have been my fault
The people staff where great the food was excellent The weather
A good value.
Comfortable, clean & modern. Very nice!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and would recommend the Marriott to anyone traveling through the Cincinnati area!
Nothing Nearly everything, LaQinta so much better
location was good, hotel was clean. Staff was not very friendly. When checking in felt like we were bothering her.
The ease of getting off and on the interstate highway. Was right on the route we were taking for our trip. No resturants close to the motel.
Very comfortable. No fridge or microwave in room if your into that. WiFi was spotty. The room itself was very nice!
Room was clean and the registration desk staff was very courteous. Didn't interact with any other personnel. The long walk from the hotel to the casino. I am handicapped, but can walk but the we were given the last room at the end of the hallway. So we had to walk the entire length of the hotel wing, through the atrium to get to elevators. Then the normal walk from the elevators into the casino. I took me about 20 minutes each time...very tiring and frustrating. They only had 1 person working registration desk at peak ck in time...but 2nd person came and then line moved very quickly.
I heard next door talk and doors closeing. And we had to walk a long ways form one place to the other.
The hotel was nice. You have to pay for everything... it costs about $6 to get a T_shirt! No free breakfast! And the famous cookies were over cooked the first day! Over all it was ok.
clean room, free shuttle and close location to the airport and the delicious cookies they gave as a welcome present they took twice as necessary hold on my card during the night and put a fast check-out form into my room... I was suspicious and when I complained, they told me they made a mistake and it happened also with others... I was not happy with the decreased amount of my month limit of my credit card... but finally they charged the correct amount.
Location Cost of internet
The beds were wonderful, the rooms spacious. There were plenty of towels and overall the room was very comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was the next morning as I was blow-drying my hair, the electricity kept going off due to the fact that I and the person next door was both using blow dryers at the same time. I have never had that happen at a hotel and that was especially surprising for this type of hotel.
The restaraunt has decent food Our room smelled like mold and mildew. Disgusting.
Clean. Close to Perfect Noth. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Area around seemed a little rough.
The room was comfortable for one night stay and convenient to the casino. I was charged twice for the room and was told it would be taken care of Monday morning and my self and my wife called the hotel several times the next few days and was told so many different things by the employees and until I got angry on the 4th day no one had ever let me talk to the manager. I was told that she was busy and I should call back or that she was gone and would be in tomorrow. My wife and do not travel very much (this trip was for our wedding anniversary) and we are afraid to use Kayak again.
The staff was friendly. Room was clean and tidy, also nice size. Breakfast was good.
Staff was great facilities were very nice, breakfast was excellent. Bed was not nearly as comfortable as the last Holiday Inn I stayed in
Staff was great, very nice Pool looked bad, first room I was in was very musty dirty smelling air. Second room was great. Place could use upgrades and some work.
Clean rooms No hot water to shower and no adjustments to my bill yet. General manager will not call me back so it looks like I'll be calling corporate to let them know.
Close to casino and very well priced
Big rooms. 24 hour coffee in lobby. Reliable free wifi. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who needs a clean room and requiring few amenities. Free breakfast was minimal.
