Pros. For many years, we have been staying here once a month to attend a board meeting in Rochester. Cindy, Lynne, are terrific as are all the staff - kitchen, housekeeping, cleaning... are are always friendly, polite, accommodating, and professional. Beds are very comfortable and rooms very clean. On rare occasions, we can hear footfalls from the floor above us; it seems to be from small kids running around and doesn’t last long. We never hear the footsteps of people simply walking.
Cons. Minor thing - There is no hand soap in the kitchen, though there is a small bottle of dish soap. If, like me (foodborne disease epidemiologist), you wash your hands frequently when preparing food, it’s a little inconvenient. On the other hand, it’s a ridiculously easy fix just to ask for an extra bar of soap or use one of the two bars provided for bath and shower.
