Excellent value Smell of dog
Very comfortable to stay at Mini fridge stoped working sometime while I was out with my friends and didn't realize it till the am
Service was bad, brwakfast poor, rooms awful
the price of the room was very good No wash cloths, no hand towels, no glasses, not even plastic glasses,no coffee cups even though there was coffee and a coffee pot in the room. Pool out of order and never told about it when we booked. This would have been a good value room , but management is lacking in quality control. No apology was given at any time when we requested the missing items. One of the staff even said they were out of towels because they were in the wash!
Nothing Dirty, loud, thin walks, bugs. I would not recommend it to anyone
Great value for the money. So many places to eat within walking distance. Major grocery store across the street.
Nothing. Place was horrible Everything. This is a hotel for the homeless.
A very nice place, given the price. A little on the 'older' side, but decent. Especially compared to the much higher priced Howard Johnson next door. For where I was going those two days, it was a great choice overall (location, value, basics, access to Denny's and other quick food in parking lot or a very short distance away). The air conditioning in room was older box unit type under window; inconvenient for controls, hard to maintain good temp, a little noisy. "Neighbors" were easily heard - and often. Requested king bed on reservation, wound up with two (unneeded) double beds (made room even smaller). Minor issues, overall.
I liked the location being close to Interstate 80 and restaurants within walking distance. I have no complaints.
Nothing at all didn't like the place. This place was dirty, smelled of cigarettes in all room and all halls and floors, dirty walls floors mold in bathroom by sink, trash in pool and by pool side, beer bottles by pool side as well as lots of cigarettes, trash in parking lot, manager would not check us out the day we checked in. He wouldn't give us our money back. We never stayed the night there due to how dirty it was had to stay in another hotel and this place still charged my card for a hotel stay that we never stayed at. Still have not got my money back. We'll never stay agin not refer anyone. Just look at the neg reviews they r ture.
Bugs all over the bed. dirty blankets.
It was Close to the Toyota Amphitheatre and they offered shuttle to the concert. The room was nice and clean. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. Nothing, my stay was nice and will definitely stay there again if I go to any concerts at the Toyota Amphitheatre. I've stayed here twice already and both times I have had a nice experience here.
Front desk staff. Never said a word when you past the front desk, Not welcoming at all. Free breakfast needs huge upgrade and was done at 9:30 before we even woke up. We had to beg to get a couple things at 9:45.
Everything was clean and in good shape. The breakfast was good. The water in the shower did not get hot. We did not report it since we had to be out for business by 7 a.m. and so did not have time.
This place needs a new owner
Bed was comfortable, room was fairly clean. No TV remote in the room, so we couldn't change the channel. The front desk brought us a replacement remote with dead batteries, then they brought new batteries that were the wrong size. They never came back after with another remote or the correct size batteries. We just couldn't watch tv. No tissue in the bathroom, room definitely didn't look like the pictures. Breakfast was no good, hard scrambled eggs, 5 tater tots, some cereal and toast. No fruit in site, not even a banana. Not worth the money when there are other, cheaper, mediocre hotels nearby.
It was nice to have the hotel be so close to the freeway, while the freeway's noise didn't overpower I requested our room be vacuumed again: crums and other things on the ground. Room smelled funky.
Room was comfortable and spacious. When we got up in the morning at 8:00 to go to the free breakfast, the coffee machine was broken, the small 12 cup coffee pot they had put out was empty with no one around, not even at the front desk, the breakfast items had been picked through and no one was replacing any items. On our way back up to the room, I got in the elevator and someone had been sick the night before and no one had cleaned up the mess. The mess was all the way down the hall when we took the steps up to the second floor. We told a maid about it and she said she was going up there now to check on it.
I have stayed at quite a few hotels in the area. This hotel had the best value for the price. Although nothing is next to the hotel in a five to ten minute drive you can find whatever you are looking for. I felt the staff was not as well trained as they could have been.
