Large bed, comfy pillows, clean room and hot shower. Yes we were at the front of the hotel but we still got to sleep very easily!
It was quite difficult to get a smile reciprocated from the staff!
The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The lights were an issue. Even after someone who didn’t speak English come to our room could t help us
The room was big and had a nice large window.
Where do I start?? The staff were rude and pretentious. The lock on the door to my room did not work properly and when I asked to have someone look at it I was treated as if I were an inconvenience. This hotel appears to have all the ‘bells and whistles’ but is far from it. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory but again the staff let it down with how rude they were, no welcome, no help with finding a table they were too busy chatting amongst themselves to even say good morning. Bar staff were slow and unfriendly as were the front desk staff all except the one young gentleman who checked me in. An underwhelming experience all round...would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.
Excellent location and facility, excellent food at restaurant and excellent staff. I managed to travel to most places on foot in your amazing historic city. I would definately stay in same place again when I visit Rome and recommend the hotel to colleagues and friends.
The reading lamp on the study desk cannot be switched on from the point so had to open bathroom- in order not to disturb partner- whenever I wanted to catch up with my work in the night.
The location is perfect!
