no car available despite reservation. Lame Kayak c
Cons: WHAT AN ORDEAL! when I arrived with a CONFIRMED reservation, the Hertz employee told me that he did not have any car available. He did not help me find another car, REFUSED to call other agencies. Hertz customer service did not do anything despite repeated phone calls, Kayak's customer service is even worse because never open. It was the first and last time I was dealing with both kayak and hertz. THE HERTZ EMPLOYEE ASKED US TO LEAVE THE STORE BECAUSE HE WAS CLOSING AND LEFT US FIX THE ISSUE ON OUR OWN. NEVER AGAIN! YOU ARE REALLY BEYOND REMEDIATION.

Third time renting from this location
Pros: I got in and out quickly when picking up and returning the car. Cars have been clean and well maintained.
Cons: The last two times when I rented the car the tank was not on full. So for instance this time there was 3/8 tank of gas. When I returned it I had over a half tank, so I spent a little more on gas than I needed.

You stepped up to the plate after a disaster beginning and middle!
Pros: Your on call support team, talked me through solving the lame tire problem.
That your airport staff took the time to mark the car as needing attention.
That your airport staff took the time to get me a car that was in operating condition and if I am not mistaken, kicked me up a notch in the quality of car loaned.
That your phone people once they became knowledgeable about the whole situation, made it possible to return the car to the airport directly, saving me an inconvenience of getting a family member to drive us out and made the drop off fee go away making me feel appreciated and a valued customer. Thanks for making it right.
Cons: That you closed early on Thanksgiving Friday so I couldn't get my car that day.
That you closed at noon on Saturday so I had to drive to the airport to get help.
That the car that I picked up had a lame passenger side front tire situation.
That you started to tell me there was nothing you could do to make the situation right.
That you charged me $33.00 after telling me that I had a zero balance.