The room was clean, updated since my last stay. Flat screen, mini fridge n balcony. The linens were comfortable and clean.Staff was nice and informative. I would definitely stay here again. I arrived a little early so the pool was a little unkept.Tradh bins overflowed with pizza boxes and used towels everywhere. The water pool water looked untreated as well.
The hotel offers options for those travelling in groups and want to have the opportunity to socialize either poolside or at the bar or for the travelers who want the business hotel option. Hotel was quite, clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with many choice for every appetite. Missed entrance to hotel more than once.
Our check-in was quick & easy. The lobby and our room was clean. The hotel is in a good central location in Roseville. The rooms are old and the exterior shabby. The property is aged.
Spacious rooms Printer in business center didn't work.
Staff was very accomedating and room was clean and spacious. Perfect for a business or leisure trip!
The location is close to family, shopping. Beware the hotel is under construction. Also I was upset that although we stayed multiple nights, maid service consisted of handing a clean set of towels through the door in the morning PEROID. I have stayed at this hotel six times in as many months to see my son at college but after this last trip there will not be a seventh. I was very disappointed. Don't make my mistake.
Cheap Thin walls. Huge pillows
Extensive breakfast bar and pool/ hot tub area!
Conveniently located, clean room, nice staff & great amenities. Breakfast hours were not long enough.
It was a nice, clean place and good value for the price.very. Nice outdoor features. Everything was fine.
Days Inn Rocklin is a good value for the money. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I had a couple of problems but the staff took care of the problems right away. The hotel is located near the freeway and getting around was easy. I would stay here again.
I liked he staff, and breakfast was nice It was dusty and not that clean in the upstairs room and my neighbors were very loud
Location, friendly staff, clean room, bed was fine.
Basic value hotel clean and quiet The free breakfast doesn't start until 7am that's too late
bedding was terrible parking lot was nice
I liked the location and the cleanliness. We didn't need the microwave and fridge, but it's nice that each room has one. I felt it could have been cheaper, especially since we booked late and the room would have gone empty otherwise. There was no spare blanket in the room, and I got a bit chilled. They were late getting the breakfast out in the morning and we were on a tight schedule. Another guest commented that it wasn't usually like that, so perhaps just an off day.
Free breakfast and happy hour. Quiet room A little difficult to find, even with gps.
Love the reception dinner. no
Indoor pool, clean rooms and good breakfast No
I love the full kitchen and separate bedroom. I was also excited to hear that they offered a 'social hour' that provided food and drinks. Unfortunately that was very disappointing. ... The breakfast was terrible and the afternoon social hour was even worse. I think if they just put a little more effort into that, I would stay there again.
Room and clean Check in at 3:00pm, but the room not ready until 3:45pm
I liked everything about the hotel. The suite I rented was great. I also had a free breakfast which was fantastic. Nothing
Located near many restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel. One day they didn't provide service and the front desk was happy to provide towels and pick up the dirty ones. The breakfast was excellent. No.
Spacious, clean room. Full cooking supplies. Nice free breakfast and dinner social every other day. I don't care for the separation of the toilet/shower and sink, but maybe some people like that.
The indoor pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Water was warm. Room was spacious and we'll set up with everything needed. The hair dryer was not provided.
The room was huge and had a full kitchen and I dis not expect that. It was clean, big and very comfortable! It is behind a shopping complex so it took us a bit to find. But otherwise it was great.
Large suites, with most amenities. Bathrooms are run down and poorly maintained.
Staff was good as was the breakfast. The room cleanliness had some need of improvement. Hotel elevator had a panel that was drooping down. Floor/carpet had some transition issues. Hotel is hard to find at first..
This hotel has it all. Spacious rooms, great places to eat nearby, friendly staff, and to top it all off their prices are great. I stayed during valentines day weekend and this place was top notch. It is quiet and the king size room was extremely comfy. Plus you can't beat a free breakfast. The only thing negative I have to say is that the fridge didn't work but for me it was alright because I wasn't there long enough to need it.
