Pros (+) The price was excellent for the Rochester area. Room was clean and served our purposes well for a Mayo Clinic visit the next morning. With more visits to the Mayo Clinic coming up, we would definitely look at the Days Inn South again.

Pros (+) The staff was very nice. Went above and beyond to help or get us something. The laundry area was nice and clean had 4 washers and dryers. We had other family members come in and they made sure we were all on the same floor. There is a shuttle that runs to and from the Mayo Clinic.
Cons (-) The breakfast was not the best. We were told they are getting ready to put in a real kitchen and breakfast area. There are a lot of construction guys that stay here. Overall not to bad.
