I have stayed at quite a few hotels in the area. This hotel had the best value for the price. Although nothing is next to the hotel in a five to ten minute drive you can find whatever you are looking for. I felt the staff was not as well trained as they could have been.
It was nice to have the hotel be so close to the freeway, while the freeway's noise didn't overpower
I requested our room be vacuumed again: crums and other things on the ground. Room smelled funky.
Room was comfortable and spacious.
When we got up in the morning at 8:00 to go to the free breakfast, the coffee machine was broken, the small 12 cup coffee pot they had put out was empty with no one around, not even at the front desk, the breakfast items had been picked through and no one was replacing any items. On our way back up to the room, I got in the elevator and someone had been sick the night before and no one had cleaned up the mess. The mess was all the way down the hall when we took the steps up to the second floor. We told a maid about it and she said she was going up there now to check on it.