Comfort was built in
My husband and I had to wait for escrow to close on a house we purchased. We had sold our house so we had nowhere to go. We checked into Larkspur Landing and what a nice surprise. I especially liked the kitchenette and free laundry. It meet all our needs. The TV would occasionally black out. We would have to unplug it and then plug it back in to make it work again.
I've stayed at two other larkspur hotels . Love them What I didn't like was I am a light sleeper so I make this a point when I go to speak up off the bat . This last time I was put on the same floor as a wedding party they were the worst .. Up all night arguing and fighting slamming doors . The staff has always been courteous . I didn't complain I was too exhausted , but I know they would have taken care of me .
Too jammed with people in breakfast area, given accessible room when I don't need it.
My family and I stayed for 1 night and it was very enjoyable. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast at the hotel in the morning. The breakfast they offered was great, that's was a big selling point in choosing this hotel. The weekend we visited it was quite warm out but our room was nice and cool. Overall our we enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff took quite a while to acknowledge that we were standing right in front of them. I work in customer service and I understand u can't instantly help everyone but be considerate and make sure you acknowledge the customer and let them know you will be assisiting them as soon as possible.
comfortable beds, spacious room, clean facility. Breakfast was good, decent number of choices including hot foods (eggs, potatoes). Staff was willing to split the room costs between two of us, which was convenient. Lighting in bathroom room was dim. Very little light in sink/mirror area, not quite enough for applying makeup/etc. No USB outlets in room to charge phones. Most hotels have these on the alarm clock or the lamps, this room had none at all.
The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Seemed like the hotel was in the middle of some sort of construction. Hallways were tapped off and the elevator was covered in some sort of blanket that really smelled. The look of the place is kind of strange, like a Starbucks but with a lot of blue paint. Looks odd to us.
Convenience, cleanliness, responsive staff, good breakfast. Bed was a little soft for my personal tastes but was otherwise comfortable.
Staff person at front desk (Maria?) was friendly and competent. She was multi-tasking and doing the job of more than one person. Room was ok, but priced a bit on the high side because it was busy for a weeknight.
Staff was nice. . . .... but they lost my reservation, then told me I needed to rebook my room and then told me they found it. They then proceeded to give me a key with 215written on the envelope. Turns out we were supposed to be in room 115. Once we got in the room, the too had a seriously bad odor, the air conditioning didn't work, walls and carpet were filthy, bathroom door was difficult to shut as if the door was slightly too large. I've stayed at nice best westerns before but this is a dump compared to any hotel I've ever stayed at.
Room dirty , no pillow cases , no towes ,front desks rude
efficient check-in / available parking/ spacious room/ includes a simple breakfast/ convenient for travel into Roseville & Sacremento/ restaurants/ garage within walking distance/ good value for money.
Conveniently located. Pool was a good size for young kids. Breakfast: freshly made waffles were awesome. Beds were comfortable. Free Internet access in the rooms.
Cheap room, very clean, staff was extremely friendly! Would definitely recomend and stay at again.
Location was fine. Staff incompetent with no follow through. 1. Staff lost my reservation. I initially did not have a room. The front desk had no record of me or my reservation. 2. The desk clerk offered to reserve a specific room for me to make up for their error (see above). When checked in no room had been assigned to me.
Room was large and comfortable, plenty of closet space, refrigerator and microwave. Continental breakfast was good, parking good. Shower and bath needed grab bars for safety.
staff was attentive
The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Something along the lines of what one would expect at a high end luxary resort.
The friendly staff and great breakfast.
They feed you like kings. The staff are all very friendly and they have great rates. The walls are well insulated because we all slept well; not normally easy for me. I feel comfortable have my family stay here and I'm pretty picky. The maids could pay better attention to detail but other than that, we were quite pleased.
The host was very professional. The location was kind of run down.
I liked the king-sized bed.
What I liked best about the hotel was the price I paid for their accommodations. I didn't like that the plain waffle batter was gone on the mornings I had breakfast at 8:30.
It had qualities of 4 star hotel . Obviously not a 4 or 5 star hotel but for the price 5 stars
Clean, spacious room. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. Easy and free parking. Free internet. Quiet (no freeway noise). No
Very clean and comfortable. Location is poor. About 8 or more miles from restaurants or convenience stores.
the staff was terrible the special squeaky in the biscuits were like rocks I didn't like anything about the hotel was horable
The staff was great It is no where near a 3 1/2 star hotel try 2 1/2 the beds were rock hard its next to a trailer park and behind fast food places and next to freeway! Very bad location and not a3 1/2 star hotel but boy did I pay for a 3 1/2 star hotel! smelled musty too!
The staff, the comfy bed and the perfect free breakfast ! Actually no !
Clean and quiet Parking lot dark
The staff were great, very enlightening Higher quality eggs?

It was the worst hotel experience of my life. It was literally the worst experience I've ever had at at hotel. I will never ever stay at this location, and I will be more cautious about looking for hotels on kayak.com. I was locked out of my room for an entire night, and was promised to be let in to gather my belongings when the manager would bring a master key at 8:00am. The manager arrived with the key two hours late "due to traffic" that was non-existent and when the worker tried to open the door it didn't work. Over an hour later, a maintenance worker arrived and pulled out the AC unit and crawled through to retrieve my belongings. The room next to ours had the metal door completely smashed in and there was caution tape everywhere. The worker said it had been the site of a domestic violence incident. The blinds were completely open and we could see severe property damage and evidence of violence on the inside. It looked like a set from Breaking Bad. The room we stayed in was completely disgusting and we documented all of this with photographs.
there was only 2 bath towels in a room. i called staff to bring us more towels, they did not even show up. they don't have good internet connection at all. it was so getto. seems like honeless are hanging out around there.
Absoultey Nothing and waiting for my money to be returned to my account. This place is surrounded by drug users and it is filthy!!! I would not let me dog stay in that room. This place needs to totally reinvent itself for I would never recommend to others. Thank You
This place is horrible. Blood splatter on wall, door had been kicked in, filthy, drunkards fighting next door, previously on fire. I got my money back. Seriously stay away.
I liked how close it was to where I live There were NO towels, washcloths or bath mats. Also, when I stdyed there the cops were raiding the motel and had the streets blocked off. I feel I should have been compensated for the unconvinced!
Plenty of parking Lost my reservation, cigerette ashes on pillow cases, needle lid on floor, as well as more ashes and sunflower seeds. This was marked a smoke free room. Reserved a down stairs room, was given an upstairs room. A lady of the night was conducting her business next door. Broken glass littered the parking lot. Several intoxicated people riddled the area. You dont even need proof of identification or what room you're in to get a key. Lobby smelled of urine. Continental breakfast was toast, cereal, milk, and orange juice.
The staff at ne check in was cordial when I checked in. After going to my room I left the site to tend to business app. On my way out i had to inform the checked in counter that there was only a wash cloth and hand towel, the refer was not working and the telephone did not work. Reading 8ther reviews, the towel are no surprise, but a telephone is useless if you can call the front desk or outside in case of any emergency. I got the towels. This motel/hotel had probably been a nice place at one time, but those days have passed. Lots of resident living. Not the best location if you have a family or a single person traveling by yourself. Spend a little more and feel safe. Unfortunately I thought I could handle a discounted hotel, but there is no excuse for not repairing or taking out items that do not function. The place had walls And doors that had been kicked in or punched. The carpet had large stains. The staff tried there best but it dint help.
The price. And location to Old Town Roseville. It was an OK place to stay with my brother, for one night as we went to a concert nearby and had some drinks This is the kind of place I wouldn't mind staying in as a young 20 something year old. If I checked in with my wife, we would have checked out and gone elsewhere. Looked like it also had long term residents living there as well.
Facility was dirty and short staffed.
Room was nice and clean. Most staff was friendly Double booked in first room (the handicapped room I requested). Moved to a smaller room with queens instead of king. I am 6-5. Nothing else he could do. No more rooms. Should have been offered something to compensate.
Very clean and modern My only issue was the A/C kept going off in the middle of the night which woke me up 3 times. Very frustrating!
loved how spacious the room was, and updated décor. the room had a coffee maker but not enough creamer packs, also thought there would be a mini fridge and microwave in room. there wasn't.
Clean room, very friendly staff. Very hard to get to, limited parking.
The rooms were nice. The staff was pleasant. Enjoyed the hot chocolate chip cookies they offered - nice touch. Enjoyed the comfort of the bed the most. Slept really well.
Awesome and friendly staff. Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend the Hampton Inn! Not applicable.
Beds comfortable, Bistro had some very good food for a quick meal on location. We stayed 2 nights, the fist day our room was not ever made up, even though we were gone all day. When we asked at 8 pm if we could get clean towels and extra bedding the clerk said there was no one there to do that and would have to contact the management. Very disappointed in typical Marriott service. Since we prepaid for the room, were told nothing could be done to reduce the price for our one night with no clean room, trash emptied, beds made, towels replaced.
Comfortable beds and pretty patio. Loved the convenience of onsite bar. Jacuzzi's at the pool are a must for us, big factor in selecting a hotel. I would have preferred a breakfast included. We are usually rushing out. And would've quick breakfast withot having to pay extra.
Indoor pool facilities. Friendly staff. Food options. The bed was a bit too soft for my comfort.
Parking was free Old & run down, bathroom was to small, bed was old & pillows were so hard that I had to buy a new one so I could sleep the next night. Elevator was run down & unresponsive at times. I would never stay here again!
Bed very comfortable. Room very nice Youth football team staying there was disturbing and rowdy. Was not informed about about breakfast special until we ordered by then they said it was to late.
2 people really stood out for me. Josh at the front desk and Alyssa at the Bistro. Both people are being wasted in their current positions and should be management. Josh was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fixed my door latch, and let me borrow a charger since I left mine at home. Alyssa was so busy at the Bistro when I first met her, a huge line had form she was both efficient and friendly and her multi tasking skills were very impressive. She also remembered me from the day before and knew what I wanted to order. Thats awesome!!! My bed was not to comfortable and I was surprise there wasn't a fridge in the room.
The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very nice. The bed was also very comfortable. No complimentary breakfast:(
Nice big TVS Kitchen AC and ceiling fans Great shower Continental breakfast Staff Price Family friendly Black mold found in bathroom Stained couch "Crib" listed in amenities are actually playpens, and the one we were given was broken LOUD
The room was quiet and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room could use a little sprucing up.
Nice white exterior The blacks
The handicap shower was extremely helpful. The heater is very loud.
the shower head could have been better,
Nice facility and good comfort; well maintained. We were surprised that breakfast was $12.00; we enjoy a good complimentary breakfast. We brought our on cereal and ate in the room.
Nice clean hotel and well-groomed friendly staff. Not complaints. Good price. Was only in town less than 24 hours and only arrived for a wedding so didn't use any facilities other than the room. Everyone very helpful No
Beds are too small. Twin double beds, really! Not for four persons as ordered.
breakfast, not included but very good,; mostly if you did not eat the night before rooms overlooking Highway 5 are very noisy. the noise insulation could be better
Suite was very comfortable especially the beds, free wifi is a plus. Checkout time was reasonable 12pm. AC worked well which is something very important when around several people. Breakfast was a bit bland compared to the other hotels I have stayed at in Roseville. Parking is a bit iffy to squeeze through.
Had a comfortable and good night sleep! The staff was courteous and pleasant!
